Big Brother 19 Live Feeds Week 5: Friday Highlights

Welcome to what might have been the most crazed day of Big Brother 19 Feeds this season. The house was still working through Jessica’s big reveal as they discovered the Temptation Competition, dealt with the drama, set themselves up for nominations, and oh my did things fly apart after that. The wheels came off the bus Friday night.

Mark wrestles pans from Josh's hands

Somehow no one was ejected and that’s amazing considering how wild, angry, and hot the house got through the night. There’s plenty more drama to come, I’m sure, but here’s what you might have missed on Friday.

If you’ve got the Live Feeds (Free Trial) then you can watch all of these moments with the Flashback feature to go back and watch those important conversations or funny scenes you may have missed.

Big Brother 19 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, July 28, 2017:

9:05 AM BBT – HGs start to get up, but it’s slow progress.

10:05 AM BBT – Josh camtalks about Mark asking if they can turn back the clock and get along. Josh tells us no way.

10:30 AM BBT – Feeds were on the petcam for nearly 15 mins. HGs got another stern warning to get up along with being informed of the Temptation Competition. HGs trying to figure out if they’ll play or not.

10:35 AM BBT – Cody openly says he won’t accept to play. (Later he sings a different tune in private.)

10:55 AM BBT – Paul tells HGs that Cody claimed he isn’t going to compete, but Paul doesn’t believe him. Jason said he’s going to compete and isn’t worried about coming in last. Alex says she wants to play too. Bit ago Kevin said he did not want to play and risk going up when he knows Paul wouldn’t put him up.

11:08 AM BBT – After previously saying he wouldn’t compete Matthew asks Paul what he wants him to do. Paul tells Matthew to compete. Matthew immediately agrees.

11:10 AM BBT – Cody and Jessica arguing over whether they should play or not. Jessica doesn’t want them to compete or it could out her lie. Cody argues Paul is likely going to try putting them up anyway so he shouldn’t skip this chance for safety.

11:15 AM BBT – Cody wants Jessica to go tell Paul it’ll be a rewind week if he tries to put them up. Jessica doesn’t see the benefit. Cody says the benefit is him not going up.

11:20 AM BBT – Jessica thinks Paul is going to go after someone else and wants Cody to lay low and see if this passes. Jessica suggests Paul might go after Alex this week. (How is she so bad at this?)

11:25 AM BBT – Jessica still thinks Paul might be going after Alex and suggests in that case putting Cody up wouldn’t benefit Paul so he probably won’t do that.

11:27 AM BBT – Elena tells Paul she doesn’t think she’ll compete in the Temptation.

11:45 AM BBT – Mark and Elena discussing the eviction last night. Elena says she’s not acting heated, but if this was the real world she’d smash Matthew and Raven’s heads against a wall.

11:48 AM BBT – Mark says he may need the votes this week. Elena says it’s not her problem. Mark says he’s associated with her now. Again, not Elena’s problem she says.

11:50 AM BBT – Feeds cut for the Temptation Competition.

3:51 PM BBT – Feeds return. Mark is in a tutu and Paul is congratulating him. Mark won the comp and is safe. Jason lost and will be the 3rd nom.

3:53 PM BBT – Elena congratulating Mark on making Jury. Mark worries that Elena doesn’t sound happy for him.

4:01 PM BBT – Jason tells Alex that maybe this is good for the situation so he can see where votes go. Alex promises Jason they have the votes to keep him and if she gets to play for Veto she’ll fight to help him.

4:12 PM BBT – Cody tells Jessica he regrets not playing and sitting on the sidelines. Jessica apologizes. He says he won’t do that again.

4:15 PM BBT – Paul upstairs explaining to the group that he’ll use Elena plus a strong pawn now that Mark is ineligible. This is only in the case that his Plan A doesn’t work, nominating Jessica & Cody.

4:15 PM BBT – Back downstairs Mark is camtalking that he’s teaming up the four of them, Mark, Cody, Jessica, & Elena to fight the other side.

4:25 PM BBT – Paul has been explaining to the HoH crew his plan. No one is offering to be that strong pawn for him. He says someone will have to do it.

4:35 PM BBT – Matt says he’ll go up as be a team player. Alex says she’s okay doing that too.

4:40 PM BBT – Paul promises Josh he’ll keep him safe. (Earlier Paul was telling HGs they could use Josh as a backup plan.)

5:00 PM BBT – Kevin tells Jason and Alex that he’ll campaign to save either of them if they’re up.

5:20 PM BBT – Elena tells Mark that she’s sure she’s going up.

5:30 PM BBT – Josh tells Mark he doesn’t hate him and this is just a game.

5:45 PM BBT – Jessica talking like she’s giving up and ready to leave the game.

6:00 PM BBT – Jason admits to crying this morning over missing his wife, but he won’t do that again and is ready to lie, cheat, and steal to win the game.

6:15 PM BBT – Matthew and Raven trying to figure out Jessica’s Temptation power. They don’t know what it is but are confused that she’d make such bold claims about it.

