The game is just getting started but we already have your set of Big Brother spoilers for the first weekend of BB26. Since the HGs moved in and we saw the two-part premiere there have been a lot of events and some bridge burning going on in that house so let’s get you ready for what’s next with what you might have missed.
BBAI Upgrades:
We learned in the premiere episodes that Makensy Manbeck and Quinn Martin had won the Upgrade powers but we didn’t know who had what. Luckily the Feeds fixed that for us when we heard from Quinn telling Angela that he has the Deepfake HOH while Makensy told her allies that she has America’s Veto.
Head of Household:
Results came in on the first night of the Feeds and we found out that Angela Murray was the first to wear the HOH crown. We’ll see how that played out in tonight’s Big Brother episode, but sounds like there were teams and a knockout style for the comp. Angela was ecstatic with her win and she hasn’t squandered the opportunity to set targets this week.
Nominations:
Angela didn’t just have to come up with two nominations, she needed three! Now we had heard from HGs to expect four noms, but clearly that didn’t happen unless there’s something else working its way into the game really soon.
A quick decision from the first HOH sent Kenney Kelley, Kimo Apaka, and Lisa Weintraub to the Block. Sort of a random set here but at the time Kenney was Angela’s target. That didn’t last too long.
Power of Veto Comp:
Saturday delivered the news that Lisa Weintraub, one of Angela’s Noms, pulled off the victory and won the Power of Veto. She will definitely be using that power to save herself. That leaves a void to be filled and Matt has quickly worked his way up the target ladder for Angela.
There was a big blowup on the Feeds this Saturday morning with Angela accusing “CRAZY EYES!” Matt of verbally assaulting her with threats. Matt was shook and the HGs were confused, but Angela’s antics seems to have worked for now.
Power of Veto Ceremony:
Watch for Matt Hardeman to be the next visitor to the Block on Big Brother 26. Lisa will definitely use the medallion at Monday’s Veto meeting and unless something drastic happens this afternoon then Matt will be the renom.
With all of those results it still leaves the BBAI Arena competition. We’re expecting that to eliminate one of the three nominees and send us to Thursday’s live show with just two targets to pick from. Matt could win his way out and leave Kenney and Kimo to fight for the votes, but if Matt remains on the Block and Makensy doesn’t use her America’s Veto, then I think he’s in real danger of being the first evicted Houseguest on Big Brother 26.
