Who will be Naughty, who will be Nice, and who is going home tonight on Big Brother Reindeer Games? The second episode has arrived and we’re live recapping the ninety minute episode here with all the results and spoilers as the show goes!
Only eight HGs remain (well that’s weird to say on episode two of anything Big Brother, right?) and five more episodes to go in the mini-series on CBS. Cameron has been eliminated after falling to Xavier’s victory in Santa’s Showdown. Now it’s time to do it all again!
Naughty Or Nice – Puzzle Challenge:
Last night it was a word puzzle for a Christmas song, so expect something along those lines but hopefully they’ll mix it up a little. I could recognize songs all day, but coming up with the names, ehh, I’d flop at that! The winner here will likely get another advantage along with the task to assign a punishment to another player.
Jordan is back and she reveals the challenge will be about finding out which song on the elves’ list hasn’t been “torn up”. They’re wandering the house, checking on which song remains on the list. Now not everyone wants to win this power and to assign the punishment so we get Britney and Taylor intentionally guessing wrong.
Puzzle winner: Cody
Cody’s prize is that the gets to pick which three players he wants to join his foursome and then the other four will be on their own team for the Brawl coming up next. There is much debating and begging as everyone wants to be on his team which they see as the most likely winner which will avoid a Santa Showdown selection.
Jingle Bell Brawl – Backyard Challenge:
Now here’s Big Brother. This episode the players are working as teams and have to balance ornaments on four trees. Remember Cody is in charge of setting the teams, but will it backfire?
Cody’s team: Nicole, Frankie, & Xavier
Team B: Danielle, Josh, Britney, & Taylor
Cody also selects Taylor to receive the Naughty punishment which makes her have to do a fifth tree before the rest of the team can work on the balancing act with the trees. These trees were tough! Lots of stress and holding-breath to get through this one.
Brawl winner: Team B! – Britney, Danielle, Josh, & Taylor
Jordan reveals the winning team will all be safe tonight plus they have to pick one of the other team’s four to be safe with them. The other three will be sent to Santa’s Showdown where the last place competitor is sent home.
Safe: Nicole
The other three from Cody’s team have to head to the arena and fight for their chance at safety. Will it be Cody, Frankie, or Xavier heading out the door next? Time to find out!
Santa’s Showdown – Trio Challenge:
The winner2 of the Brawl will be naming three players to face off in the arena with one of them picking their parting gift from under Santa’s tree.
‘Nominated’ HGs: Cody, Frankie, & Xavier
The three guys will have to read a wish list with specific criteria and then figure out what toys to put in the box for Santa to deliver. Last one to finish is out!
Xavier figures out the list of toys first, so he’s safe. That leaves Cody and Frankie to battle it out… And Frankie figures out the toys next which means Cody is out. His parting gift? Fruit cake! Ah well.