6:23 PM BBT – Feeds cut for Noms.

7:22 PM BBT – Feeds return. Jessica & Cody were nom’d. They’re upstairs yelling at Paul that he screwed up so bad and he’s ruined everything and the sky is falling. Cody starts cussing out Paul who tells him to leave the room if he’s going to take it to that level. They all leave the room and the shouting continues across the house. Things are HOT.

7:30 PM BBT – Josh is shouting at Mark from across the kitchen. He’s saying Mark should have stood up for Dominique but he didn’t and now he can go hide behind Cody.

7:30 PM BBT – In the bedroom Jessica is yelling at Cody for him picking that fight with Paul. She’s angry with his behavior.

7:35 PM BBT – Paul is off on the side talking with Jessica. He’s trying to talk her away from Cody saying it’s Cody’s fault, not hers that she’s in this situation. He asks her what she can tell him about the power, but she won’t discuss it.

7:40 PM BBT – Josh continues to taunt Mark. He grabs the pans and starts banging them walking toward Mark. Mark gets up and rushes at Josh! He’s grabbing the pans from Josh. Kevin tries to get between them. Feeds cut. Whoa!

7:43 PM BBT – Feeds are back. Mark and Josh are in separate rooms. No one was ejected. I’m amazed it didn’t come to blows yet again between those two guys.

7:50 PM BBT – Paul is still working on Jessica that it’s not her fault, but she needs to get away from Cody while she still can.

7:52 PM BBT – Cody tells Mark he’ll probably tell Jessica not to waste her Hex on him and he’ll just get evicted instead.

8:00 PM BBT – Cody says he’s sorry that Jessica will discover he’s like this in the real world. Earlier Jessica said she hopes he isn’t like this outside the game.

8:05 PM BBT – Paul’s talk with Jessica is done. He catches up with the other HGs and they’re sharing details about Mark and Josh’s fight with the pans. They’re amazed that Mark didn’t get ejected.

8:07 PM BBT – Paul tells Matthew and Raven that he’s figured out Jessica’s power. He thinks she can nix the eviction if she is concerned about how it’ll go. (Close enough.) Paul thinks he can convince Jessica to ditch Cody and let them evict him this week without using her power.

8:15 PM BBT – Alex talks with Kevin and Jason saying she’s figured out Jessica’s Temptation. She believes the power makes it a dud week and no one gets evicted. (Yep.)

8:17 PM BBT – Cody tells Kevin he’s giving up and will tell Jessica not to save him with the power so she can keep it. He says he’s the worst thing for her game now.

8:25 PM BBT – Josh has the pots and pans back out again.

8:35 PM BBT – Paul and Alex are dancing around the kitchen wearing the tutus.

8:40 PM BBT – Paul thinks Mark will get ejected because when it gets the point of production telling you to go to different rooms then you’ve messed up. Josh states that Mark didn’t touch him and just grabbed the pans.

9:00 PM BBT – Paul asks Elena, if Jessica and Cody are safe then why would they have freaked out like that after the nominations.

9:00 PM BBT – Josh is back from the DR. He says he was told to cool it. Josh says he doesn’t want Mark to get evicted over this and wants to beat Mark in the game instead.

9:05 PM BBT – Mark and Elena are about to have another long, drawn out, dreary conversation. Enter at your own risk.

9:10 PM BBT – Christmas has been working on Jessica. She’s repeating the same advice Paul had about ditching Cody so the house will be okay with her again.

9:25 PM BBT – Christmas tells Jessica that her connection to Cody is dangerous for her. She says to fight for the veto and she hopes that if he wins veto he uses it on Jessica.

9:27 PM BBT – Cody walks into the room while Jessica and Christmas are talking. He takes his belongings and moves out of their room without saying anything to Jessica. She tells Christmas that she’s not going to chase him. She says she can’t be with someone who acts like he did if he acts like it in real life. Jessica asks Christmas not to tell people Cody is doing this to her. Christmas says people are going to figure it out on their own and rally behind Jessica.

9:29 PM BBT – Christmas and Jessica apologize to being “dicks” to each other. They hug. Jessica says she’s sure Cody thinks she’s betraying him right now but he’ll see when he watches it back that he could have acted better.

9:30 PM BBT – Jessica finally tells Christmas that the Hex means no one goes home this week if she uses the Hex. She says if she could stop the eviction if she feels in danger and that Paul can’t compete in the next HOH. Christmas asks her why doesn’t she just save it and send Cody home. Jessica admits it can only be used once. Christmas tells her there are lots of ways she can play this.

9:35 PM BBT – Paul asks Mark about his reaction during the nomination ceremony. Mark said it’s because he didn’t think Jessica and Cody could be nominated. Paul asks if they were fooling everyone with the power. Mark says apparently so.

9:40 PM BBT – Mark asks Paul if he is a bigger target than Josh. Paul says in his eyes, no. Mark is worried about where he is in the game. Paul reminds Mark that he has safety like Josh did week one and worked to un-F himself.

