Big Brother 24: Veto Ceremony Plans for Week 2

It is Monday which means the Veto Ceremony will take place inside the Big Brother 24 house today! This week’s Veto winner will have to make a decision as to what they will do with the power. As we know from last night’s episode of Big Brother, Jasmine is this week’s Head of Household and she nominated Taylor and Pooch for eviction. Read on to find out whether those noms will change or stay the same at the Veto Ceremony for week 2 of BB24!

Jasmine nominated Taylor and Pooch for eviction and Jasmine made it known to us that Taylor was originally going to be her target. However, shortly after she won the Head of Household Competition, Pooch came to her and offered himself up as a pawn to help her take Taylor out. Little did he know, offering to put himself on the block, would give Jasmine, her allies, and a few other people in the house a great idea. Instead of taking Taylor out this week, who is no threat to their game, they could get Pooch out since he will be harder to take out later on.

The Power of Veto Competition took place inside the Big Brother house on Saturday and Michael went on to win the Power of Veto Comp for the second time this season. The only difference from last week is that Michael doesn’t need to save himself with it, but he could choose to take Taylor or Pooch off the block. Since Michael doesn’t work with Pooch at all, it wouldn’t make sense for him to take Pooch off the block.

For a short time, there was a plan that Michael would use the Veto on Taylor, that way no one would be tempted to vote her out over Pooch, who is this week’s target. However, sometime between the Nomination Ceremony and the Veto Competition, that plan changed and Ameerah, Terrance, and Michael were all asked to keep the nominations the same if they won the Power of Veto. As of right now, that seems to still be the plan and Pooch is seemingly getting a little nervous about being on the block.

Looks like we can expect this week’s nominations to stay the same and Pooch is still likely going to be voted out at this week’s Eviction. Do you think that getting Pooch out now is still the right move to make?
