‘Big Brother 19’ Popularity Poll – Week 2

We’ve got our first Popularity Poll results for the Big Brother 19 season along with the next round’s voting now open and ready for your picks. Read on to see the latest results.

First off, for last week’s poll (see the detailed results here) I need to point out that it seems there was some unusual traffic for one particular Houseguest which appears to be skewing our results here.

Seems as though Jason Dent’s supporters came out in force to push him up from the lower ranks of our poll to its top, overtaking the early leaders, Paul, Alex, and Christmas. Considering Jason is coming out in the mid-to-low in our polls for the Den of Temptation rounds (Week 1 & Week 2) this doesn’t seem to be consistent results for Jason.

Aside from Jason’s placement (27.6%) I’m not terribly shocked by any of the numbers here. We’ve got Paul in second (22.4%), just as last year’s Vets were routinely at the top of our polling. Right behind Paul is Alex (11.2%), Christmas (9.8%), and Kevin (8.6%). Paul and Christmas already received a Temptation and I’d bet Alex will get this next one too.

Below that group we’ve got our middle ground Houseguests with Mark (3.7%), Matthew (3.3%), and Cody (3.2%) for the guys. Representing the ladies here we have Elena (1.9%), Dominique (1.6%), Raven (1.4%) and Jessica (1.2%). Ramses is the last HG to make the whole number range at 1.1% of the vote.

The bottom crew consists of the evicted HGs and Josh. Sorry, Josh. Our readers voted them in as Megan (0.8%), Jillian (0.7%), Cameron (0.4%), and lastly Josh at 0.2%.

    • Paul seem like a cool, nice person, but he is just too obnoxious with his exaggerated personality. He learned the game and is playing people so far. Hopefully things will change and he can go on the block. I think Alex, Jason or Kevin may be the ones to do it. He has Cody’s old alliance under his spell.

    • You are correct CBS wanted him on the show . Idiots voting for him just makes it worse. They had the chance to get rid of him but the producers put a stop on that..They want to know why the ratings are dropping its because the producers pick who they want to win. I stopped watching .

  2. I know they don’t stick out, and I personally think it’s good this early in the game, but I really like Matt and Raven. I’m usually anti showmance but these two are not over the top. They are funny on the feeds.

  3. I picked Paul. I don’t expect pristine personalities on Big Brother, and he always entertains me. My second choice would now be Alex. Raven, Christmas, and Kevin would round out the top 5.

  5. I definitely will never pick Raven, I feel it is very tacky of her to play on people’s emotions about her illness to make it to the top. This is a game and she needs to play like everyone else. My favorite from the beginning has been Alex, she is a true competitor. I cannot wait for Paul to no longer be safe, I am anxious to see if everyone will start thinking on their own and stop listening to him.

    • My bet is someone spammed the vote for him. I remember there was a ridiculous percent of the vote going to Zach from BB16 one week out of nowhere. And Survivor Oz has an award show for Survivor and some people spammed it hard for Mike Borassi to win everything one year.

    • I voted for Kevin, but I like Jason. I haven’t seen him doing anything bad to people (other than Christmas which I believe was an accident). He socializes and talks game with the ones he trusts.