9:54 PM BBT – Cody tells Elena that he has been detrimental to Jessica’s game and that she and Elena would be much better off in the game without the guys. He tells her they can still save themselves but he and Mark can’t.

10:03 PM BBT – Mark and Josh talking things out. Kind of. Josh tells Mark that he (M) inserted himself into a fight that he wasn’t a part of. Josh tells him he should stop involving himself in things. Mark agrees. He tells Josh that he broke him. Mark tells him that he knows he called him a bully and, I think was trying to apologize, but Josh isn’t really having it. Mark says what he was going to say is completely irrelevant now.

10:05 PM BBT – Josh tells Kevin that Mark said he broke him. Kevin calls Mark a baby and says Josh needs to just be cool so he doesn’t get thrown out of the game.

10:14 PM BBT – Elena and Jessica talking about how they’re in the same position because of their showmances. Jessica tells her that Paul and Christmas are trying to convince her not to use the Hex this week. She asks why she would want someone out of the house who is never going to come after her. She says why would she help people who will definitely try to get her out of the house.

10:15 PM BBT – Jessica explains to Elena exactly how the Hex works. Elena asks why she didn’t use it last week and Jessica says because she knew Dominique was going home so she took a gamble.

10:16 PM BBT – Elena tells Jessica that Cody was telling her that he wants to go home, meaning he wants Jessica to save the power for herself and they can send him home this week.

10:18 PM  BBT – Jessica tells Elena that the behavior Cody displayed in the HOH room was disgusting. She says she’s going to have to explain herself to her friends and her clients because she associated with someone who acted like that. She said that if he acts like that in the house then he probably acts like that outside. Elena agrees that it’s not acceptable if Mark acts the same way outside the house.

10:20 PM BBT – Jessica says if she doesn’t use the Hex this week then she directly contributes to Cody’s eviction and that doesn’t set well with her. She says she has a heart and her heart doesn’t feel OK about this.

10:23 PM BBT – Mark apologizes to everyone about how he acted earlier.

11:17 PM BBT – Jessica and Paul talking again. He tells her that her social game is so good and Cody’s is so bad. He tells her that she can pivot this week. Paul asked her if people gave her a chance while Cody was gone. She said no one spoke game with her. Paul says that’s debatable.

11:35 PM BBT – Jessica and Cody are finally talking about earlier. She asks him if he’s quitting and he says he doesn’t want to ruin her game. She says she’s not going to evict him. He says she’s not going to evict him she’s going to save herself. Jessica tells him that his behavior was unacceptable. He says he is who he is and he will never stop himself. He says that’s how he is and she doesn’t like that and he isn’t going to change that. He says he’s sorry that it’s hurting her but that’s how it is. She tells him that he lives in society and he can’t act like that. He says he’s gotten this far acting like that. He admits he doesn’t have many friends, he’s single and doesn’t really have much to do with his family. She tells him that’s not a good way to be.

11:37 PM BBT – Jessica asks Cody if being disassociated from everybody in life makes him happy and he says it does. He tells her that he can’t meet her standards and can’t make her happy.

11:40 PM BBT – Cody tells Jessica he tried to do everything her way this week and this is the most unhappy week they’ve had.

11:42 PM BBT – Cody tells Jessica he wants her to win the game because he can’t. He says he’s going to jump on a grenade for her. She says she doesn’t need anyone to do that for her.

11:48 PM BBT – Jessica says she wants them to play the veto, one of them win it, use the Hex, win HOH and then fight them off one by one. She says she doesn’t want his final week in the house to be this.

11:52 PM BBT – Jessica tells Cody that she can’t not use the Hex on him.

12:45 AM BBT – It’s a Big Brother Storm Watch announcement! HGs are about to be up for awhile.

12:50 AM BBT – Paul studying hard and telling the group there’s no way it’s a dud week (Jessica’s Hex power).

1:25 AM BBT – Jessica tells Cody that HGs have been telling her not to use the Hex and let Cody go. Cody wants names. Jessica tells him it’s been all of them.

1:40 AM BBT – Elena tells the HoH crew that Jessica’s power definitely has an expiration. Group discusses how they want Cody out while there are many promises that Jessica wouldn’t be the target after he goes. Heh.

1:45 AM BBT – Storm Watch clip played again.

3:25 AM BBT – HGs still up and studying when the next BB Storm Watch announcement arrives.

4:55 AM BBT – Paul continues to lead a studying session in the HoH room with Elena, Alex, Josh, Kevin, Matthew, Raven, Christmas, and Jason.

What an amazing night of chaos and crazy on the Feeds. There’s so much going on and these HGs are delivering the entertainment. We’ve got a week worth of high stress over Jessica’s Hex power and it’s going to wipe everything out. I’m expecting Cody to rally and get over this “woe is me” pity party when Jessica refuses not to use the Hex on him. They’ll both be in the game and ready for more next week.

