Update: Your Big Brother 25 cast has been revealed! Meet the new Houseguests here now!
This week on Big Brother the new season arrives along with the cast of Big Brother 25 and the launch of the BB Live Feeds. It’s going to be a busy few days so great ready and put the next few days’ big events on your calendar.
Things should kick off on Monday when the cast reveal is expected. CBS has teased it’ll be an all-new cast and Julie has even noted that this cast will be unlike ones you’ve seen in the past. Hmm, okay that could be good right? Is BB ready to buck the usual trends of its pigeon holed cast line up? Fingers crossed. But either way, it’ll probably be a 12PM ET drop on the news, but we haven’t heard anything yet to confirm either way, that’s just the time I’m holding in anticipation.
Once the cast is announced we’ll be able to spend a few days digging through that and getting our first impressions sorted out. If there’s anything particularly unique or obvious about the cast it may reveal part of the Big Brother 25 theme or twists. We’ve been speculating that this could be something of a split/divided house thanks to the Time Laser teaser from the other day that seemed to zap the house apart.
Speaking of the house, we haven’t yet received the usual video tour from host Julie Chen Moonves which delivers a gallery of photos for us to check out the whole house. So far it’s just been a few teaser shots captured from the videos at this point. I’m hoping we’ll get the regular Julie-tour, but we’ll see if that happens.
Then the big event, season premiere night! Big Brother 25 premieres on Wednesday, August 2nd at 8/7c for a 90-minute special event. We’ll meet the cast in the house and see everything kick-off. Best part is this will be a live move-in so we’ll see it as it happens and then soon after the Live Feeds will turn on at 12:30AM ET (9:30PM PT) after the west cost premiere concludes. That’s gonna be a late night and probably just the first of many this season!
