Big Brother 24 Live Feeds: Backyard Blackout Continues

BBLF We'll Be Right Back

The Big Brother 24 season has hit a stumbling block in Week 7 as the Live Feeds have gone dark for days in the backyard and left fans in the, well, dark on what’s happening out there.

Starting back on Thursday night the Big Brother house was split into two “Fests” with the Big BroChella indoors and Dyre Fest trapped outside for the entire week. The *entire* week. On Saturday night the Feeds suddenly cut at 8:15 PM BBT and didn’t return until Sunday morning. The rumor at the time was a wall-yeller was attempting to send a message to the backyard HGs and production cut off the Feeds while they sorted out the mess.

Once Feeds came back at 10:15 AM BBT on Sunday we were only watching the indoor BroChella group. No sign of the outdoor Dyre Fest side of the game. Since then we’ve had a few seconds of occasional Feed moments from the backyard, but that’s been it. Meanwhile, the indoor HGs have mentioned hearing music looping in the backyard and wondered if it was some sort of punishment.

If production is playing music and it’s real music then they can’t have the Feeds on for us to hear it or that’s a licensing issue. And if they’re playing music, real or not, then they’re trying to cover up the sounds of shouting, or potential shouting, from the wall-yeller.

Plenty of rumors and speculation to go around. Someone claimed to have been shouting about Kyle and then that account on Twitter locked and tried to hide. We’ve also heard there have been additional attempts at yelling to the HGs since the initial event on Saturday night. Kyle and his behavior seem to be the repeating theme of what’s being relayed to the HGs from the outside.

It’s a frustrating situation because we’re left without spoilers and confirmations on the Veto meeting from Monday. It took a long time to hear what happened with the indoor Veto meeting and we’ve still got nothing from the Feeds for the outside group.

The prevailing rumor for the outdoor Veto meeting, and stop reading here if you don’t want any spoilers, is that the Veto was actually used. Terrance is said to have saved Turner and put Kyle on the Block. We may not know anything on that until after Wednesday night’s episode when we’ll see it play out on the show.

Fingers crossed we get something soon on what’s been happening outside because that’s where all the excitement could be this week. Back inside everything has been running smooth as silk with the HOH setting a target, securing Veto support, and locking that target in for eviction in two more days. Outside, on the other hand, everything has hit the fan and the Leftovers are set to be split up and fighting from within by next week. Good times ahead.