In the meantime we’ve got the Veto coming up and HGs are still up now studying. They don’t even know yet who will be playing so this is a lot of studying for nothing for most of them. On top of that the Hex will make it all moot anyway. Even more “all for nothing.” It’s still a fun comp though so I’m looking forward to seeing that play out on Wednesday’s show. So much to see!

  1. Jess should use the HH this week to stop the eviction, reset the game (sort of) and put Paul at a disadvantage for next week’s HOH – he won’t be able to compete!

Cody does need to leave the game for his own sake and Jess’, and ON THEIR OWN TERMS not Petulant Paul’s (the house’s). He should play through next week but let the house vote him out.

Obviously this was the wrong game show and environment for Cody. He should have been cast for Survivor. Once he’s gone, Jess can finally relax, play her own game and possibly win the 500K.

  2. So sick of Jessica’s bedroom confessions and the HG’s trying to be rational with her…she’s as big a baby as Josh, Cody & Mark IMO.

    • Josh wins that one and Mark a close second. Nobody else has really been on the block and in danger of going home. I think we’ll see a different side of the “sheep” when they have to start slaughtering each other.

  3. Really? Jody thought that by simply announcing that they were safe for a few weeks, no one would …. or should nominate them? Unbelievable. Then when their bluff is called, they act like immature, petulant children. SMH

    • I guess Jeszibel felt she was due another courtesy. She is obviously used to things going the way SHE thinks they should go, and for many pretty girls, it happens that way a lot of the time because of what they “give” in return. What I find very amusing is the fact that she, delusionally and conveniently, pretends that being associated with Cody’s actions is a negative reflection on her family and workplace. She’s literally had her finger up Paul’s butthole on more than one occasion, according to what I’ve read. She publicly and raunchily discussed bleaching of buttholes and other matters. She has been having sex with a psycho that she doesn’t even know on public TV for the world, well part of it, to see, but yet Cody is making her look bad. What a crock of shite!
      Good AM, tr8ppng3!

      • I’m always up before 6 AM, and always feisty in the mornings! Clean conscience leads to good sleep, along with an Ambien every now and then. lol

      • Wow, what a great thing to wake up to, reading one of KSJB’s remarks, as usual, funny as hell, love it !!!!

      • It’s all in fun. I leave the getting serious about this stuff part for the people who have no sense of humor. Wah wah…lol
I’m not beyond using my red-headed temper(which I reserve for drastic measures only, :D) on anyone trying to purposefully be a smart arse, though. It’s like my car, gotta rev it up every now and then just to make sure it’s operational.

      • Sorry but that second cup kicked in and I was a little busy there for a while:)

      • Lol the poor me she spews makes me sick. You’re 100% correct she has acted like a whore and she thinks she is a saint. Delusional

      • I wonder how Cody will react when he goes back and watches and sees Paul straddling his girlfriend giving her massages the whole week he wasn’t in the house. Wish we could have some feeds for that!

      • I really can’t respect their little show they put on for everyone and their mother to see….and THEIR (C&J) mother to see.
She said it better than I ever could…

“Jessica tells Elena that the behavior Cody displayed in the HOH room was disgusting. She says she’s going to have to explain herself to her friends and her clients……”

Yeah, I thought so too lol. -The behavior the two of you displayed in the HOH room or wherever else disturbed me too.
(I know that’s not what she was talking about, but it’s very fitting. ;) )

    • “Should” is correct. How DARE Paul not do what they want?? They are Jerkisa and Kooky, they run EVERYTHING and nobody BETTER not listen to them or crap will happen!

      • Agree , everyone should listen to King Paul. What a load of crap, bunch of sissies.

    • Yes you’re right….if she kept it secret it wouldn’t have forced Paul’s hand…he knew that this was the right move to do….call her bluff. Although he would have put them up anyway…it would have had more of a physiological effect when she would have used it on the spot….just as Paul did with his.

    • In fairness, I think she thought that since she didn’t put up anyone of value last week, they would give her the same courtesy this week. If anything, she is too trusting and naive.

    • lol that’s why newbies with a vet is so funny. Newbies who don’t watch the show have no clue and a vet can school them!!!

    • It could be that Cody just doesn’t naturally trust most people after years of bad experiences.

    • It’s not that simple. Cody is who he was trained by the military to be. They don’t teach you how to be likable or develop relationships. That’s why so many ex-military people like him have difficulty adjusting to civilian life. I really feel for him and want him to go far in the game, but I don’t think he’s in the right frame of mind.

  4. Funny to watch Jess and Elena talk last night. Jess was obviously looking for sympathy and maybe advice. But every time she said something, Elena would bring the convo back to Elena and HER situation. They are the Mean Girls Alliance.

    • No. He wanted to. Jess thought that would signal that her Temptation wasn’t as strong as she hinted at. He listened to her.

      • Don’t think it was the right move…he should have….at this point they should have expected to be put when she revealed the temptation so what have changed Paul’s mind.

      • Lol….Cody first…now Jess. Cody did say I think that this was the worst week for him…by playing Jess’s game…these two aren’t meant for each other.

