Tonight on Big Brother 26 the Houseguests face their first eviction vote of the season “But First,” we’ve got some business to take care of in the BBAI Arena with Ms. AINSLEY. Let’s find out who is going to be evicted tonight!
Reminder: tonight’s episode starts at 8/7c. CBS had initially put Thursdays at 9/8c but just this week the Big Brother schedule changed and everything moved up an hour. So if you show up at 9PM, you’re going to be disappointed!
BBAI Arena:
Before we get to vote we need to figure out which Nom is getting off the Block. Right now we’ve got Kenney, Kimo, and Matt resting on the danger couch and one of those three will go home and one of those three will dodge the vote entirely.
It all comes down to what sort of competition we have but take a moment and reflect that there are three guys on the Block in Week 1 with a woman as HOH. How often do we hear the rally cry of “girls alliance!” and then we see other women being nominated and targeted right out of the gate. Good to see something different happening this time around.
But that’s an aside because with three guys in there if it’s something more physical then perhaps it’d be more balanced. But I’m guessing we’ll see a puzzle comp. It needs to be fast and furious and this BBAI Arena is replacing what we used to get for our Thurs night comp with the HOH battle. I expect they’ll do that later on overnight and include it on Sunday’s show.
Eviction Vote Tonight – Week 1:
If Matt escapes the Block then it’ll be Kenney going home. The HGs have discussed this in pockets of quiet talks and it’s no surprise. But the majority’s preferred target is… Matt. Kimo seems to be totally okay here.
Should Matt be up against Kimo or Kenney then he is going out the door. There was lots of talk overnight as HGs made up their minds and we even saw Quinn trying to spread the word to let others know and build up the vote count against Matt.
