It was a busy day of campaigning for the nominees on Big Brother 23. One houseguest decided they couldn’t lie about their vote for Week 5 of Big Brother anymore and broke the news to the nom not receiving it. This caused for some tears to be shed and some doubt that campaigning would even be worth it in the end.

Big Brother 23 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, August 11, 2021:
9:20 AM BBT – HGs are waking up.
9:23 AM BBT – Derek F is talking to Britini and Azah and he is telling them that he isn’t saying anything to anyone today because he will get kicked out of the house today. He says everyone wonders what his trigger in this house is going to be and he tells them Tiffany so he’s going to sit in the corner and mind his business.
9:26 AM BBT – Azah tells DF that she is going to tell Christian that she is going to vote the way that Derek X wants her too.
9:35 AM BBT – Xavier says that they should go through potential arguments that the other HGs could make so that they can come up with good counters. X says that if he leaves on Thursday at least he will know that it wasn’t his arguments, it’s that they already had their minds made up as soon as Christian ended up on the block.
9:45 AM BBT – Alyssa wonders to DF, Azah, and Britini if Sarah Beth is going to have a one-on-one with her. She also says that she knows that SB had something to do with Christian going up and it’s just kind of sketchy to do that to one of your own teammates.
9:48 AM BBT – DF tells Alyssa that she has a lot of people in the house that like her. He also tells her that this jury is going to have more women in it which means if a woman makes it to F2, they will likely win if they are sitting next to a guy. DF tells Alyssa that he thinks that having SB here is better for her game. She doesn’t think so when it comes to her longterm game.
10:08 AM BBT – Britini is having a hard time deciding whether or not she is going to tell Christian she isn’t voting for him. DF tells her that she doesn’t owe them anything and Azah reminds her that if she does that, she is going to be the most recent person to upset them (A & X) which is going to paint Britini as their next target.
10:20 AM BBT – Azah even tells Britini that she might tell Christian that she doesn’t know, because she doesn’t own him anything.
10:33 AM BBT – DF tells Britini that even if she doesn’t say anything, they aren’t going to go after Britini next week. They feel betrayed by SB and DX the most right now.
10:45 AM BBT – DF tells Britini and Azah that he spent this whole game trying to tell Christian and Alyssa that they needed to separate themselves from each other to get rid of the target on them. It’s not his fault they didn’t listen.
11:00 AM BBT – Azah asks Britini why she’s going to put her game out there by telling Christian that she isn’t sure where her vote is going to protect other people’s game? Azah reminds her that she isn’t a pawn anymore, she is the only woman that has won a real comp in this house, why is their game more important than hers?
11:20 AM BBT – Azah goes to talk to Christian and tells him that she isn’t voting to keep him this week.
11:25 AM BBT – Christian tells Azah that if DF or Britini ask her how she is voting, her answer is going to play a part in how they vote. She tells him that the Jokers have made it clear from the start that they vote how they want.
11:27 AM BBT – Christian tells Azah that if he goes this week it only strengthens the very people who she has said wants to pick them (Z, DF, &B) off. It also takes out their biggest shield and the one person who will help them take them out.
11:35 AM BBT – Azah tells Christian that she will continue to think about what he has said and he tells her that the deals that they have made still stand.
11:45 AM BBT – Christian is in the HN room clearly upset by his conversation with Azah. Alyssa and Xavier walked in and Christian tells them that it didn’t go well. He is frustrated and can’t get full sentences out other than everyone in this house are cowards.
11:48 AM BBT – Xavier says from the sounds of it, everyone has been telling them what they want to hear and everyone’s mind has been made up since he hit the block. Alyssa says that America is going to have a boring season then because everyone wants to do what everyone else is doing.
11:52 AM BBT – Christian tells them that there is no point in him campaigning anymore. Xavier tells him that he can’t give up until he has done everything he can do.
12:21 PM BBT – Alyssa tells Christian that he came here to win $750,000, not spend all his time with some girl he met. She is encouraging him to continue fighting and they can hang out after finale.