      • Yes, tony. You and I know that, now they just need to figure that out and go their separate ways, LOL

      • Should they stay together after the show can you imagine what life is going to be like in the real world, oh my……….

      • I think that is one reason he has been so angry. He knows he had the chance to save himself and he let J talk him out of it. Now he doesn’t feel safe and he is blaming that on her, although, last I heard, she was still planning to use the HH if he is still on the block and she isn’t. In all honesty, I think it’s a macho thing with him. He doesn’t want HER saving HIM.

      • 11:52 PM BBT – Jessica tells Cody that she can’t not use the Hex on him.

        Did something change after this?

      • Oh jeez, you’re right. I didn’t see the double negatives. I misread it. Thanks for the clarification.

      • Did you hear him last nite telling her that the way he acts in the house is the same as he does in RL? that he has few friends and is not close to his family? Those are Red Flags to me. Run for the hills girl.

      • I read about it this AM. He was very adamant that he doesn’t plan on changing either.

      • If she doesn’t see those red flags….then she’s doomed to lose….cut the cord and play the game with the HH still in your pocket girl !.

      • Dude must be tiny downstairs with how much he feels the need to act like such a tough guy/alpha male

      • That seems to be Paul’s opinion of him. I have no evidence to the contrary nor can I verify.

      • Nor would I have any desire to verify, but he’s clearly overcompensating for something……and Paul has shown to be a pretty good judge of character

      • Actually that wasn’t a bad thought coming from Jessica. Wait, did I really just say that? Then again, on the live eviction night, she did say they were safe from Nominations. Her words that came back to bite her is so funny. Paul did the right thing by exposing her lie about that.

  5. Has everyone forgotten that, in order to use the hex, Jessica needs to recite a verse three times. If she screws that up, the hex does not take effect.

    • No way….don’t think production will let a technically like that happen…they will probably remind her.

    • I think that was just to “enable” the hex there in the Den. She said it three times then. Probably just has to say she’s canceling it, or whatever. Plus, it’s a fake spell so it doesn’t really matter if she gets it wrong…

    • That will never fly. She is going to use it and I seriously think reciting that is crap.

  6. Any comments on those two Looney Tunes….Mark and Josh. Don’t think they will be together much longer….one of them will be ejected! Don’t understand how production would let Josh do the pots and pans thing and not think Mark would react. They should have nipped it in the bud right away….I guess they needed some juicy footage before they intervened.

  7. Jessica and Cody are something else, they have torpedo their own game and now expect the others to hold their hands and sing ‘Cry Me a River’..just not going to happen.

    • Yep. I don’t care for her and he’s lost his game focus. But her, as ANN fan, like so many others who have come on the show, think they have this game play, and it blows up on them, and they realize it’s a lot harder than it looks. They think they’re going to come in and play this certain game with their strategy. Then stuff happens and they don’t know how to pivot/correct. They just wring their hands and lash out, looking for sympathy and

  8. Oh my goodness, what a read! This was loaded.

I dont get exactly what people are mad at Mark about? Josh is a prick and is antagonizing Mark. Good on Mark for taking the pots and also sizing up to Josh to as well so Josh knows to quit it.

    • Josh talks about being a “man” and don’t disrespect a “man” like Mark did with the ‘pickle-juice-gate’ , but how is he being a “man” by taunting and torturing Mark until he leaves the house and unwilling to let anything go and just make piece. While I agree Mark has not made the best decisions, he did try to go to Josh last night and make amends and for that I definitely think he is the bigger “man” than Josh is at this point.

    • Sure is….Paul thought that it would be a piece of cake to strategize his way through this season….production sent him some curve balls !

    • I’ve watched every season, and I’ve never seen anything like this. No alliances (basically), no loyalty, everybody at everybody else’s throat or stabbing them in the back – it’s a basic free-for-all. Entertaining, sure. But these people are taking things way too personally, and that’s dangerous.

  9. I don’t like Mark, but if someone were smacking pots and pans in my face I’d get up too LOL

  10. Sensing some pent up furry in Raven….thinking she will be someone do deal with later in the game….I think it’s brewing.

  11. 11:15 AM BBT – Cody wants Jessica to go tell Paul it’ll be a rewind week if he tries to put them up. Jessica doesn’t see the benefit. Cody says the benefit is him not going up. — YES THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE

    • yep…But I think she will have to sit this comp out cause there will be water involved and she can’t get her cast wet…

    • Just on a player picked to play the veto is my understanding. I don’t think it can be used to keep a person who is OTB from playing in the comp.

      • I thought it was she could switch anyone even if they were OTB ..will have to see if I can read up on it now heheheeh

      • “If they’re not one of the six houseguests playing, they can swap places with one of the three players chosen by random draw.”

