It was a slow Veto day but an important one for the Big Brother 24 Houseguests as an overnight Veto comp for the indoor crew lead to a lengthy PoV battle for the outdoor HGs. With the Veto winners decided the focus shifted to this week’s targets and both of those look set for BroChella and Dyre Fest.
The night was cut short by Feeds going to Loops and speculation was a wall-yeller was attempting to get a message across to the outdoor crew. Come on, folks, don’t be that guy that gets the Feeds shut down overnight again.

Big Brother 24 Live Feed Highlights – Saturday, August 20, 2022:
8:20 AM BBT – Outside HGs got their wake-up call.
8:35 AM BBT – Terrance got up but the others keep sleeping. Production is calling them to wake.
9:05 AM BBT – Terrance and Alyssa worry Jasmine could be cut this week (yep) and they’re going to be upset if she is. Terrance hopes they can get the surviving nominee from this side to help fight with them.
9:15 AM BBT – Terrance tells Kyle he wants to be the disruptor and make sure the right person makes it to the end.
10:20 AM BBT – Kyle tells Alyssa he hopes Jasmine gets the Veto then they send home either Monte or Taylor this week. Alyssa doesn’t think Jasmine’s chances are good. Kyle says it’s her own fault for her poor treatment of others.
10:35 AM BBT – Kyle says Joseph had Jasmine under his spell. Jasmine thought she controlled Joseph but it was the other way around, says Kyle. Kyle wants to get Turner to flip on Joseph. Kyle is trying to come up with a complex lie to cover Joseph’s eviction. He wants to claim he saved Turner with the Veto and that Joseph went home over Alyssa. Kyle says Michael is a wuss for not having taken a bigger shot in his HOH week.
10:40 AM BBT – Feeds cut for the Dyre Fest Veto comp.
2:01 PM BBT – Feeds return. Terrance is wearing the medallion.
2:05 PM BBT – Joseph says Noms will probably stay the same. Wonders if they can get Alyssa renom’d.
2:10 PM BBT – Indoor HGs were released from lockdown after the Veto comp.
2:40 PM BBT – Joseph pitching an idea to Turner and Kyle that the three of them go to Terrance to get Alyssa renom’d for revealing the Old School alliance. Kyle says he’ll try.
3:00 PM BBT – Outdoor HGs all gathered in the pool and chatting.
3:20 PM BBT – Indoor HGs hanging around chatting about life back home.
3:40 PM BBT – Jasmine is campaigning to Michael in the HOH room. She explains her strategy in the Veto comp was to keep folding until Monte was out. They discuss what Terrance might be up to out there. She wonders if Terrance picked based on a target or just HGs he’d want to be around.
3:50 PM BBT – Jasmine tells Michael she would nominate Turner and do it upfront instead of a Backdoor.
4:00 PM BBT – Taylor and Monte worry about Joseph getting evicted. They want to try and figure out what has happened if that’s the case. They will investigate to determine what really happened, not just what they’re told.
4:10 PM BBT – Taylor retelling the Kyle+Veto drama from last week. Kyle was telling her that Michael & Brittany were indifferent to whether or not Alyssa was evicted, but Brittany had told her directly she was in support of it. She thinks Kyle was also trying to protect Turner. Taylor thinks Michael would take Brittany to F2.
4:15 PM BBT – Monte tells Taylor they should take the shot at Michael at F5.
4:20 PM BBT – Monte and Taylor worry that Kyle could be trying to get Joseph out this week and if he does it’ll end his game.
4:50 PM BBT – Monte is leading an exercise session for the indoor HGs.
5:30 PM BBT – Few outdoor HGs napping. Joseph has been pacing.
6:00 PM BBT – Brittany camtalks about her hypnosis work back home and thanks her clients for time off to do this. Brittany says she’s been watching Big Brother since she was ten years old.
6:20 PM BBT – Joseph pitches an idea to Kyle that he (J) will tell Terrance there’s another alliance he (Terrance) doesn’t know about but it doesn’t include Turner. Joseph is hoping he can get Terrance to renom Alyssa.
6:45 PM BBT – Joseph warns Kyle he could be a target when the sides merge again but if Kyle keeps him he can protect him with his connections to the indoor side of the LOs.
6:55 PM BBT – After Joseph’s pitch Kyle walks away and laughs.
7:10 PM BBT – Outside HGs got cornhole to play.
7:15 PM BBT – Taylor talks to Brittany about Monte’s idea to go to F5 with Joseph (if he’s still here) and then there they could go after Michael. Taylor says they have Monte for a backup F3 if Michael goes. Brittany says they have to play neutral for now.
7:30 PM BBT – Brittany and Taylor still talking through endgame scenarios and Taylor highlights when they could take a shot at Michael at F5.
7:55 PM BBT – Kyle spilling everything he has left to Terrance. He tells him the name of the alliance, The Leftovers. He says Monte has been running it. Kyle wants the four of them remaining to be solidly together because the inside will be too and they need to stick together to fight that. Both expect the insiders will evict Jasmine.
8:00 PM BBT – Kyle says this scenario works well because Terrance held all the power and Kyle can claim he couldn’t stop it. He hopes that will let him pretend to stay connected with the other side and still gather info for them.
8:05 PM BBT – Joseph talking with Turner that they should pitch to Terrance that the four of them stick together. Joseph says he won’t tell Terrance about the LOs though. Joseph wants to protect the LOs even if he goes out this week.
8:15 PM BBT – Feeds cut. Speculation is a wall-yeller. Feeds remained down for the rest of the night.
As of the time of publishing the Feeds are still down. We’ll keep an eye on their return. In the meantime, Jasmine remains the target and outside it’ll be Joseph going. I don’t expect any changes on either front.
