Sunday had a surprise in it for the Houseguests after staying up all night in search of a fictional rodent. Instead of the usual routine of Veto Ceremonies on Monday the HGs held this week’s meeting on Sunday. Even more unusual was how the Ceremony was held live on the Feeds for everyone to watch. I can’t remember having seen that before!
Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house yesterday.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, September 7, 2014:
10:55 AMÂ BBT – Frankie wakes up Derrick and asks what he should do about the Veto. Frankie says the Veto meeting will be held today, not tomorrow.
11:20 AM BBT – Caleb tells Derrick he’s ready to evict Frankie the next chance they get. (There won’t be many more.)
12:02 PM BBT – Veto Ceremony flashes up on the Live Feeds and we can watch the entire meeting.
12:09 PM BBT – Veto meeting is over and Feeds return. Frankie did not use the Veto.
12:20 PM BBT – Frankie tells the guys he thinks there’s a live show on Wednesday night. Considering he was told the Veto Ceremony would be broadcast on the Feeds he may be getting other hints as well.
12:30 PM BBT – While Frankie is in the DR the other guys talk smack about his wins and say his streak is over. They’re plotting to get Frankie out next.
1:05 PM BBT – Victoria is crying and realizes her game is over. Frankie and then Derrick try to comfort her.
1:45 PM BBT – Derrick and Frankie discussing F3. Derrick promises he’d take Frankie on to F2. They think Caleb wins over anyone in the final two.
2:00 PM BBT – Game talk continues. They’re trying to figure out how the jury will vote.
2:15 PM BBT – Victoria is till upset. She doesn’t understand why she’s the target. Derrick tells her it might not be over yet. That button was pushed and it means something. Victoria is also upset because she thought she and Derrick were making final two. Derrick tells her they can’t because they don’t win competitions.
2:20 PM BBT – Derrick tells Victoria her only shot is to campaign to Caleb.
4:31 PM BBT – It’s photo booth time. Frankie is the only one taking photos.
5:00 PM BBT – HGs have gone to bed or just aren’t moving.
8:20 PM BBT – HGs still not doing much but are outside now hanging out.
9:15 PM BBT – Derrick tells Cody that if Frankie wins the final HOH and takes any of them he still wins the game. They know they can’t let him get there.
9:20 PM BBT – Cody says he and Frankie are done taking each other any further in the game. He basically implies that one of them will have to go.
9:50 PM BBT – Derrick is stressing the past Veto comp. Talking with Caleb and says he’s glad it’s not Cody and Caleb on the block together this week.
1:10 AM BBT – Victoria talking with Derrick about after the game and if they’ll still like each other’s “real” persona.
1:25 AM BBT – Derrick tells Victoria he wants to get Frankie out over Cody because Cody has been loyal to him.
1:30 AM BBT – Frankie tells Cody and Caleb that production told him the button was a “superfan’s dream” then he gets called back to the DR.
1:50 AM BBT – HGs hanging around the hot tub discussing Christine getting boo’d.
2:00 AM BBT – Derrick and Frankie going over their Team America mission. Both think they nailed it and congratulate each other on pulling it off.
3:00 AM BBT – Frankie tells Derrick he’d be devastated if he doesn’t make F3 and thinks he’ll be cut if he doesn’t win that Veto. Frankie isn’t so sure Caleb would keep him when it came down to the choice.
3:20 AM BBT – Frankie says he’d pick Caleb over Cody to go to the end. Derrick tells Frankie he’d have a better chance against Cody than Caleb.
Everyone is starting to stress as it gets this close to the end. Frankie is likely right that he won’t make it to the end unless he wins the next Veto, but he doesn’t know about the Rewind twist that’s about to hit the house. It’ll be an extra layer of challenges he’ll need to survive by winning again.

I really can’t stand these people, whining about getting Frankie out when both Cody AND Caleb had the perfect opportunity to get Frankie out weeks ago and neither one of them did it. No balls and no brains in this years cast
Well it has gotten them this far so there’s something to be said about the right ‘time’ to do things… Making the final 5 in BB is an amazing achievement and I won’t knock it because I have no guarantees I could do the same… Frankie is the least secure of the remaining 4 guys so I didn’t see it as being a bad strategic choice to keep him for votes and for the Team America money thus far. Going forward however, they need to dump him before he makes final 3.
Every post I’ve ever seen of yours has been on-point, intelligently expressed, and often it’s been a voice of reason. Glad you’re on here. I respect your ability to and consistency with speaking unbiasedly, as I always strive to do myself. I up-voted your comment (though it’ll only show as ‘Guest’). Cheers.
Awww thanks mom, I didn’t know you were using the internet now! (kidding). In all seriousness I do thank you Code D but believe me when I say I have my ranting and irrational moments. I took exception to a couple people who posted something that I was offended by, and I let loose a little bit on them (felt like garbage afterwards and also issued a public apology). ;)
I agree! so many chances… i have a feeling it’s going to come back to bite them.
I would really love to see their faces if Vic pulls off a HOH Wed. She has one more chance then out the door.
That would be hysterical …I wish it would happen and Frankie get evicted with Victoria being HOH..
.Frankie would commit suicide as the shame would prove to be tooo much…
That is not even funny.
I can’t speak for Julie Tobin but I’m confident that the context in which she said it wasn’t a negative or disrespectful one. I know some are sensitive to that word and topic, but just trying to keep things in check.
I still think Derrick beats Frankie at the end. I think he’ll have the votes to beat any remaining players at the end to be honest.
Without a doubt. I said before these HG make Derrick look like a genius and he’s not. He got lucky this season in nobody could keep their mouth shut and he was able to get out anyone who threatened his game. The only one really on to him was Donny. Frankie thinks something’s up but can’t figure Derrick out either.
