It was another busy night in the Big Brother 26 house with the fallout from the Nomination Ceremony continuing, campaigning from the noms, alliances being solidified, and powers being revealed. Big Brother 26 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, July 19, 2024:
4:30 PM BBT – Angela tells Leah that she voted yes for AINSLEY but didn’t get the power. She tells Leah she can’t lie to her and Leah tells her even if she did have the power, she wouldn’t think of her as a threat.
4:45 PM BBT – Lisa and Matt are talking in the storage room about the Veto. Matt suggests that Lisa talks to Angela about having someone use the Veto on her, but Lisa says that if Angela has to put someone else up, she isn’t likely to do that.
5:00 PM BBT – Lisa asks Angela how she wants to play this week. Says this is her HOH and she wants to respect it as long as she isn’t the target. Angela tells her that Lisa and Kimo are not her target this week. Angela also tells her that not a single person came to her and asked her to put anyone up for them.
5:05 PM BBT – Angela tells Lisa that if Kenney wins the Veto and pulls himself off, she has another name in mind. She tells Lisa she doesn’t want to put the name out there. Lisa leaves the room for a second and Angela cam talks about how Leah lied to her the whole time. Adds that she put a floater out there and it came right back to her.
5:10 PM BBT – Kenney tells Leah and Matt that he thinks he has the best chance at staying against Lisa and Kimo. Kenney says that Angela told him if Matt wins the Veto that he was going to use it. Matt confirms he said that.
5:20 PM BBT – Matt tells Kenney he should talk to Angela because she picked her noms based on people she felt weren’t playing the game.
5:35 PM BBT – Lisa and Leah are talking. They both agree that they want to work with each other. Leah tells Lisa that she thinks that Lisa can benefit her game because she is smart and a critical thinker. Leah admits that sometimes she struggles with seeing the bigger picture. Meanwhile, Joseph and Cedric are talking and Joseph tells Cedric that they don’t have Rubina, there is no way with how much she talks to Matt and the rest of them.
5:48 PM BBT – Lisa tells Rubina that she knows that this isn’t personal, but as a human, it’s hard not to think that it is. Rubina says that she doesn’t think it’s personal either and adds that she appreciates everything that Lisa has been doing in the house (she’s been cooking for them). Rubina says that she is valid in her emotions, but she doesn’t want her emotions to change how she carries herself in the house.
5:50 PM BBT – Joseph, Cam, Cedric, and T’Kor are chatting in the HOH bathroom. They talk about getting together to talk later. Cam says he wanted to pull them each side individually anyway.
5:55 PM BBT – Joseph and Lisa are talking now and he tells her that he feels like no one is playing. Lisa says she felt that way too but now she is feeling like everyone was playing and she just wasn’t aware of it. Joseph asks Lisa why she thinks she was put up and she says she thinks that it’s because she didn’t talk game with Angela. Adds that she felt that they were still in the “getting to know” everyone stage.
6:00 PM BBT – Lisa is talking to Cedric now and he tells her that he isn’t sure where he stands right now and reminds her that he doesn’t have a vote this week so he can’t help her. She tells him that he has relationships in the house though. Meanwhile, Matt and Chelsie are talking about working together.
6:10 PM BBT – Cam tells Lisa that he was happy to hear that Lisa wasn’t the target. Adds that he didn’t know who the target was this week (he’s playing dumb). Quinn and Brooklyn come in to tell them that when Kimo gets out of the DR, they are going to start the talent show.
6:15 PM BBT – Matt and Angela talk about their conversation yesterday. He reminds her that they had a conversation about Veto and if he wins he will use it however she wants him to. She says she doesn’t remember that conversation because she has had so many conversations. Angela says she has to gather some more thoughts about it, but would like to talk to him more about it later.
6:28 PM BBT – Matt tells Lisa that he just talked to Angela and Lisa has to talk to her. Lisa says she has talked to her. Matt tells her to keep talking to her. Lisa asks if Angela told her who her target was and he said he doesn’t think Angela has a target.
6:30 PM BBT – Matt tells Lisa that he thinks that Angela wants to work with him. Says he doesn’t think their is an Angela’s side and a Matt’s side. He says that he didn’t think she wanted to work with him. Lisa says she probably prefers to work with him than against him.
7:05 PM BBT – Lisa is having a one-on-one with Quinn now. Quinn says that he feels like his own insecurities are preventing him from really playing the game. Says that he asks for permission a lot because he needs to know he is wanted. Lisa says she’s the same way.
7:15 PM BBT – Lisa proposes working with Quinn and asks him if there is anyone else they think they could work with.
7:20 PM BBT – Matt and Angela are talking about Kenney. Angela says they should keep Kenney.
7:30 PM BBT – Angela asks Matt if he would be willing to tell her who he is working with. He says not without them there and she gets a little annoyed that he isn’t giving her anything when she has given him a lot. She then says that she understands he has to protect his game and she’s willing to see how it plays out tomorrow (Veto).
7:35 PM BBT – Lisa asks Quinn who he trusts, he says Lisa, T’Kor, Kimo, and Leah. Lisa says she loves Leah too.
7:50 PM BBT – Kenney tells Cam and Matt that Angela plays in the Veto. Says it’s normally HOH, two noms and three random, but because there are three noms it will be them, Angela and two randoms.
