Big Brother 25 Live Feeds Week 1: Friday Night Highlights

It was a dramatic night in the Big Brother 25 house as tears flowed and alliances (but don’t call them alliances) continued to form. And following the nomination ceremony, the big topic of the night was Veto. Reilly doesn’t want anyone to use it, but there are several people hoping to save one of the nominees and get another target (back) up on the block.

Big Brother 25 Live Feed Highlights – Friday, August 4, 2023:

3:01 PM BBT – Reilly tells Jag that Felicia is not going anywhere this week. She said she told Felicia she would make sure the vote was unanimous for her to stay. Jag says and that’s what will happen. “Unless Kirsten wins veto,” he adds. Reilly says no one else would change nominations because no one trusts Kirsten currently and wouldn’t want to shake things up.

3:03 PM BBT – Matt tells Reilly that he hasn’t really approached her because he didn’t want to bombard her along with everyone else. Reilly tells Matt that now is the perfect time to solidify numbers. She tells him that they want him to be a part of their team. Luke comes into the room before they can discuss more.

3:06 PM BBT – Kirsten is upset that she is still on the block. She’s being comforted by multiple houseguests and gets a group hug from them.

3:15 PM BBT – Cirie tells Jared that she and Felicia agree that they want to roll with him. He says they can trust him. They say the same to him. Cirie says they don’t have to talk everyday, because they know the three of them are solid.

3:20 PM BBT – Cirie tells Jared that if he wins the Power of Veto, he needs to think about saving Felicia.

3:24 PM BBT – Felicia says that Reilly wants her to throw the veto or not take herself down if she wins. Felicia says she needs to talk to Reilly about that. Cirie and Jared kind of hint that maybe she should throw it, but they know they can’t really ask her to do that. Felicia said no one can be made at her if she saves herself.

3:26 PM BBT – Izzy tells Felicia that Reilly was really upset about having to leave her on the block.

3:33 PM BBT – Cirie tells Izzy that she doesn’t doubt her loyalty at all. Izzy says that she sees it like Izzy and Cirie are the center of their group, then it branches off to Jared and then Hisam and Blue. Izzy says she also feels good with Mecole. Then she mentions Felicia and Bowie (these alliances are all too big to keep track of). Izzy says they should not use the word “alliance.” She says that freaks people out.

3:37 PM BBT – Izzy and Hisam agree that whatever is going on in the HOH room is weird (it’s basically their alliance meeting).

3;46 PM BBT – Hisam says that Kirsten is clearly the target. Izzy says she wants to win the veto and pull Felicia off. She says she wants Cory up and out. Hisam says that Cory feels too safe and says he’s coming off smug. They still seem to think he has some kind of power.

3:48 PM BBT – Hisam says he thinks Reilly is close to Cory and Jared. Izzy says she didn’t think that about Jared and says that Reilly made it very clear to her that her Number 1 is Jag.

3:52 PM BBT – Izzy says to Hisam that the pecking order after this week if Kirsten goes, should be Cory, then Cameron, then Luke. Hisam says he agrees that he wants Cory out next.

4:20 PM BBT – Houseguests are just hanging out in the HOH room, chit-chatting at the moment. They discuss sequester and then the competitions from night one.

4:23 PM BBT – Kirsten is braiding Red’s beard. He says he’s been growing his beard for eight years.

5:13 PM BBT – Matt and Luke are bro-ing out in the gym.

6:40 PM BBT – HGs are having dinner together.

6:46 PM BBT – Cirie says that she thinks Hisam would take Felicia down because he really wants Cory up on the block.

7:03 PM BBT – Jared and Cirie get some time alone to talk. Jared says he wants to get the next HOH so they can really solidify stuff. Cirie says “Look at you!” Then says she loves him.

7:04 PM BBT – Izzy comes in and tells Jared and Cirie that Kirsten just ambushed her and was trying to blow up everyone’s game. Izzy says Kirsten revealed the Phalanx 5 to her and Hisam.

