The first Big Brother 18 eviction is nearly upon us as one of the season’s sixteen Houseguests will be sent packing following the fourth competition in the two-night premiere. So who is going home tonight on Big Brother?
There may be sixteen people playing, but only four of them are in danger tonight. However, unlike Jodi Collins (BB14), these few HGs will have had four chances to dodge this eviction. Here’s their last way out.
Tonight on Big Brother 18 the season premiere continues at 9/8c in part two of the three-hour, two-night event with one last hour to go and it’s going to be very busy.
After last night’s premiere show we’re down to the most losing-ish team of them all, Team Nicole, and that’s bad news for their survival chances as one of them is about to be sent packing. But that won’t be the end of the drama, just the start.
One of the Big Brother 18 Twists revealed during Wednesday’s premiere episode forced the sixteen Houseguests in to teams of four, each with their own returning HG. Not to be confused with BB14 which had sixteen HGs, including 4 returning HGs, split in to teams of four each with their own returning HG. Oh, wait. Anyway, who knows how long these teams will last, but you better get familiar with the divisions as the season gets started.
While the teams each came up with their own ridiculous names, which we’ll cite so you can keep track, I’m going to stick with their respective former HG’s name as the identifier because I just can’t with those. So let’s see how things split up last night for the Big Brother 18 teams.
Last night during the Big Brother 18 premiere we watched as four former Houseguests climbed out of luggage, well that was weird, and joined the rest of the twelve newbies to form the season’s full cast list. Now it’s time to refresh your memory on these new additions.
This season’s casting twist brought back Nicole Franzel (BB16), James Huling (BB17), Frank Eudy (BB14), and Da’Vonne Rogers (BB17) and while it’s been only a few months since you last saw two of those we’ve got their original interviews and bio details to get you caught up.
Big Brother 18 kicked off the “craziest summer vacation” ever Wednesday night in a two-hour premiere filled with too many twists, too many competitions and too much stunt casting.
Between four returnees, billed as “stowaways” and two siblings of recent players, this season makes me think Big Brother producers don’t have faith in their show. At least they skipped Season 15 when they sent out those returnee invitations.
As for the returnee choices, I think it would have been nice for them to dip a bit deeper in the barrel since they’re all from Season 14 on, but I do think they made some solid choices. I was a big Da’Vonne Rogers supporter last season and James Huling and Frank Eudy both won the fan favorite vote. Nicole Franzel is a super-fan who played with a lot of heart, so it makes sense she’d be asked back as well. Maybe Season 16 fan favorite Donny Thompson passed?
The Big Brother 18 premiere is here as we settle in for a season of 99 days of Big Brother fun and adventure with our new batch of Houseguests, twists that we’re waiting to untangle, and all the Feeds you can handle. But First, we’ve got a two-hour show to get through.
Julie Chen is back as our host from outside the BB18 House and she’s ready to walk us through the new house redesign before sending the cast inside for their bedroom scramble and a little mind scramble when she starts revealing the season’s twists.
