The Big Brother 16 Live Feeds weren’t as exciting as you’d think on nomination day the morning after a houseguest returned to the game. But we did get Donny doing his best to stay off the block. But it sounds like it was to no avail. Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house today.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, August 22, 2014:
8:40 AMÂ BBT – Victoria is up and talking to the camera. She’s giving shootouts and mentions winning the the $500,000.
10:02 AM BBT – Feeds cut. Wake-up time.
10:35 AM BBT – Donny wakes up Cody to talk in case nominations are early. Donny asks if he’s putting him up. Cody says anyone can go up. Donny makes his pitch to put up threats bigger than Donny. He also tells Cody some hard truths and that’s that Cody won’t make it to the final two. Donny says if he goes home this week then he’ll see Derrick in a couple of weeks. Cody is just giving a lot of “uh huhs” so Donny tells him just to consider all the things he’s said.
11:56 AM BBT -HGs are expecting a lockdown, so they’re rushing to get some food in. They also wonder if there’ll be a have-not competition now that the Battle of the Block is over.
12:02 PM BBT – Frankie talking to Cody in the HOH. Cody says Donny came to talk to him and that he wanted to shut him down, but of course he didn’t.
12:12 PM BBT – HGs head outside for outdoor lockdown.
12:37 PM BBT – Lockdown over. HGs go in to find the have-not food – “Squish Kebabs” (fish meat, clams and bean curd). Cody must also name have-nots. Nicole volunteers and Cody chooses Donny as the other have-not.
1:42 PM BBT – Cody fills Derrick in on the conversation Donny had with him this morning. Cody tells Derrick that Derrick and Christine seem to be Donny’s main targets.
1:45 PM BBT – Donny and Nicole are talking. They know they’re going up. Nicole says they can’t win if it’s six against two.
2:00 PM BBT – Derrick actually approaches Donny about what’s going on. Derrick is acting hurt that Donny is apparently coming after him. Donny is explaining that there’s a lot of paranoia and Donny just doesn’t have many options.
2:41 PM BBT – Derrick goes back to Cody to talk more about Donny. They know Nicole has to go soon. Derrick calls her a liar and a threat, but Donny is their priority this week. It also sounds like Christine is moving up on the list of who needs to go soon. But they keep going back and forth with Christine and Frankie.
2:55 PM BBT – Feeds cut. Nomination ceremony time.

He already has..this is a bit late coming in..spoilers were sent out earlier on the nominations. Weird that!
Donny and Nicole are going to be put up for sure. I like Nicole but I hope Donny wins POV and takes himself off the block. Leaving Nicole and them having to put up one of their own. Aha, who shall it be?? I’m hoping Derrick, although none of them have the guts to turn on him.
I think Christine would be the replacement nom. if Donny or Nicole win veto. Problem is they can’t both be safe … so one of them is probably out the door!
Cody is not just spineless he’s stupid as well. He just CANNOT think for himself! It’s so funny when he’s talking to the other guys he acts like he has balls. Dude has none.
Why would he keep Nicole or Donny it makes no sense…
Will someone please explain to me why Nicole isn’t blowing up Derrick’s game like she said she would by telling all the guys everything she knows. For one thing, it’s so obvious. He has never been nominated, I mean come one you dummies, point this stuff out to them Nicole, have them remember the stuff he’s said to them to make it sound like They Thought Of It Themselves! You Know This Stuff. Nicole You Have Nothing To Lose. You know he is taking “no game” Victoria and is going to stab Cody and everyone else in the back. Start talking girl!
They wouldn’t believe a word that comes out of her mouth! They are so misted by Derrick..they won’t accept that he is using all of them.
The houseguests have a fear of authority figures and Derrick is seen as an authority figure…they fear him…there you have it…plus he is strategic as a cop and these are the kids in the hood.
i think you have it wrong, there is no fear of authority figures here… what is happening is that the alliance is actually staying true to its members and they are going to eliminate everyone outside of the alliance first… you’re probably just not used to an alliance lasting through the complete game. Well done detonators !
Considering there were 8 of them including Devin and Amber at the start, what chance does anyone have when they started out with 16 house guests?
You have 8 people in a huge alliance evicting everyone else! There is no game play.

They’ve been told, and they won’t believe it. Derrick is really good, but these houseguests all all blinded by their own hubris. They all think they’re so much smarter and better at the game than they are, that they refuse to believe that they’re being played. Derrick has been flawlessly using this to his advantage all season and will continue to do so, as he is the only one that is actually smart and good at the game.
Donny has already pointed that out to Frankie, Christine, Caleb and Cody. They are just too stupid to put it together. Derrick deserves the money, I think he has them brainwashed.
Everyone in the house knows whats going on. I don’t think Nicole has anything to tell. Too little , too late… Send donny home, nicole might as well self evict. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Derrick did a magnificent job of lying and telling everyone that Nicole is a liar! When she was in the Big Brother House before her first eviction, she tried to tell the other house guests who are Detonators about what she knows and just put a larger target on her back. At this point, their only chance is to win POV. Whoever wins, stays. In this case, Donny is the target this week. Only very minimal chance to whoever stays be it Nicole or Donny is to win HOH next week. That would buy him or her one extra week to get out one Detonator at least! Just keep fighting and trying to win POV the week after! What is there left to do? Nobody wants to make a move and just wants float to Final 2, the ninnies that they are should know it is not possible and looking ahead strategically but,
these guys are just dumb!
I had to laugh at Victoria complaining about the pain her wisdom teeth are causing her. Too bad they didn’t come in sooner (before her being in the BB house) ~ might have helped her actually ‘play’ the game. Just saying …
No one here talks about Frankie. He too is smart but I does anyone know what he’s thinking??? He left Derrick with the numbers (Derrick would never sit next to him in the end). Derrick has Cody and Victoria (he has to know that). Maybe he thinks he can win using Caleb’s brawn, and his brains to get off the block or to the end? Anyone have any insight on this…

They are all pretty smart but Derrick has them fooled good. Frankie is not as smart as HE thinks he is. Have you really listened to him talk? Did you know they don’t eat meat in Africa? Seems like I’ve seen them eat meat on TV.

Well, if I was Donny this week knowing if I lose the POV I would be leaving. I would just say screw it and sit down at the POV comp. It would get them to talking for sure plus it just might throw off the games of who is actually playing the comp. Hopefully Nicole will win it then.
none of that will matter, donny or nicole is going home. Donny sitting down for a pov comp will have no effect whatsoever on anyone elses game (except nicole). the bomb squad / detonators have absolutely decimated their competition this season and its a cake walk from here to the end. Derrick has played an excellent game and his alliance are benefitting from that. Viewers who are whining about this are just sore losers who rooted for the rwrong team.
If Donny was smart in his speech he would tell them that if he is voted out he will do everything in his power to make sure Derrick recieves everyone’s vote. That if he makes it to the end he wins. The people outside the bombsquad hold the majority vote in the jury.
