We’ve finally got some great action again this week on Big Brother 25 and the latest spoilers are in for what’s going on with the hotly awaited Power of Veto competition results. Would Cameron Hardin be able to pull off his goal this week? Wait, what’s Cameron’s actual goal anyway? It’s hard to be sure!
Cameron played his cards very close to the vest on Friday with his surprise nominations. The HOH had told several HGs that it’d be Blue and Jag going to the Block, just like he did the other week, but instead he surprise attacked the power circle by nominating Felicia and Izzy. Are either of those noms his true target or could it be the true power of the house, Cirie?
And for extra drama, Izzy spoke of abstaining from use of the Veto should she win, lest Cirie be put into danger and Backdoored. Yep, Izzy is really considering being the next Marcellas, isn’t she? But would it come to that? Let’s check the results and find out…
Players this week included Cameron as the HOH plus his nominees Felicia and Izzy. Also selected to play this week: Jag, Jared, and Matt. Those were some good strong players but of course without knowing the comp it might not even matter for who has the best chance at bringing home the medallion.
Big Brother 25 Spoilers: Week 6 Veto Competition Results:
- Jared won the Power of Veto
- Matt won the comp itself, but took a different prize
After the Veto comp we heard Blue and Jared discussing what to do with the Veto. “This sucks,” was the consensus between them as it sounds like Jared has decided, at the moment, not to use the Veto and leave the Noms as they are.
There were prize swaps involved which is surprising for the lengthy run of the comp (about five hours of downtime) since that’s a group performance and should have moved more quickly. HGs did discuss Josh Duhamel there (perhaps just virtually by video) for the Buddy Games cross-promotion.
We’re still piecing together who got what in the prize swap. Matt had a chance to take the Veto, but left it for Jared so Matt may have “won” the comp but took a different prize instead. (Update: Yes, Matt confirmed to America that he won the comp, but didn’t take the medallion from Jared.) Along with prizes there will be costume punishments. Cirie mentioned five HGs would be stuck in costumes: Izzy, Cameron, Felicia, Matt, and Cirie.
Possible that Jag won cash ($5K), Cameron got a trip to Europe, and Matt got a prize to “hang out” with Josh Duhamel but they’re joking it might be a cardboard cutout of Duhamel. Someone may have won a kayak… Nope! That’s a punishment shared by Cirie and Felicia.
BB25 Week 6 Veto Meeting:
Cameron started pitching ideas to Jared for the Veto to be used on Monday and let’s just say it’s not going to be an enticing move for Jared.
The Power of Veto meeting awaits the Houseguests on Monday and there should be plenty to talk about between now and then. The final nominations will soon be set and we’ve got a busy week with Big Brother schedule changes ahead so check the CBS lineup and be ready for the next few episodes.