7:07 PM BBT – Izzy asks Jared if he thinks Reilly genuinely wants to work with them. Jared says 110 percent yes.

7:12 PM BBT – Cirie tells Izzy that Jared needs to get his answers together quicker when they ask him things.

7:13 PM BBT – Cirie tells Felicia that no matter what happens with the veto she thinks Felicia will be safe. She says that’s what the universe is telling her.

7:17 PM BBT – Hisam asks Jared if he trusts Reilly. He says he does. Hisam says he does as well. Jared says he also trusts Matt.

8:00 PM BBT – Izzy is crying because she’s missing home and normalcy. Cirie comforts her. Izzy says she feels supported but she misses her partner and her parents. She says she just feels really guilty because she hadn’t thought about home today at all.

9:00 PM BBT – Cirie coaching Kirsten on what’s going wrong with her game and why the HGs don’t trust her. She tells Kirsten that she (K) is sharing too much information.

9:15 PM BBT – HGs starting to gather again in the kitchen with lots of chatter.

9:50 PM BBT – Bye Bye Bitches alliance is formalized with Bowie, Cirie, Felicia, Izzy, and Mecole.

9:55 PM BBT – Jag and America discuss Kirsten’s awkward game play. He mentions that Kirsten told him and Blue that she wanted to work with other girls and that made him uncomfortable.

10:15 PM BBT – HGs are already starting to turn in for bed. Cory corners Reilly upstairs to talk game but she’s trying to get away.

10:20 PM BBT – Hisam noticed the large crowd going up to the HOH room including Reilly, Jag, Matt, Blue, and Cameron. He relays that observation over to America, but doesn’t get everyone right.

10:25 PM BBT – Reilly tells the HOH crew they need to not gather like this so much.

10:35 PM BBT – HOH crew declares themselves the core five members with Blue, Cameron, Jag, Matt, and Reilly. Then they want to add on other members and let them think they’re also part of the main group. They discuss adding 3 more HGs for a total of 8. The main 5 will be Handful and the broader 8 is Family.

10:55 PM BBT – Downstairs Cirie tells Izzy the other side has Blue and America. She thinks the upstairs’ core is America, Blue, Cameron, Matt, and Reilly. They discuss who to pull into their own group. Izzy isn’t crazy about Jag and wants to get Hisam instead.

11:20 PM BBT – Jag talks with Blue. He says they need other HGs with them to take the shots they can’t. He wants Cory to target Izzy for them. Blue thinks they can pull in America to play with the two of them.

11:30 PM BBT – Cameron tells Reilly that Felicia should be safe and enough HGs will want to keep her over Kirsten.

11:40 PM BBT – Cameron doesn’t believe Mecole’s story that she’s a teacher. He’s pretty sure she’s from DC and works in politics (well, yep).

12:05 AM BBT – Matt is trying to help Kirsten plan her campaigning. She’s worried pushing too hard will be overplaying, but if she doesn’t campaign then it looks like she doesn’t care.

12:15 AM BBT – Kirsten camtalks that she knows she’s a weak player and needs to become more of an asset so HGs will want to keep her. She plans to campaign more tomorrow.

1:45 AM BBT – Blue, Jag, America, and Bowie are hanging out and chatting. Blue telling about her parents naming the kids in her family to be more American and her sister was renamed to Hillary because he thought Clinton would be president.

2:00 AM BBT – General chatter around the house with the remaining vertical HGs.

4:00 AM BBT – Lights out.

HGs were told to be ready to get up early and compete on Saturday morning. Some of them turned in early and some stayed up very late. We’ll see how that turns out for everyone.

Kirsten knows she’s in trouble and this Veto comp is her main chance for safety. If she doesn’t get that medallion then I don’t see any HGs willing to stick their necks out for her. Can she survive the week? Let’s see what happens on Saturday.
