Another Monday, another unhinged, off-the-wall blindside Big Brother 26 veto meeting. That’s right, for the eighth week in a row, the Power of Veto was used. And this one was another doozy. Whether or not what went down today really makes sense, it was entertaining and is sure to make more good TV.

Big Brother 26 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, September 9, 2024:
10:14 AM BBT- Houseguests are waking up.
11:00 AM BBT – Chelsie tells Quinn that Leah was up until 5 a.m. pitching for him to go on the block.
11:05 AM BBT – Quinn pushing Chelsie to put up Rubina today. He asks her if anyone of the trio would prioritize her. She says she doesn’t think anyone in the game prioritizes her before two or three other people. He says he would prioritize her second only to him.
11:06 AM BBT – Quinn asks why the veto even has to be used this week. He says why not leave nominations the same and they can just make sure Kimo goes. Chelsie says she would have to talk to Makensy about that.
12:26 PM BBT – Feeds are back. Makensy used the veto on Angela and Chelsie named Quinn as the replacement nominee.
12:28 PM BBT – Leah is upset. She says she doesn’t understand the narrative of trying to break up a duo when there are trios in the game. Quinn says they also they aren’t even a duo. Leah says she exactly. Leah calls Makensy a puppet.
12:33 PM BBT – Quinn says he can only lose votes at this point because he knows he can’t get T’Kor, Rubina or Angela’s votes.
12:37 PM BBT – Chelsie tells T’Kor and Rubina that she had every reason to put Leah up but it didn’t make sense comp-wise.
12:39 PM BBT – Chelsie says that she is genuinely sad about Quinn, but at the end of the day it was the best choice. She says and it’s another guy out of the house.
12:42 PM BBT – Chelsie says Makensy using the veto on Angela is hilarious and will be great TV.
12:46 PM BBT – Quinn lets Leah know that this is not an actual backdoor because he did play in the veto. She says it’s still a backdoor. She’s upset that this is the first week without the AI Arena so he has not shot to save himself.
1:01 PM BBT – Angela asks Makensy if Chelsie had anything to do with her decision to use the veto. Makensy said yes and no and adds that Chelsie knew she was going to use the veto on Angela and was OK with it. Angela asks if Leah had anything to do with it. Makensy says no.
1:03 PM BBT – Makensy tells Angela to just enjoy that she’s good this week. She tells her not to rub it in anyone’s faces though. Angela says she won’t do that.
1:05 PM BBT – Rubina is annoyed with how fake Quinn is being. She tells T’Kor he hugged her after after the veto ceremony when he was just lying about her trying to get her on the block beforehand.
1:22 PM BBT – Angela tells Rubina she has no idea how she got off the block or why but at this point it is probably better to be out of the loop. She says she feels like she is just always in a state of unknown.
1:26 PM BBT – Chelsie talks to the cameras and says people who thought they could just float are having their cards shown. She says the prediction is that they will be on the block soon.
1:30 PM BBT – Chelsie says that Quinn took going up on the block well but Leah is taking it the worst.
1:40 PM BBT – Chelsie letting Cam know that Leah was suggesting he go up as a replacement nominee.
1:45 PM BBT – Chelsie tells Cam that he or Makensy need to win the next HOH so they can break up the trio. She says after that they will take care of Leah.
1:46 PM BBT – Leah tells Makensy that she loves T’Kor but if anyone thinks they can beat her in the end they’re fooling themselves. Makensy says she agrees.
2:00 PM BBT – Makensy tells Leah that she had no idea what Chelsie was going to do. She says she only asked Chelsie if she had a renom option in her head.
2:14 PM BBT – Leah tells Makensy that she loves T’Kor but Chelsie protecting her isn’t smart because T’Kor would beat Chelsie at the end.
2:16 PM BBT – Leah says that the trio is now the majority vote. She tells Makensy that “us against any of them we are f ‘ed.” Makensy says that is true. Leah says that’s why they needed Quinn as a number.
2:25 PM BBT – Leah tells Makensy she’s not upset with her and is glad she did what she thought was best for her own game.
2:48 PM BBT – Quinn tells Rubina he knows what’s going to happen. He says he is an optimistic person but he knows what’s ahead of him.
2:49 PM BBT – Quinn says he accepts it and says it’s OK. Rubina says she’s not saying what’s going to happen one way or the other, but this isn’t going to be easy for anyone. They tell each other that they love each other and appreciate each other as people.
2:50 PM BBT – Rubina tells Quinn he doesn’t have to act like everything is fine. He says this is how he is in real life too. He says when disappointment hits him as it often does he just deals with it and moves on.
3:15 PM BBT – Quinn tells Makensy he really doesn’t understand why Rubina wasn’t a replacement nominee option.
3:27 PM BBT – Chelsie says to T’Kor it’s crazy that after this week Cam and Kimo will be the only men left.
3:36 PM BBT – Quinn and Chelsie discussing Tucker as they usually are.
With the AI Arena no longer in play, the voting decision this week should be made a lot earlier. And since this feels like a backdoor move (even though it can’t be a true backdoor), it looks like Quinn is in trouble. And he knows it. Unless he can convinced Angela and Makensy to not let a trio stay in the house he will likely become the first Big Brother 26 juror.