12:30 PM BBT – DF and Azah are telling Xavier about how Tiffany came to them asking them to throw themselves under the bus for her game. Meanwhile Christian is crying in the HN room.
12:39 PM BBT – Britini says Azah should tell him what it was and that it made the three of them uncomfortable because it was a great deal for Christian and Alyssa, but there wasn’t anything about Xavier in that deal. Britini leaves the room and DF tells Azah that she should tell him, Azah reminds him that they already did. DF laughs.
12:45 PM BBT – Kyland wonders to Xavier if they should talk to Azah and DF and try and do some damage control after they were kept out of the loop about this week’s plan to BD Christian.
12:48 PM BBT – Azah tells DF that the only two people she trusts in this house are him and Britini. Meanwhile, Christian is still in the HN room crying to Alyssa and Xavier. Alyssa wonders if they might be able to strike a deal with DX, even if it’s fake. Xavier says no, he doesn’t want to tell him anything anymore because he doesn’t trust him at all.
12:56 PM BBT – Claire tells Kyland that she plans to tell Christian today that she isn’t going to vote for him. She says that she thinks that DF and Britini might tell him today too, but they might want to lie and scheme too. She mentions that it’s just going to blow up their game.
1:10 PM BBT – Britini tells SB that she is sitting pretty great right now which she is pretty happy about because she wants SB to stay this week.
1:15 PM BBT – Britini tells SB that nothing that they (C&A) are saying is against SB, just reasons why Christian should stay. SB tells Britini that they told DF that she (SB) was going after him. Britini says she didn’t hear about that.
1:23 PM BBT – Britini tells SB that she doesn’t think she has to start throwing deals around to pull votes. SB says she doesn’t think so either, she’s just looking for confirmation.
1:27 PM BBT – Britini is telling SB that if she didn’t win Veto, she (B) would have been the one going home. SB tells her that she still thinks that Christian was the plan the whole time.
1:31 PM BBT – DF is telling Xavier about his frustrations with Tiffany.
1:34 PM BBT – Christian catches Britini coming out of her one-on-one with SB and asks if she is saying anything about him. Britini says that she is just campaigning for herself. Christian tells her that he thinks he’s leaving and he isn’t going to campaign anymore to stay.
1:38 PM BBT – SB and Hannah are clearing the air and Hannah asks SB if she would put DX or Hannah up if she wins HOH? SB says no.
1:45 PM BBT – DF is talking to Kyland about the drama with Tiffany.
1:50 PM BBT – Azah is talking with SB now and she tells SB that she has already told Christian that she is voting to keep SB.
1:54 PM BBT – Claire tells SB that she has been telling Christian that she doesn’t know where her vote is going, but she plans to tell him either today or tomorrow that she is voting to keep SB.
2:00 PM BBT – Claire says that if it’s a DE, she is thinking Alyssa or Britini makes sense. She then says that the three Jokers being together scares her.
2:16 PM BBT – Xavier tells SB that if the house seems like they are leaning towards one, he’s throwing a vote to the other so that it’s not a unanimous vote for either of them. He says based on the vibe, it seems like Christian is going home.
2:20 PM BBT – Kyland tells DF that he isn’t trying to be Tiffany and tell people what to do, he’s making suggestions and opening it up for discussion.
2:30 PM BBT – Xavier tells SB that if he thinks the votes are going to be close or they flip, he will give her a heads up.
2:35 PM BBT – SB is having a fake one-on-one with DX and she starts to tell him about all her talks so far. Feeds cut.
2:57 PM BBT – Alyssa tells Kyland that she doesn’t know what happened to make SB not trust that Alyssa was going to take her off if she won.
3:00 PM BBT – Alyssa is telling Xavier that Kyland just told her SB felt that there was doubt in the Kings after she took the money. That’s why she didn’t trust that Alyssa would use the POV if she won after the fact.
After his talk with Azah, Christian is realizing that his fellow HGs are just telling him what he wants to hear and have had their minds made up since he was put on the block. He doesn’t think that campaigning is going to help any, which is pretty accurate in his case, but Alyssa is encouraging him to keep trying.
