Another week of Big Brother 26, another round of spoilers to share! There’s been a lot happening since Thursday’s live show and while a lot of fans are disappointed that Tucker is gone the rest of the show must carry on! So let’s get to the latest from inside the Big Brother house.
BBAI:
Well nothing for this one. Mostly. This week there is no Instigator, no Deepfake, no Veto Upgrade. It’s practically quiet on the BBAI front aside from the Arena’s continuation in Week 7. That also means that along with an extra Thursday night battle the HGs will encounter three nominations again this round.
Head of Household:
Before we get to the Noms we’ll need an HOH. That’ll play out in tonight’s BB26 episode. Word is the HGs faced the chicken wire and egg transfer competition for this one. And yes, Screamin’ Quinn pulled off the win cementing his spot in the Jury with safety this week and practically taking us to the distant corner for Tucker’s position in the game. So who did he send to the Block?
Nominations:
With Tucker gone it became an easy choice to target all of his allies without their shield around. Angela, Kimo, and Rubina were all sent to the Block while Quinn tried to form a 7-HG alliance of everyone else in the whole house.
Initially Quinn was telling allies that Rubina was his target, but that didn’t last too long. By Friday night Quinn had reset his plans on an Angela eviction. Mercy, we’re going to lose all our Feeds fun at this rate.
Veto Competition:
The first of two chances to upend Quinn’s plans arrived with the Veto competition on Saturday. Naturally Joseph was selected to play (Angela’s HG Choice) and did what Joseph does: lose comps. But the other drawn player had better luck. Leah won her first competition and even went to bed wearing the medallion. Yes, she’s excited but now she’s got to make a decision.
Speaking with Quinn last night Leah explained that Angela was her #1 ally and she couldn’t stand by while Angela sat on the Block and faced likely eviction. If anyone could convince Quinn to change his plans or to just go ahead and do whatever they wanted against his wishes, well that’d be his crush Leah. But will she?
Veto Meeting:
At first glance I assumed our streak of the past six weeks’ worth of Veto meetings coming to a close, but now I’m curious. Will Leah really rock the boat and save Angela? Quinn warned Leah about making herself a visible pairing to such a big target like Angela, but I’m not opposed. Leah hasn’t given us much of anything this season so if this leads to an extra week or two of Angela spiraling then I’m all for it. Do you think she’ll do it?
We’ve got the Veto meeting coming up on Monday and then it’ll be the Arena battle on Thursday before the live vote. Whichever Noms survive this week will make it on the to Jury phase of Big Brother 26. Congratulations to them all on making it this far already!
