Big Brother 25 Spoilers: Weekend Roundup – Week 2

Bowie Jane and Izzy on Big Brother – CBS

Houseguests have been competing away on Big Brother 25 this weekend leading us to the latest spoilers and results that we’ve gathered here to catch you up on everything since the latest episode of Big Brother on CBS. Kirsten was the first out, now Reilly is down from the HOH room, and much more has happened in just a few days on BB25.

The big mystery we’ve been trying to unravel this weekend is what happened with the Feeds on Saturday into Sunday. Feeds cut on Saturday afternoon about 2:20pm BBT and did not return for just about 19 hours later on Sunday morning. When they came back the HGs were all still present and no giant surprises, just the Veto results and HGs continuing their scheming and plotting. Several theories out there but we may never know if it was something production related instead of HGs caused.

Let’s run through all the spoilers and results from the Big Brother Live Feeds the past few days.

Head of Household:
With Reilly’s reign having ended the other fifteen HGs had their shot at grabbing the power and safety for a week. The house is well divided and there’s no mistaking who would be in trouble for both sides. But of course, only one group can have control each week and nothing like a good power shift to keep Big Brother fans on our toes.

HGs have been describing this competition and I’m excited to see just how it worked. Sounds like something new and there was an added risk of a free trip to the Nether on this one. We’ll see how it worked during Sunday’s episode.

Nominations:
There was no mistaking this week’s target for eviction. The HOH made that extremely clear in the one-on-one meetings. No beating around the bush and definitely no Backdoors with this one. When the new HOH believes you were targeting him the week before then his decision is straight forward: it’s going to be you or me.

But what happens when one of the most socially influential HGs has a different target from the HOH but stands on the same side of the divide? Maybe we’ll get a little power struggle this week but I’d expect it to be subtle. And before we get ahead of ourselves on that, we’ll also need that Veto to be resolved.

Power of Veto Competition:
We finally know! As mentioned, the Feeds went down on Saturday afternoon and didn’t return until Sunday morning. Veto comps can run for less than two hours or sometimes even over five hours if it’s an individual competition, but this was just really strange and unusual.

But sure enough, we got the results and not a big surprise as this HG is on a winning streak. That’s not always a good thing though as the other HGs may not want to keep around someone with that sort of resume, right?

Power of Veto Meeting:
The Veto meeting is coming up on Monday and Hisam holds all the power this week until that ceremony concludes. So far Hisam has not shifted on his plan. He wants Reilly out. Cirie is feeling differently though, but I don’t expect she’ll rally votes against his wishes on Thursday. Should she get in his ear before the meeting though, you never know.
