We have officially kicked off Week 13 of Big Brother 25! With only two weeks left in the season and five Big Brother houseguests left in the house, there aren’t many options for the new Head of Household to choose from. At the end of Thursday night’s episode of Big Brother, as the credits were rolling, we watched as Matt told Cirie that if he won, she wouldn’t hit the block. Now that the Head of Household has played out, could Cirie end up being in danger this week?
When the feeds returned from the West Coast airing of Big Brother on Thursday night, we saw Matt with the HOH room key around his neck. He, Bowie, and Jag were all talking at the kitchen island about how perfectly the Double Eviction worked out and how excited they were that Matt won HOH. There were also talks of how Cirie and Felicia would be going on the block this week.
Shortly after winning the HOH, Jag and Matt discussed telling Felicia that Bowie is his target this week but that he can’t put Bowie up initially. Jag says that Matt can spin it that he doesn’t want to nominate her upfront so that she doesn’t play hard in the Veto Competition. This is clearly an attempt to keep Felicia calm on the block, but judging by a conversation she has with Jag and Matt later on, this might not be an easy task.
Last night in the Scary Room, Matt, Jag, and Felicia were chatting about all the things that Matt might get in his HOH basket and what his letter could potentially say. Felicia decided this was as good a time as any to talk about what the plan was for this week. She asked if their F4 was still good or if they were going to do to her what they did to Blue. He said they won’t do that, but someone has to go up. They talk about how important this week’s Veto results will be in determining which one of the F5 goes this week. Felicia talks about how she has been on the block six times already, but she seems to understand that there are limited options.
Jag and Bowie also talked privately about how this week should go and what would be best for their F3. They both decided that they would figure out which of the two would go after the Power of Veto Competition played out on Saturday. During this conversation, Jag implied that he would like to see Cirie go this week over Felicia. Jag knows that Cirie would have more jury votes if she made it to F2 since she had great relationships with everyone who has been sent to the Jury house thus far.
After getting his HOH room and after Felicia and Cirie went to bed, Matt told Bowie and Jag that they wouldn’t be going on the block. However, the conversation came up that if either Cirie or Felicia won the Power of Veto competition, one of them would have to go up. Matt reassured them that regardless of what happens with the Veto, they would have the votes to save either Bowie or Jag with Matt being a tiebreaker vote.
Matt plans to nominate Felicia and Cirie for eviction and if one of them should win the Veto, Matt will have to decide if Bowie or Jag will be on the block. This could be a great opportunity for Matt, but if this scenario plays out, it will likely be up to Matt to break a tie. We will have to see how everything plays out this weekend!
