Update: Veto Meeting spoilers are in! Find out who is on the Block now for the vote on Thursday.
It is Veto Ceremony Day inside the Big Brother 25 house and this week’s Veto winner has been spending the better part of two days weighing out the options. We all know that Jared’s plan this week is to backdoor a bigger target and that America and Cory are merely pawns for Week 7 of Big Brother. As we have seen time and time again, pawns go home on Big Brother, so who has the better chance of staying this week against the house target?
Jared’s plan this week was to backdoor Cameron, but on the off chance that Cameron won the Power of Veto this week, he wanted to make sure he put two people up that he wouldn’t mind seeing go. That’s where his initial nomination of America and Cory came into play since everyone in the house knows about the heated discussion that took place before last Thursday’s live eviction. Jared has also had a hard time trusting America in the game and has on several occasions voiced the need to get her out of the house.
When it was time to pick players for the Veto Competition this week, everyone was nervous that Cameron would get chosen to play. After Cory picked a HG’s Choice chip out of the box and chose Jag to play in the Veto, America then pulled Jag’s chip which meant that she had to choose another chip out of the box. When she pulled Cameron’s chip and he got to play, the rest of the houseguests knew they couldn’t let that happen.
When the feeds returned from this week’s Veto Competition, we saw that Jag won the Power of Veto, which meant that Jared’s plan to backdoor Cameron could move forward. The question remained, who would Jag take off the block in order to let this happen?
Sunday on the live feeds, Jag had several conversations about what his plan was for this week’s Veto Ceremony. He first told Felicia that his plan was to take Cory down with the Veto. He also reiterated this plan to Cory a bit later. He told Cory that if he and America couldn’t make a choice as to who should be saved with the Veto, he would likely use it on Cory. Noting that it made sense to use the Veto on Cory since he chose him to play when he pulled the HG’s Choice chip.
As of now, that plan has not changed therefore after the Veto Ceremony takes place on Monday afternoon, we could expect to see Jag use the Veto on Cory and then Cameron will be put up in his place. Making America and Cameron the final nominees for Week 7 of Big Brother.