  12. I wish that Jessica could see that people in the house are still using her and betraying her at this most vulnerable time for her. Paul talks to her one-on-one (after the big blowup in the HoH room involving Paul, Cody, and Jess) as if he cares about her well-being, even telling her that she will be safe and liked if she leaves Cody. Then Paul talks to the rest of the house about how to play this out to Jessica’s detriment. Elena acts sympathetic to Jess, and then tells others in the house what they talked about. Christmas acts caring, but she too is just trying to break up JODY so that Jessica will be even more isolated.

For the week that Cody was away, Jessica tried to restore her relationships with these people…and it accomplished nothing, sad to say, because just about everyone else in the house hated her, a term I do not use lightly. Even people (Elena?) who might not
actually hate her, are disloyal to her.

I can think of nothing that Jessica could do to change the contempt that people feel for her. Hatred that is founded in irrationality is not easily overcome. Jess is in an awful, unenviable position.

    • She is…..but her nemesis is Paul….take him out of the equation and her perception by others could change…that’s with Cody out of the picture also.

      • I actually think that if Cody were out of the picture, she and Paul might be able to work together. Alliances are going to fall apart soon, I give it another week or two and then we’ll see splinter/temporary alliances crop up

      • Or maybe she can fake a deal with Paul and then cut him when the time is right.

After all its Cody everyone has an issue with.

      • Well with Jess and Paul making a deal, it would probably be fake on both sides. But I do think for a week if there was a common target, they could join forces and then the next week take a stab at each other. LoL, isn’t that what we watch for?

      • Why not I mean Paul has a deal with everyone but Cody and Mark. That’s why he wants them gone.

    • How the mighty have fallen. Last week Jessica was at the top of the mountain – and how difficult it must be to come crashing down. BBAD was incredibly difficult to watch last night. It’s not easy to split up a relationship when there’s no place to go to get away.

      • If you’re implying that Jessica’s association with Cody was the “situation” that she created, recall that during the week following Cody’s eviction, Jessica tried to repair relationships, but no one was receptive. People may have smiled and hugged her, but it was all phony. Their true feelings came out in the diary room or when talking among themselves, and all this was because people ASSUMED that Cody had filled Jess in on all that he was planning when HoH. No one knew that Cody was going to have the chance to return, so it looks like these house guests would have just stayed angry at Jessica forever. That’s an untenable position.

      • So she tries to be ‘nice’ for a few days because she’s alone and everyone forgets?

    • On the one hand, she made a huge mistake aligning with someone who’s not only incompetent, but also anti social. On the other hand I kinda feel for her. Nobody should feel in this position. She needs to actually BOND with others before its too late.

    • Elena likes Jess, but she is determined not to be cut out of the loop again.

  13. I told you guys Josh was crazy. He’s a troll and should leave the game instructed by the production crew.

Again everyone is listening to Paul. Oh mighty King Paul. Jessica should use the hex, strictly to save herself and send a message to Paul, he’s not running her life.

  14. OK, now I regret going to bed early last night. Thank god I have the feeds and I can go back to watch it.

  15. Jessica is so full of herself, she’s always talking about who she will and wil not have a relationship with outside the house , as if that’s the prize, who cares bitch!

  16. Did anyone else get the feeling that Cody was trying to break up with Jessica when he was telling her that he won’t change? She was trying to be tough with him and when he wouldn’t kiss her butt she backed down. Methinks she is not the “strong woman” she claims to be. It looked like two jr. High kids

    • Maybe. But I saw it as more of a pity party on Cody’s part. He seemed to be wanting a pat on the head along with a “there, there, it will be all right.” Instead, he got an unsympathetic mouthful from Jess, and couldn’t handle it.

  17. If I was in my 20s and had a chance to garner $500,000 verses keeping a man that I have only known some 30 + days and who is totally disrupting my life I would drop his ass faster than Josh can say “meatball” and go for the money…”Stupid is as stupid does” That sums Jessica up….

    • Except Cody is truly the only person who has Jessica’s back. The other HGs are pretending to care about and running back to Paul. They don’t want Jessica to use her hex so they can evict Cody. Jessica is sunk after that.

  18. Something missing from the 2017-07-28 feed summary is greater detail on what happened in the HoH room scene (posted on Twitter), where Cody got angry at Paul.

Paul told Jessica, “Lower your voice” and he added a flat-hand-moving-down motion as a parent might to do a child. Here are the problems: Paul is not Jessica’s parent, Jessica is an adult, and Jessica’s volume had been no higher than Paul’s; she was actually speaking with mild emphasis at the time. What made Cody angry? Paul disrespected Jessica. He was condescending to her and did it in front of her boyfriend.

Cody was already annoyed at how Paul manipulates everyone, had just called Paul out on how he controls people in the house, and now Cody saw Paul patronize his (Cody’s) girlfriend and try to control her. Paul didn’t touch Jessica, but that’s not the point. Cody is frustrated at Paul’s manipulation of people, and so he told Paul not to tell Jess to lower her voice (ie. Don’t try to control her). Paul said he could tell her to lower her voice if he wanted to. That is what magnified the heated discussion.

