Team America has its latest mission and gee, guess who is going to be its punching bag yet again. That’s right. Watch out Zach Rance, you’ve got America + three HGs looking to send you home for $5K. Good grief.
There were two mission options for viewers to select from this week:
The HGs were on an indoor lockdown after the show while production tore down the Veto & HoH comps to make room for the next Head of Household comp. It won’t end there though because the Battle of the Block is back and the comps keep rolling.
Big Brother 16 – Week 7 Heads of Household:
Tonight on Big Brother 16 the spoiler results for this week’s eviction and Head of Household competition will be revealed as two HGs will be sent home and another will take the top power.
Not one, but two Houseguests will be sent home as the HGs race through an entire week’s competitions and ceremonies in just one hour. These are typically the most intense shows of the season and with all the flipping and blindsiding expected we shouldn’t be disappointed.
If your local CBS station is playing football right now then stick with us on this post for updates.
Julie Chen confirms that tonight’s two evictees with be the first to head to the Big Brother Jury and there will be nine Houseguests on the BB16 Jury.
We’re getting caught up on what’s been going on the past few days. Namely, Detonators turning on Zach and planning to vote him out tonight, but how long does that plan last? Hmm… Not long. We see the Detonators have decided to keep him.
Julie reveals we won’t have a Battle of the Block tonight, but it’ll return after tonight’s Double Eviction. Another bombshell: Julie says that just because you’re in the Jury doesn’t mean you’re out of the game. Sounds like a Jury member will come back!
Big Brother 16 Week 6 Votes:

- Christine votes to evict: Jocasta

Hayden and Nicole did NOT know before the vote was revealed that the house had flipped against them overnight. Nicole was scratching her head. Literally.

Big Brother 16 Week 6.5 Nominations:
Who do you think will go home next?
Now time for the Veto comp. It’s the standard Double Eviction Veto comp. They each have lanes & have to find three ducks in a ball pit.
Tonight’s two evictees will be the first to arrive at the new Jury house where they’ll await the arrival of their fellow Houseguests over the coming weeks until just two HGs are left in the running on finale night.
The Big Brother 16 finale date is set for September 24, 2014 at 9:30PM ET/PT where we’ll see the nine Jury HGs cast their votes for either of the F2 HGs.
Past seasons of Big Brother have mostly offered up a seven-member Jury, but last year was the first time we saw that number climb to nine with the additional size of the cast. CBS chose to renew that approach this year for its sixteen HG cast.
Houseguests sent to the Jury house continue to receive a weekly stipend and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than all the stress and hustle of the Big Brother house. Of course they also miss out on the chance at $500,000, but at least they help pick who receives that prize!
Double Evictions on Big Brother are always intense and tonight’s promises to deliver again on that expectation with another blindside, but which side will be caught off guard?
The Big Brother 16 house has been preparing to send home Zach Rance after Hayden and Nicole took the reins and lead the Detonators to turn on their own in a surprising series of events. After a last ditch effort to keep their numbers strong Caleb Reynolds was able to reunite his allies.
It wasn’t so much that Caleb convinced everyone that they needed to keep Zach as it was that he got them talking and once they started talking everyone realized how well Haycole had managed to divide and nearly conquer them. From there it was obvious that they needed to band together.
Hayden and Nicole are confident that Zach is about to be evicted in another landslide vote and they’ll have a house unified against Christine and Frankie. They’re about to be very shocked.
The house has turned and the votes have gone with it. Zach will have at least five of the votes to stay and that’s what he’ll need to avoid the tie-breaker role held by Nicole who would most definitely vote against him.
Most of this planning went down last night, but Derrick started working on Victoria today. They don’t even need her vote, but he did let her know that if things change, she won’t want to vote wit the minority.
1:09 PM BBT – Victoria asks Derrick to talk in the Bee Hive room. She says that Zach told her that if he finds out that she voted to evict him, she’s done. Derrick tells her that there’s something going on and that he’s waiting for Frankie and Cody to wake up to figure out what the plan is. But he starts planting the seeds about Zach staying.
“The thing that sucks about Zach going home is … he’s the biggest target in the house” so if the goes, someone else will have to become the target, Derrick said.
And “Zach has told me straight out that you’re not his target,” Derrick continued.
Victoria says she just wants to know if he’s staying because she needs to vote to keep him so he doesn’t come after her. She says they have to be in the majority or they’re f***ed. Derrick tells her not to say anything and just to look pretty. She tells him “You’ve got work to do.” When she leaves, he looks at the camera and asks “I have work to do?” Then shakes his head.
