Big Brother 26 Schedule Reminder: 3 Episodes Remain

Big Brother logo for BB26

This is nearly it! Only a few days left in the Big Brother 26 season as four Houseguests remain and that is set to be whittled down to three on Thursday night. That means we have three episodes left in the season and you won’t want to miss two of them!

Of course the throwaway episode of every season is Memory Lane that only seems to redeem itself with the inevitable Diary Room crying segment. But maybe that entire episode is a big hit for you, so here’s the rundown on what’s left and when you can catch it all. And don’t worry, this time I checked for the latest CBS changes after they moved everything again on me last time.

TLDR – Big Brother 26 Final Week Schedule:

  • Thurs, Oct 10 8/7c – Live Eviction show – F3 revealed
  • Fri, Oct 11 8/7c – Memory Lane – Final HOH begins
  • Sun, Oct 13 9/8c – 2-hr Finale – Winner revealed

Starting at 8/7c on Thursday, October 10th the Final 4 Houseguests will pick back up where we left them on Sunday night. This will be a one-hour episode that is looking like it should be live. We’ve had Big Brother record things and try to pass them off as live, but so far the Live Feeds have remained up and the F4 is still there in the house.

Thursday’s show will take us to the F4 finishing off the cliffhanger Power of Veto competition where we saw Makensy versus Cam with one more round to go. After that we’ll get a lot of catching up with everything that has happened since Friday in the house. That will lead us to a Veto meeting combined with the final eviction vote of the season. Of course there will be one more eviction on Sunday night, but this is the last time and just a sole vote from the Veto holder.

I expect that Veto comp conclusion, build up to the decision, and live Veto meeting and eviction to fill the entire hour. While the 4th place HG heads out to meet with Julie the F3 will be raising their champagne flutes to toast their accomplishment. Probably won’t get a teaser look at the first of the three-round Final HOH which is a shame. If you remember how it used to be, this show would end with HGs preparing for round one and we’d watch that endurance comp on the Feeds. Sigh.

Once Thursday is done then we’ll be off to the Memory Lane episode on Friday night at 8/7c on CBS. This will be another one-hour episode. We’ll get clips from segments that didn’t make the episodes and might have even been missed on the Feeds. The F3 will sit around the tiny kitchen table, enjoy a catered dinner, look over the Memory Wall, and laugh about the past three months. That show should be what leads us into the sneak peek at R1 of the Final HOH battleground.

Before we get to Sunday’s finale though we should still be getting spoilers from the Feeds for who won Round 1 and Round 2 of the Final HOH competitions. Those will both have to play out in advance so we’re set up for the last show of the season. The first two rounds will be played back on Sunday to set us up for the third and last round of the Final HOH which will be live on Sunday. So stick with us over the weekend for all those big results and spoilers.

It all comes down to this. Sunday, October 13th at 9/8c for a two-hour Big Brother 26 season finale on CBS. Rounds 1 and 2 will be ready to go then Round 3 plays out live with a big decision on who to take to F2. Jury will arrive, share their thoughts, and then cast their votes.

Who will be hosting the Jury Roundtable? We know it won’t be the illustrious Dr. Will but it’ll have to be someone with a strong Big Brother legacy, right? Could it be anyone but Dan? (Unless there’s some contractual obligation that has him elsewhere.) There are a handful of past HGs I’d love to see host, but I would be the least surprised to have Dan walk out there to greet the Jurors and guide them through their upcoming decision.

And that’ll be that for Big Brother 26’s season with Sunday’s finale. A winner will be crowned, confetti will fall, and we’ll say farewell until next summer… unless… who thinks CBS will announce a return of Reindeer Games? They’ve got to, right? I’m sure it’s not “easy” for production to do, but it’s gotta be less of a pita than a full season and CBS would probably love to have that mid December fresh content, right? I’ll be watching to see if there’s an announcement on that soon.

In case there’s no RG2 there will be a BB27 and we will definitely be back to enjoy it with you. I’m fully expecting an announcement for Big Brother 27 in the summer of 2025 so stay tuned, keep in touch, and we’ll all be back here before you know it!