    • Jason is what we are sure, is ‘just the man” he is and that “you see”. He has a good head, doesn’t run his mouth, we watch him observe as the others shows their butts or trying to be funny and most of what the other fool guys are either “thinking they are funny or that they are cool or that they have the wool pulled everyone’s eyes/face! NOT!
      WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! Cody is nothing but a blow heart and stuck on himself and thought they were there to win, NOT play “handsey/pansey” with the one female that Cody and his ??’little sweetie’ cuddles right in there! We were elated, to say the least, that “Cody” was kicked out. Don’t really think its fair to have an opt back in, think once the group has spoke, that should be it, as the group, when they see him, get to come back in, are going to be down right p/ticked off! Not sure about the girls, Know the one that likes Cody, is fake/awwwhhh poor baby that “her man”, (& I say ‘man’ in a very loose way,) he is a big bully as well as the one that immediately made sure he was safe, not really caring one crap about his team mates. What happened to what we all “TRIED” to instill into our own, now grown children, “GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP” as there are 3 guys that paticularily don’t give a sh_t about anyone else but them selves..
      Think Ramsey is genuinely a good hearted person, thinking of theres, The one with the beard/mustache, short guy, Paul is his name not sure, he returned from last years, and he doesn’t really give a sh_t about any of the others but himself, that’s why he is constantly always making “HUDDLES” with some of the other members on the Big Brothers. Like the one think they refer to “the golden fox”, think he acts like he is much more mature than the 3 “DIRTY DOGS” playing against one another and trying to switch others over to their side. We have been highly impressed with Jason!!! He hasn’t run his mouth, he can cut up, but his teasing isn’t to hurt any of the others, maybe just to ‘lighten the day or the time, during the shows.’ I’d think they’d be SOOOOO SICKKKKKK of being closed up with some of the “WHINERS/BACK STABBING AS_H__LES. Have notice a few WAY out of line words, for being on national T.V. but that should go to show us, thats the every day talk of that person(s). Jason acts and conducts himself with a high esteem, maturity, and yet, is a decent person, think he is sitting back and noticing what the “3 dirty dogs, to which now, is down to 2 but Julia Chann dissapointed us all, letting Cody know he “still” had a chance. We would have thought, once outed and once kicked out, voted out, they should be DONE!!!! We are going to go for Jason, seems like a nice young man and doing well. Hope they all see that in him, as well. Voters from this area!!!!

    • Don’t know why, he’s one of the few that has conducted himself as a man, gentleman, and good sport as well as having fun! We are impressed with this young man!

  8. I voted for Mark this week because he stood up to Cody last week and told him the truth about not having the numbers in the alliance and he apologized for his behavior toward Christmas. Everybody else in the game has shown most of their cards but he hasn’t.

    • You know I’m not impressed with Mark. I feel like he is going to flit to whichever side has the numbers. He was prepared to stick with Cody after he blindsided his group with Paul and Xmas’ nominations. It was only after he saw that the rest of the group was abandoning Cody that he changed sides. That goes with his treatment of Xmas. He was in the minority, hence the apology. I have a feeling that if Cody were to return and get HoH, Mark would be back at his side.

      • I’m not a Paul hater; last season I was, but he’s playing a much better game this time around. But I am still looking forward to the house inevitably turning on him. That will be fun TV. :)

      • I’m not sure the entire house will turn on him, but I think there will be enough to cause uncertainty going forward. That definitely leads to interesting TV, and its where Paul’s game shined the brightest last season. Time to see if he can pull it off again.

  10. Alex was my pick. She is playing all sides. Agrees to go on the block as a pawn and really didn’t whine about it. She seems to listen and take in what she hears. She will have ammo to use later on in the game. She is physically and emotionally strong.

    • I think she’s waiting a bit to make some moves, like after Paul loses his protection and the HG count goes down. I don’t know if she can keep her cool and will get anywhere though.

    • I likewise voted Alex, so far she’s the only one who seems to have their head to the ground and is really paying attention – but not fading into the background like Dom. I actually remember things Alex has said in the episodes haha
      Plus she will be a comp beast, that little girls got some freaking power! And you know, the adorable headband – what’s not to love? o7

    • Do you know that the only reason she agreed was because she had to plus she hasnt been play big brother more like float on the boat

      • What can she do until she has some power? If she can somehow integrate herself more into the other side, she could have a shot to make it far. She was the next one to take out by showmance group but not any longer.

  17. I really don’t like everyone in the house ganging up on 2 people. At first I didn’t like Cody or Jessica but I honestly don’t like bullying. Play the game. Paul is a last year player. I would gave tried to get him out too. Give BB19 players a fair chance to play. Instead Paul has come in and taken over the house. Is that really fair to the newbies?

      • Josh was staring at the girls in the Showers. He also got all Hot and Bothered about seeing a Nipple and wanted and tried to see it Again! It was Creepy! Many of the girls had to take a shower upstairs after that! I didn’t like that. He shouldn’t do that.

