The Big Brother 25 world has been buzzing about the potential return of a houseguest this week. We all know that there is a double eviction tonight. Cameron is almost guaranteed the first evictee spot but the second place is a little more up in the air. However, the majority of the Big Brother house wants to evict Jared this week, and Cirie is the backup if Jared manages to win the Veto.
The houseguests’ plan to evict Cameron, and potentially Jared, could go from a dream to a nightmare. Big Brother fans have speculated that tonight could end in a sort-of face-off between Cameron and the second evictee. Unlike the occasional Big Brother fan paranoia, this one may have some merit. At the end of last Thursday’s eviction episode, host Julie Chen-Moonves teased “an ending that will terrify the houseguests.”
Obviously, this wording could mean anything from a new Scaryverse twist to just some clowns entering to scare the houseguest. However, during Wednesday’s episode, the announcer revealed that the second eviction would launch Scaryverse week. The announcer also mentioned a “terrifyingly twisted” week of Big Brother-like never seen before.
Then last night, a trailer for the upcoming episode made its rounds on Twitter. It mentioned a “twist so scary it can wake the dead.” The houseguests also got a cryptic puzzle last night that seemed to imply BB zombies being resurrected.

All this could be a clever ploy to get the houseguests and viewers talking. Then, nothing happens after the double eviction besides the regular Head of Household competition. However, there is a possibility that all this is leading to the double eviction evictees not being quite out of the game yet. We know there won’t be a pre-jury battle back because all the houseguests evicted before this week are already back in the real world.
It’s also highly unlikely that a former Big Brother player is entering the house this late in the season. But, it could mean they’re entering tonight only for competition purposes. But the wording of the recent promo said “a twist so scary.” Former houseguests coming in for a night wouldn’t exactly be a twist. It would be a temporary thing that doesn’t change the game.
A twist usually means a change to the game. Therefore, it seems very likely that the double eviction evictees will not be done yet and the pre-jury portion of the game will continue.
Do you think someone will be returning to the game after the double eviction? If not, what do you think this “twist” could be? Let us know in the comments.
