This week on Young Cedric (only on CBS), Cedric found himself as the new Head of Household for Big Brother 26 Week 3. What Cedric didn’t expect was just how difficult it was going to be to nominate a third houseguest for eviction. Should he go for the girl nextdoor with the secret power or the zainy class clown who is always ready to be a pawn? That’s his dilemma.
Sunday night’s episode picks up right after Lisaโs eviction. And Angela is beyond shocked. And Quinn is annoyed because he wanted Angela out because he spilled his secret power to her Week 1, before Angela went a little off the rails.
Kenney lets Angela know that he was the one vote against her. He says they didnt tell him about the vote (but I donโt think thatโs necessarily true).
And now that Lisa is gone, and the power they thought Lisa might have had was never activated, houseguests are again trying to figure out who has those in their pockets.
Itโs HOH competiton time. For this competiton, the players have to compete in that balance beam competiton that has become a staple in recent seasons. You know how it works. Just don’t fall of the beam, but this time you also have to hit some buttons to accumulate points. So the person who scores the most points in the alotted time wins HOH.
Quinn lands 19 points right away and holds onto the lead for several rounds until Mackeny goes. She beats Quinn’s score, but then falls off the beam, restting her score. So Quinn remains in the lead. But not for long. Cedric is up next and finsihes with 27 point. No one who goes after Cedric is able to best his score and he is the new Head of Househodl!
Thatโs the second AI Mascot to win in a row, by the way. He and Chelsie went from no power in Week 1 to the foloowing two Heads of Household.
So now the Cedric has to figure out his nominations and target for the week. Angela is an easy first choice. That will be the case until the end of time or until she’s actually evicted.
Kenney goes to Cedric and they share each other their secrets. Kenney tells Cedric he was a narcotics detective and Cedric tells him he just got out of the marines. Kenney also tells Cedric heโs really homesick and itโs OK if Cedric puts him on the block and the others can just send him home.
But Cedric lets us know that Kenney goes back and forth every other day about whether or not he wants to stay in the game or not.
Then, Makensy tells Cedric she has one of the powers. But she doesnโt give him all the details. Was revealing that secret enough to keep her off the block?
So Cedric has two of his nominees – Angela and Kenney. But the third one is tricky. No one wants to be a pawn. Cedric asks at least half the house and they all say nah. But then thereโs Tucker – who is bored and chaotic. He volunteers to go up. But then Tucker and Kenney think maybe Makesy is a good choice so she can get use her power. But Cedric is worried that he could become a target for Makesny and Leah. Kenney also lets Cedric and Tucker know that he thinks the girls have an alliance so this would be a good week to break that up as much as they could. But again, Cedric has to think about his own safety next week.
So at the nonination ceremony, Cedric decides to just go with Tucker as his pawn. So his nominees are Angela, Kenney and Tucker ahead of the veto competition.