Most men have a natural instinct to protect women, even strangers but especially women who are valued by them. (Men have an instinct to protect other men as well, but that seems to be generally limited to those they are close to such as friends and relatives). Although internally expecting their men to protect and defend them, some women get mad at their men for doing exactly that. They appreciate if a stranger male comes to their aid, but get mad at their boyfriends/husbands for doing so. I speculate that Jess will see that HoH situation differently after the show. Jess has shown that she can defend herself when verbally attacked, but Cody naturally didn’t like her being disrespected by Paul.

Cody is protective of Jess. (Whether his game has been sensible is a different matter.) When he was about to be evicted, Cody restricted the contents of his brief statement to two people: Paisley and Jessica. That says a lot about who he values. He never wanted ruin Jessica’s game. Early yesterday, I posted a hypothetical question of what might happen if Cody self-evicted. Last night, Twitter sites had almost a running transcript of Cody talking about doing exactly that. I can’t imagine a guy like Cody quitting anything…except if it would help someone he cares for. Again, putting aside whether his methods (of being HoH, his advice to Jess when she was HoH, and so on) are good, his intentions were.

Whether JODY is a good match beyond BB is a separate issue, and I have opinions on
that. I just hope that people will rationally look at yesterday’s HoH scene for what it was.

    • Cody is jealous of Paul. Cody found out that the house doesn’t worship at Cody’s feet. Cody wishes he could have the loyalty that Paul has. Cody’s outbursts just put targets on himself and Jess. She doesn’t need him defending her, from what I’ve seen so far she is well able to defend herself. Cody needs to chill out that anger of his. He shouldn’t let Paul and the others see how much his not getting his way bothers him.

      • Well I think Cody is on to Paul and his dictatorship and Paul doesn’t like it. I don’t think Cody is jealous in anyway. I don’t like Cody but he’s onto Paul and his game. JMO

      • Of course he is because it’s the game Cody thought he’d be able to play, lol

    • i have know many people who have served our military and served it well. One thing that has a common thread that I have noticed is that many of those who join the Marines are complete idiots and Arseholes. as for Cody, that point is proven once again. Don’t get me wrong, I support his decision to serve and I am proud he did serve our country but his attitude has a lot to do with the branch he served in. I think he truey cares for Jessica but she is a strong female and they just will not compliment each other outside this house.

      • We recently had a neighbor (retired Marine) commit suicide. He was just as people say – unable to cope when he’d say jump and, instead of everyone saying, “how high?”, they’d say, “sorry, buddy, we don’t report to you.” He had documented PTSD and depression issues. I see some of that attitude in Cody – expecting people to do as he says all the time, and getting angry when they don’t. Smart, healthy people don’t say they will never change and are unwilling to ever do so. Healthy people are willing to change if life requires changes (which it often does). Cody saying that to Jess last night was a little scary.

      • We have several former Marines at work and all of them act like Cody. They then don’t understand why Management is constantly on their rear ends everyday, it is like they can’t learn from what they keep getting into trouble for.

    • Cody is a raging lunatic! If he gets THAT enraged because Paul asked Jess to tone it down..he has some major anger issues. He is arrogant as heck ex. Paulie..Just the way he walks around the house with those wide open eyed like he is ready to tackle someone is ridiculous. I don’t know how two or three of these players made it past the show psychologist! Cody, Mark and Josh.

  19. The 2 best remarks in all that was going on were Jason ask “Does anybody wanna play twister???” And then theres Alex who says…”W e need a blood sacrifice”….Don’t u just love these people…???

      • Yeah…Can u believe that he walked around for a good hour or more after the comp wearing that thing??? He did not change clothes till after he was called to DR…Green
tutu yellow shorts and pink socks…unreal…lmao

    • When Alex was dancing around the house doing her leaps in her tutu while all of that craziness going on was hilarious!

  20. I like Jessica I hope Cody does not ruin her game!! I hate Josh and Paul so much!! There are the ones instigating Cody and Mark and causing all this drama. I cannot stand Paul or Josh.

  21. I loved last night so much. Lol and I hate Elena equally as much. Does anyone else find her fake ness as annoying as I do? Ugh everything about her makes me want to pick up a pan and beat it about her face too!!!

    • I can’t stand her either. And her looooong conversations with Mark make me want to fall asleep. Part of the time last night on the feeds all 4 cameras were on them. Couldn’t switch. I would of rather watched the dogs.

  22. Thoughts:
    – Paul screams final boss. You take him out you can win the game.
    – Josh needs to be put into a day care. Seriously his antics are getting old
    – Cody dun goofed…. I mean who will trust him at this point.
    – I’ve harped on Jess for coming to play Bachelor, but maybe she can actually think for herself now that she realized Cody has hurt her game. Besides when Cody left the first time, she pretty much vanished off the radar.
    – Mark while not as bad as Josh, really needs to grow up.
    – Elena and Jessica need to drop their boys to play their game. Plus Elena seems to be Jess’s only friend.
    – Alex and Christmas and Kevin are still my favorite.

