And we’re back! It was a quiet few days in the Big Brother 24 house as the remaining HGs had wrapped up all their events back before the weekend and have been wandering aimlessly ever since. Tonight (9/8c) that wraps up for one of the F4 and the remaining three will set off on their final adventure of the BB24 season.
Brittany, Monte, Taylor, and Turner are all that remains of the original sixteen Houseguests as we enter the final four days of the summer season. Crazy that it’s almost over and one of these HGs will soon be $750K richer. Well, it won’t be Brittany.
Yes, CBS will try to make it look like Monte is undecided between the two nominees but with Monte holding all the power after his Veto win we already know which way he’s going with this vote. Monte and Turner have been close most of the season as they were even allies in the precursor to The Leftovers with their Pound alliance. He’s not about to flip on his ally now, especially not when he sees Brittany as far more likely to keep Taylor for F2 than Turner would. He’s right.
Brittany and Taylor would take each other while Turner would take Monte and, well, tough to be sure on who Monte will take between Taylor and Turner. But that might also be part of Monte’s plan to let them decide for him. Risky, but you never know. But first, we’ve got to get to that decision point.
There are three competitions remaining in the season and the first of those should kick off tonight well after the live show ends. If the routine follows the past years then we’ll get the HGs toasting to their F3 achievement followed by off-Feeds celebration dinner for the Memory Lane episode (that’s on Friday night). Once they’re done with that the HGs will head outside to the backyard for Round 1 of the Final HOH. This should be an Endurance Comp and we probably won’t get to watch it but spoilers should arrive in the middle of the night.
Then without much time left in the season (finale is on Sunday!) the HGs will probably get Round 2 on Friday and we’ll be watching for those spoilers to share too. Once we have the winners of rounds one and two we’ll know who is facing off live on Sunday to decide the last HOH of the season and soon after the F2 decision to face the Jury.
