The Big Brother 24 Veto Ceremony played out as planned Monday afternoon, and the target seemingly decided to throw in the towel already instead of putting up a fight to stay in the game. Maybe it’s a lost cause, but there’s always a chance. So there wasn’t much campaigning going on yet, but there was definitely some talks about how the votes seem to be heading, and who the next targets will likely be.

Big Brother 24 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, August 8, 2022:
3:25 PM BBT – HGs are hanging out outside, enjoying the sun, swimming and chatting.
3:57 PM BBT – Taylor and Brittany agree that Indy is sneaky.
4:04 PM BBT – Michael asks Brittany why the girls alliance excluded Taylor. Brittany says it was Jasmine who first said Taylor was a “boy’s girl” and not a “girl’s girl.” So they formed Six in the City (but that name wasn’t OK’d by production so that’s why it ended up being called the Girls Girls alliance.
4:05 PM BBT – Michael says he doesn’t feel like you can be in the pageant circuit if you don’t like other girls. Taylor says right, and says how could she have won Miss Congeniality among 51 women if she doesn’t like other women. Brittany said it was ridiculous and didn’t make any sense.
5:30 PM BBT – Jasmine and Joseph go over the votes. Jasmine wonders if she should try to send Kyle home. Joseph knows what’s going to happen, but Jasmine isn’t sure so Joseph helps her count the votes. She concludes that Daniel is going home.
5:40 PM BBT – Kyle doing his cam talk bit. He says he wanted to work with Alyssa and was trying to set it up so the two of them could get with Michael, Brittany and Turner to form something. But he says Alyssa went AWOL on Monte and now he can’t help Alyssa anymore. He says he’s back to square one and will be riding with The Leftovers.
5:43 PM BBT – Kyle says he loses to most of the alliance. He thinks he’d be about number 5 on the list (only ahead of Brittany and Turner).
5:45 PM BBT – Joseph tells Kyle that Jasmine is considering voting Kyle out. Kyle says he thought they were trying to get him on their side. Joseph says we made sure Jasmine knows the votes aren’t there to get Kyle out over Daniel. Joseph says the other side will vote with the house again to try to not show their cards.
5:56 PM BBT – Joseph tells Kyle that Taylor is rooting for the Kyle and Alyssa showmance but Joseph says be careful. Kyle says he doesn’t tell Alyssa anything about the game.
5:57 PM BBT – Joseph is now encouraging the Kyle and Alyssa showmance (no one is saying it, but it seems everyone is encouraging the showmance to put targets on that showmance).
5:58 PM BBT – Kyle says regardless of how much he gives into the Alyssa showmance, she will be going the next two weeks. Joseph says she might be the next one after Daniel. Kyle says exactly.
6:08 PM BBT – Kyle says he feels great with Monte, Turner, and Joseph.
6:13 PM BBT – Jasmine tells Alyssa that she doesn’t think it’s possible to send Kyle out because too many people want Daniel out. Alyssa says she does too. Jasmine says you want Daniel out? Alyssa says yes, over Kyle.
7:20 PM BBT – Terrance and Daniel talk about the alliance. They agree it has to be a six or eight member group.
7:22 PM BBT – Daniel tells Terrance the only people he’d be happy with winning the money at this point would be Terrance or Jasmine.
8:47 PM BBT – Daniel tells Jasmine he knows he doesn’t have the votes. He says he gave Michael an unbelievable offer and Michael turned it down.
8:50 PM BBT – Daniel says Taylor will make Top 5 for sure and says that Michael will go to the end if they don’t get him out.
8:58 PM BBT – Terrance and Daniel tell Jasmine that Monte is with Michael, Brittany and Taylor. Terrance says after Daniel leaves they want Kyle out (they don’t).
9:00 PM BBT – Jasmine says it’s obvious that Joseph isn’t in that large alliance. Terrance agrees.
9:03 PM BBT – Terrance tells Jasmine he thinks Alyssa and Kyle were kissing when he walked in on them.
9:09 PM BBT – Daniel says he wishes the eviction was tonight so he could just go.
9:15 PM BBT – Jasmine and Terrance tell Joseph they know about that alliance and Jasmine says to Joseph hopefully he’s not in it. Joseph tells them that he definitely isn’t in that alliance. Jasmine says he better not be lying to her. He says he isn’t.
9:16 PM BBT – Terrance says he really wanted Michael to take the shot at Monte, and he gave that shot to Michael by throwing the veto to him. Joseph plays dumb some more.
9:18 PM BBT – Daniel says he will be rooting for Jasmine, Terrance, and Joseph from home. He says he plans to watch the show but not the Live Feeds. He says he’s going to go to San Diego to see Paloma then hang out with Nicole.
9:40 PM BBT – Alyssa sharing with Kyle how much Jasmine dislikes being paired with Turner and her complaints about him.
10:10 PM BBT – Jasmine tells Alyssa she’s suspicious there was never a flip with Ameerah’s eviction and it had been planned.
10:15 PM BBT – Jasmine thinks Joseph would trust Terrance more than Monte. She says Taylor was smart to pick Indy and Alyssa as her new Besties because HGs wouldn’t put them up. Alyssa notes that Monte did put them up.
10:30 PM BBT – HGs retelling their first-kiss stories.
11:40 PM BBT – Alyssa relays to Kyle that Jasmine thinks there is an alliance with Monte, Indy, Taylor, Brittany, and Turner. Alyssa wants Kyle to go talk with Jasmine.
11:45 PM BBT – Terrance and Daniel are plotting a way to flip the vote this week. They think there’s still a chance. Daniel says he’d nominate Michael from the start, no BD.
12:15 AM BBT – Kyle hangs out with Alyssa upstairs while she takes a shower. He teases he could sit in the shower stall and no one would know.
12:20 AM BBT – Terrance, Jasmine, and Daniel going over options for votes and if they could get five. They think Joseph will vote along with them.
1:15 AM BBT – Jasmine talking with Indy about what she’s seeing in the game. She wants to tell Alyssa that Kyle is bad for her game and see if they can get her to vote him out this week instead of Daniel. She thinks Kyle lied to them about the Ameerah vote.
2:10 AM BBT – Jasmine working on Joseph about keeping Daniel. He points out that would have been like trying to work with Taylor when the house wanted her out.
2:15 AM BBT – LOs are starting to gather upstairs. Monte wants to be cautious but thinks they have the votes. The group discusses Jasmine is trying to lead the Convenience Store side and turn Joseph. They laugh about the other side’s attempts to break them up.
2:40 AM BBT – Taylor shares her GB message to Daniel will be that his wish came true and she won’t speak to him again until finale night.
3:00 AM BBT – LOs still upstairs going over their next moves. They are feeling good that once they get Daniel out then the remaining HGs of Indy, Terrance, and Jasmine won’t do well. They worry about Jasmine winning HOH.
3:10 AM BBT – Michael thinks the worst-case scenario could be Jasmine winning HOH next. Kyle says he’ll start acting worried tomorrow.
3:30 AM BBT – Taylor says she’d blindside Terrance and send him out if she wins HOH.
3:40 AM BBT – Michael and Brittany are excited to be playing with a split-house. They think that’s more fun.
4:00 AM BBT – LOs have dispersed. Michael hanging around alone and camtalking.
The Leftovers remain in a good spot and Daniel is still set to head out the door. Will the other side figure out there’s no chance to save Daniel? Jasmine seems to be getting close to figuring things out and then still misses the mark. Few more days ahead before the next vote and a new HOH will be crowned.