8:10 PM BBT – Quinn, Angela, and T’Kor are in the kitchen talking about BB Comics. Quinn says that T’Kor’s should be the Caped Crocheter.
8:15 PM BBT – Quinn is filling Angela in on what Matt was saying in the gym to Kenney and Cam about how this first week no one other than one of the noms should be using the Veto. Angela tells him that she heard something else from Matt. Angela says that her idea of putting together a nine-person alliance was a dumb idea because Matt has people from within that group working with him. Quinn says that Matt approached him too.
8:20 PM BBT – Brooklyn has joined Angela and Quinn in the HOH room and Angela is running through her conversation with Matt about how he wants to keep Kenney. She adds how Kenney told her that Matt is someone he feels good about along with Makensy, Leah, and Tucker.
8:25 PM BBT – Angela tells Brooklyn and Quinn that Matt has flipped some of her numbers. Says that Joseph is with Matt now and that she caught him spying on her and trying to get information from her. She also thinks that Matt has turned Cam against her. Angela says that Lisa must have told Matt something big too because he came upstairs after the talent show and told her he wanted to vote out Kenney now.
8:40 PM BBT – Chelsie and Lisa are talking in the kitchen about how all-girl alliances never work in Big Brother because you need balance.
8:55 PM BBT – Lisa tells Kimo that ideally one of them will win Veto and come off the block. Kimo says he’s nervous, but Lisa says that everyone will likely vote however Angela wants them too. Lisa says it’s not likely to be a split vote because no one is going to want to get blood on their hands.
9:25 PM BBT – Angela tells Joseph that she feels like no one is talking to her anymore and she feels that Matt has pulled in everyone. She says that she thinks that Matt has Joseph too, but he denies it. Says he is just trying to keep Matt close.
9:35 PM BBT – Kenney tells Lisa that Joseph is playing the introvert, but he clearly has a connection with Angela because they have been having long conversations with each other. He also tells Lisa that he talked game with Angela so her excuse that the noms didn’t talk game with her was not accurate.
9:45 PM BBT – Joseph is talking to Matt about working with Angela. Matt tells him he had a good conversation with her today. They make a plan to get their group in the HOH to all talk (them, Chelsie, Makensy, Leah, Brooklyn, Cam, and Angela) and solidify something.
10:00 PM BBT – Kenney is filling Tucker in on his feelings about Joseph. Says that he is playing an introvert, but he was having a full on conversation with Angela the other day. Tucker mentions that he thinks that Joseph has the power and that’s what they were talking about. Kenney says that Cam said he was going to throw the Veto, but Joseph told him that he needs to play for it and not use it. They wonder why it matters so much to Joseph.
10:22 PM BBT – Kenney is telling Rubina his thoughts about Joseph having a power because of the way he reacted when Cam said he would throw the Veto. Rubina agrees that it’s weird Joseph would say that, especially in front of Kenney.
10:30 PM BBT – Joseph is telling Chelsie that he is trying to get Matt on board with working with Angela, but everyone is in the HOH room so they can’t talk. Chelsie tells Joseph that Angela had a conversation with Matt and afterward she really seemed to want to talk to them about it but Angela hasn’t been alone. Chelsie thinks that she found out who had the power.
10:33 PM BBT – Chelsie doesn’t think that Matt will work with Angela because of Makensy. Says that he is willing to now because she has power, but if one of them wins next week, he’ll jump to whoever has power.
10:35 PM BBT – Tucker is giving Angela a peptalk. Angela is upset that she feels like she has been left out of things because she is HOH. Says that she is in her room while big alliances are being made. Meanwhile, Chelsie is telling Joseph that they need to win Veto and figure out a way to get Makensy on the block.
10:50 PM BBT – Joseph mentions that the three of them (him, Cedric, and Chelsie) and Cam need to stick together. They also talk about T’Kor, Kimo, and Quinn.
11:45 PM BBT – Matt tells Leah and Makensy there is no way that Quinn doesn’t have one of the powers.
11:50 PM BBT – Makensy reveals to Leah and Matt that she has the America’s Veto Power. Explains that if gives her the power to take a nominee off the block and America votes for the renom.
11:55 PM BBT – Cedric tells Angela that Joseph and Cheslie are playing both sides of the house but time will tell if they are truly loyal to them or not.
12:00 AM BBT – Quinn, Joseph, and Cedric are telling Angela about the alliance The Collective. They assure her that she has a group to support her and try and keep her safe. The group consists of Angela, Cedric, Joseph, Chelsie, T’Kor, Kimo, Quinn, and Cam with Kenney as a number for them.
12:05 AM BBT – Angela speculates to Quinn, Joseph, and Cedric that she thinks Lisa has one of the powers and she thinks she told Chelsie that she has it.
12:15 AM BBT – After Joseph leaves the HOH, Angela tells Quinn that he is the best thing that’s happened to her inside the game. Quinn fills her in on the things that he has heard. Tells her that Matt has a F2 with Tucker, but says Matt also told him it was a fake F2 to him, but real to Tucker.
12:50 AM BBT – Sounds like Quinn confirmed to Angela that he has one of the powers, they speculate that Lisa has the other one.
After a pretty major meltdown, Angela seems content with her new eight-person alliance with Kenney being a number for their side as well. It looks like Kenney has a shot at staying in the Big Brother house. The Veto Competition will take place on Saturday and with that might come a major decision for Angela. Stay tuned for spoilers!