The others are really bad, but I still think you’re giving Derrick too little credit. He is VERY smart and good at this game, and hopefully we get a chance to see him tested against the best in Season 20.
Very true and I agree! The word ”best” gets a bit overused (and improperly used) on here however… Derrick was the best at knowing how to manipulate and work within this cast. Dan was the best at knowing how to manipulate and work within his season(s). But each different group of people presents different social dynamics. Derrick (in my opinion) would STILL be a great player even if they brought him back for the all-stars season and he got voted out early. Why? Because people will evaluate each other differently when they come back into the game again. The game changes each time the people do which is why I also chuckle when people say ”He/She isn’t playing the game right!”
I view Derrick’s game as being much more similar to Dr. Will’s than Dan’s, but I definitely get what you mean. He will still be great if he goes early in his second try, but a deep run will solidify him as one of the all-time greats; like it did for Will and Dan.
Very true. To have the ability to adapt and play well in a 2nd run would only add to how good he already is. I don’t like her character but Rachel Reilly also has the ability to adapt and compete well inside the house with different groups of people.
I’ve gotta disagree there. The game that got her evicted in Season 12 was the exact same game she played in Season 13, she just had the fortunes of winning more competitions and some favorable twists.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not arguing her to be one of the most liked or ‘worthy’ – but I do see her as a strong and adaptive player. Her record of staying in the house until the late stages of the game twice speaks to that ability…
She’s definitely strong, but she was never really adaptive. She remained the same throughout both seasons and relied almost solely on competition wins.
Yes she was strong at the competitions but have you really forgotten how almost every night was spent strategizing with Branden and/or other players? One of the major criticisms of her (from fellow house guests) was that it was always about ”the game” with her. I think people lose that because they either love or hate her persona so much. Once again, I’m not putting myself in the camp of those who love her (in fact I’m in the opposite camp of not enjoying her at all), BUT, I can appreciate her strong gamesmanship which has been tested and proven – can’t take that away from her.
I’m relatively indifferent towards her but I recall her more of taking everything personally and her decisions being significantly less game-based than they should. My memory could be cloudy, but I remember her “strategizing” simply as who to put up with an HOH win rather than how to further herself in the game and remain safe without winning.
What really gets me is why they couldn’t put Derrick up even as a pawn. Why Victoria all the time, not that she doesn’t deserve it since she has not done anything to her game by winning comps. Derrick has sure fooled them all and these stupid hgs can’t even see it.
You’re honestly not sure why Victoria?
Because Victoria doesn’t have any power or chance of winning a comp. Would you rather put up, as a pawn, someone who has no chance of winning the next HOH or someone that if they do win the next HOH will return the favor.
My point is that it’s time they put Derrick up and vote him out. If not, they may as well hand him the half a million dollars.
I heard Cody mentions the words “big move” tousands of time but he has done nothing. that proves that he’s allllll talk.
Nobody cuts him any slack. He’s 23 and his first HoH and chance to make a move, he struggled with a lot, he was frustrated himself immediately after not doing it, had pressure from others including his closest allies not to do it, and in hindsight would’ve been pretty stupid to pull the trigger on because his target for that move was Caleb, who’s turned out to be a good and loyal ally to Cody in the long run. People don’t or at least didn’t like Caleb, he was one of the most disliked at that time because Amber was around and he was being weird and creepy, and I’m sorry but I firmly believe the dislike for him from viewers was a huge part of the reason they knocked Cody for not making the big move to go after Caleb. His second chance, recently when his target was Frankie, he ran it by his best friend/closest ally in Derrick and he didn’t think it was a good move. Why wouldn’t you trust Derrick, if you’re Cody? And again, it would have been a bad move for Cody, as it would have kept Donny and Nicole together who were clearly working together, and turned the numbers on Cody’s side into 4-2 in favour as opposed to 5-1 in favour, by evicting Donny. And again, people here were upset about that, and knocked Cody for it, because they liked Donny and he was the one in danger and he was the victim/evictee.
All in all this season sucked. This is the first season I could care less about missing an eviction night. Way too predictable. I totally agree with Nicole – they are playing Big Baby – not Big Brother. I do not want Frankie to win but it would serve them right if he did- a bunch of goofs afraid to make a power move. At this point – I really don’t care who wins- first time I felt that way. BTW – I am glad I did not subscribe to the live feeds – boring predictable season. The girls should of come out swinging- I know they tried but Christine was a rat.
As much as I don’t like Frankie. I have to admit that I want him to win to show to future players to not play MAKE BIG MOVE (not just saying like Cody but make it).
Play safe is not good for them neither for the viewers.
Not good for them, yet they’re in the final 5…
I’m confused at why the remaining HGs seem so surprised at the reception Christine got when she was evicted. I’m sure that nobody in the house expects that sort of audience reaction when someone leaves, but eventually (one would think) they could pinpoint certain behaviiors they observed in the house that would cause them to come to an understanding. Instead, they keep mulling it over and never seem to come up with the list of reasons why the viewers so disliked Christine. I am always fascinated by the social experiment that Big Brother has always been. It makes me wonder if it’s the isolation and tight living conditions that so blind the group to the reasons why a participant will be either really liked (or in Christine and Frankies case) universally DISliked by folks on the outside. Not once, have I heard the group speculate on how Frankie will be recieved by the viewing public His deplorable behavior has been more constant and varied than Christine’s. I wonder why they don’t seem to be as affected or aggrivated by it as those outside of the house?
I think because he is still in the house they wont do that. Wait till he leaves they will be saying I knew that was going to happen
1:05 PM BBT – Victoria is crying and realizes her game is over.
This just made me laugh. Her game never started.