    • -Alex came in the game as a fierce player, but went under Paul’s spell. She is slyer than everone thinks. Dont like her at all.
-Christmas is always enabling Josh and his behaviour. Her social game is fake as hell.
-Kevin, is weird and I do like him, but he should have gave Ramses his vote. Ramses was visibly crushed by this.

Paul will win this thing if they don’t get rid of him. I don’t even want him in the jury, he will influence votes and manipulate the jurors towards who he wants to win. He lies too much, it’s disturbing.

      • Paul is a big talker that’s for sure. And everyone is mesmerized by him when he’s talking. SMDH

      • Alex: True and I wish Alex could simply be a mole with her own agenda
Christmas: Yeah I don’t think coddling Josh will help. It’ll get the target off her back
Kevin: I agree, he could’ve given Ramses a pity vote so a) he can show support for his friend and b) more chaos.
Paul: If we were to base this off a video game Paul is Ghetsis from Pokemon Black and White

      • I noticed that with Christmas too, she seem socially awkward, shes boring to watch

  23. Jess needs to stop playing with her heart and start playing with her head. Cody is dragging her down. If she uses the hex on him they’re both just going right back up next week. I’d love to see those two get separated before jury.

      • That’s what I’m saying. She’s being an idiot. If she dropped him I’d actually root for her, but if she saves him and goes next week she put the nail in her own coffin and I’d have no pity. She’s choosing a relationship with a sociopath over 500 grand. Dumb move.

      • The nails are already in her coffin whether Cody stays or not. Cody is her only ally in this games. The others will turn on her the minute he’s gone.

      • Not entirely, the first time Cody left, yeah she went up but she wasn’t a target, and Alex didn’t want to put her up, she just knew it would create the least amount of waves in the house. Mark and Elena seem to have made themselves bigger targets. Plus Matt and Raven are also getting on a few people’s nerves. Jess played an excellent social game once Cody left, and I think if she does that again and lays low, then bigger targets will emerge, and she’d be solid for a few weeks. But that’s only if Cody leaves. If he stays she’ll keep being a target which is what the entire house is trying to tell her.

  24. From reading the feeds, Jessica and Cody seem over….not surprised. Cody seems like a very angry person and the looks that he gives people sometimes are scary. It is a little sad that he doesn’t have a good relationship with his family and not a lot of friends, I think that explains a little about him. I still don’t think, even if Cody leaves, that Jessica will last very long in this game. She has dine nothing but make out with Cody and stay in the room putting on makeup. She’s also worried that her behavior will affect her clients and job…about three or four weeks to late for that.

  25. What is wrong with the HGs playing Paul’s game. Don’t any of them have their own desire to win. What will Matt do when it’s Raven and Paul on the block. Paul needs to go, he’s the main reason for all the turmoil in the house.

  26. Do I like Mark? No. Do I like Josh? No. But Josh is an ass. He goes too far. He’s a psycho. And Mark needs to man up and quit apologizing to a moron that just spits in his face. If I was Mark I’d grow a pair and wouldn’t even associate with the 2yr old moron. I wouldn’t speak to him, look at him or acknowledge him.

    • Ugh josh needs to go, his antics are just like of a bully, someone needs to beat his ass

  27. Cody should really listen to Jessica. That is no way to live. Eventually living that way he’d end up in prison or dead. At a minimum he’d have a very lonely life.

  28. I just went back and watched the Josh/Mark fight. As a mother I say Shame On Josh!!! If I was his mother I would be embarrassed! Again, Mark is no angel but in this particular situation Josh was 1000% in the wrong. He started running his mouth about an argument between Paul Cody and Jessica that didn’t involve him and then turns it to Mark. And accuses Mark of the same thing..smh. Josh went bat-sh*t crazy and that was completely uncalled for. He made personal comments that were completely unnecessary. And Mark was handeling it well by just sitting there. The only think Mark maybe could have done better is get up and leave but I am 99% sure Josh would have followed him or made fun of him for leaving. And the most disappointing thing is that NO ONE helped to stop it. That is terrible and shame on all of them but worse Josh!

    • Josh is a bully, he’s so cocky coz he’s on the safer side but just like bully’s when he’s alone he’d be a scaredy cat too. If that was outside the house somebody would have beaten his ass. And I agree other houseguests are tolerating his behavior.

  29. Very disappointed in Christmas and Alex… why are they willingly submitting to Paul’s every demand. So much for being strong, independent players!

    • Christmas needs help from others to keep her around now, so she’s trying to insulate herself from week to week. I think Alex has her own agenda- she’s not Cody C., but may want Paul to believe that. I could be wrong, but she has great game awareness and is one of the more interesting players to watch.

  30. I can’t stand hearing Elena clapping her hands together constantly while she talks. Everything that comes out of her mouth is “me, me, me!! I’m always right!”

  31. Wow 😳
that was an interesting and exciting day and night! Hopefully I can catch some of it on BB After Dark?
Curious, is Christmas being genuine to Jessica? Everyone else? Or are they all playing her?