  18. Paul rules and the rest of the HGs drool…. Well, they might as well considering how poorly they are playing the game compared to Paul.

    For all the Paul haters who keep asking why is everyone voting for him… All I can say is why I vote for him. You know exactly what you’re going to get with him. He’s loud, can be obnoxious, and will not hesitate to speak his mind. That’s what I like about the guy. I’m sorry, but back when I was his age, my friends and I were pretty much just like him.

    Sometimes there is almost too much political correctness in the world, and its nice to see a guy that plays the game like I would want to play it. I’ve said it more than once but maybe I need to say it one more time…

    This is Big Brother they’re playing, not “Rainbows, Sparkles and Sunshine Happiness.”

  19. Alex has my vote, I enjoy Christmas as well but Alex is my favorite so far. Paul’s okay for now but he’ll get on my nerves eventually I can tell LOL
    But I do think Dom is a bit underrated tbh

  20. Who would vote for Jason??? Jason bragged about buying rabbits, watching them have sex and than killed them in order to make a rabbit throw for his wife! Disgusting! Who in their right mind would like and or want him to remain in the game????

    • Omg! I didn’t know about that. Thank you for the info. That really makes me mad. I love animals. Did anyone yell at him for that!?

      You know I keep watching the live feeds….but I keep missing the interesting stuff…..because sometimes it is so boring I fall asleep. Lolz!

      • No, he was telling stories with Kevin & a few others. It was suppose to be funny about bunnies mating but Kevin got off track telling how he bought the rabbits to save money. He wanted a rabbit throw but it cost $800 to give his wife, but 6O rabbits cost $120. The gang laughed it up as he talked about killings the rabbits to make the throw, he justified saying he ate them so it wasn’t just for the fur.

      • So it was Kevin who said that, not Jason. Wow. And I thought the HGs were slanderous.

        Though, to be fair, isn’t rabbit meat popular in China?

      • Rabbit meat is popular here in the USA. Next time you are in grocery, look in meat department. All the top grocers sell Rabbit. My husband use to hunt them. We fried them up and they taste great. Tastes a lot like Chicken. I bet I get a lot of hate for this but how is it different than killing Cows, Pigs, Chickens or Lamb?

      • I’d say it’s not, but since rabbits are household pets while the others tend to be farm animals, I think it’s more heavily frowned upon for that reason.

  21. This is just pathetic. Josh easily has my vote. One of the nicest, most genuine guys around, and one who isn’t afraid to be emotional, either. Not to mention he keeps being bullied by everyone in the house. And it’s NOT his fault; they just see he’s emotional and think he’s an easy target. It’s disgusting. I’m sick and tired of Alex, too; she just runs her mouth and talks smack about everyone but doesn’t do anything but be a follower. Josh, Kevin and Christmas are my three favorites.

He has sure had a rough few weeks, while he hasn’t been a strong player, Paul’s dislike of him (not sure why?) & Kevin’s lie on top of the curse on him , haven’t been his fault. I would like to see him get a little power and watch the others react. Doubt he will get it. I bet it is Alex or Kevin to have.

  23. I know it’s a pretty lonely position, but I voted for Elena. I just like her sassy level-headedness. I don’t think she’ll get far, but I’m enjoying her so far.

  24. I chose Jason, because I went to high school with him. Even though I haven’t seen him in years, he is still the same guy I knew back then. A good man. With that said, I’m not sure he has the cunning he may need to get to the end. Also, he is the only reason I’m watching Big Brother for the first time.

  25. I voted for Mark this week. Been watching BBAD and not only is he a calm, controlled presence but he comes up with a lot of good ideas and makes a lot of sense. I see him as a future force to be reckoned with.

  27. People are voting for Paul because he is in your face getting rid of Cody and everyone loves it. Not because they love Paul but because they can’t stand that psychopath with the oral fixation Cody. After Cody is gone Paul with drop in the rankings.
