Overnight Feeds revealed the latest spoilers for who had what power from the recent Upgrade competitions in the Big Brother 26 season premiere episodes. We already knew Quinn and Makensy had made it to the top spot in their respective battles but now we know a little more including how one of these two powers will work in the coming weeks.
You’ll remember from the part-one of the premiere that Makensy won the spinny-pukey color sequence while Quinn battled it out with the motherboard components on part-two. What we didn’t know was who had what and how each would work. Now we can check three of those four boxes.
Big Brother 26 – BBAI Upgrade Spoilers:
Overnight on the Live Feeds Quinn confirmed to Angela that he has the Deepfake HOH. No word yet on how that would work but I would guess it lets him replace some decisions made there by a different HG who is holding the position.
Similarly overnight we heard from Makensy that she has America’s Veto and better yet, she explained how it works. Talking with Leah and Matt, take note of that trio forming, Makensy explained that can save someone from the Block but it’d be up to the viewers to decide the renom. She can only use the America’s Vote power over the next four weeks then presumably it goes poof whether it was used or not.
With those details from Makensy I would then expect Quinn’s power to have a matching expiration, so he’s got this week plus three more to go on it. Considering he’s working tightly with Angela (he told her overnight that she’s his #1) I do not expect his power to come into play this week.
So there we go. Two powers identified and one of them explained. We’ll listen for more info on Quinn’s power from the Feeds and update here when we know more.
These powers can really shift the game. Just look at last year’s Invincibility power when Matt saved Jag after he was evicted (10-0) and the two of them went on to be the season’s F2. Crazy!
