Sunday brought the fallout from Saturday’s Veto Comp (spoilers here) as the Big Brother 23 HGs had a chance to reflect on this shift in the plans, perceived or real, and who would be the true target of the week. And it wouldn’t be Big Brother without a costume or punishment so here comes that first one of the season too.

Big Brother 23 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, August 8, 2021:
10:15 AM BBT – HGs waking up. Kinda. Slowly.
10:30 AM BBT – Britini shares with the Jokers that Alyssa made a deal with DX to protect herself up on the wall.
10:55 AM BBT – DF expects a Joker will be renom’d after Britini saves herself.
12:10 PM BBT – DF tells Azah once they get to the 6 then he wants Tiffany up first. Azah says she sees how Tiffany manipulated Britini.
12:50 PM BBT – Azah tells X that she wants a King going up as the renom, not another Joker. X points out that he and Alyssa were promised safety. Azah points out Christian is available then.
1:10 PM BBT – Kyland thinks he has more influence over DX than Tiffany does. Kyland tells DF he doesn’t need to be worried about Sarah.
1:50 PM BBT – Xavier and Kyland agree that getting out a big target is good for them but question why DX would want to do it.
2:50 PM BBT – Derek X receives his punishment, “Lord of the Latrine.” He has to sound a horn and announce anyone’s use of the toilet for 24 hours. HGs gather around to try the horn.
3:35 PM BBT – Kyland and Xavier agree it seems likely a King is going home this week. Kyland says this will expose the Royal Flush alliance.
3:40 PM BBT – Britini tells DX how Sarah twice asked her to throw the Veto.
4:00 PM BBT – HGs get the backyard again.
4:00 PM BBT – X camtalks after Kyland leaves that Kyland wants to keep Sarah because she would vote for him at F2.
4:30 PM BBT – Azah tells DF that if Christian goes up then she’ll vote him out because she doesn’t think Sarah is a threat to their games. Jokers all agree to vote out Christian if he’s nominated.
4:35 PM BBT – Tiffany and Kyland discuss how they knew they had to play the game differently when they came in and saw the cast was different from what they’ve seen in the past.
5:00 PM BBT – Tiffany is sad that DF will need to go soon. Kyland thinks the sooner the better to get it over.
5:35 PM BBT – Xavier joins Tiffany and Kyland. He asks if they’re serious about BD’ing Christian. X says if Christian goes then Alyssa can be his +1 duo.
5:50 PM BBT – Tiffany asks Kyland to explain how he knows Sarah (from before the show). He laughs and promises Tiffany he does not know Sarah from outside the house.\
5:52 PM BBT – DX tells Azah the Kings are pressuring him to put up a Joker but says that wouldn’t be smart for his game. He asks if he puts up a King who would she want to go home. Azah says who ever he would want to go. Azah assumes it would be Christian and says he will go home. She says with a double eviction coming up, Christian would be a scary person to win that HOH. Azah says she thinks the other Jokers would vote out Christian no problem.
6:04 PM BBT – Tiffany tells Claire that they don’t have to take SB out this week because if it comes down to it they can beat her at this game. Tiffany says from the way SB played veto, she’s not concerned about her beating them at comps later.
6:08 PM BBT – Claire says OK if DX puts Christian up they vote him out and take the shot at SB next week. Tiffany says the next HOH should be a mental comp and says let Hannah take that shot at SB.
6:15 PM BBT – Xavier tells SB he’s not going to let her go home this week. Xavier said if they were to take out Christian this week then at least the target should be off them as a group because then their numbers would be the same as the Queens.
6:30 PM BBT – Alyssa tells SB she just talked to DX and he said the plan was still to out Big D on the block.
7:13 PM BBT – Azah tells DX that taking out Christian makes complete sense. She tells him to not let anyone make him feel bad for making this move. She says Christian and Alyssa are the two that are always saying this is just a game.
7:16 PM BBT – Azah says she’s completely on board with Christian leaving and if anyone lets him stay she doesn’t know what game they’re playing. DX says the vote should be 7-2 or 6-3.
7:21 PM BBT – Azah says the Jokers will be grateful to him for not putting another of them on the block. She says if she wins HOH she will just go after two more Kings.
8:00 PM BBT – Derek F and Xavier discuss who DX is going to clearly be everyone’s target next week.
8:02 PM BBT – Xavier tells DF if DX takes the shot at Christian, he’s gone. DF says of course and it’s not them taking the shot so let DX take the shot for them.
8:05 PM BBT – DF says Christian goes next, then he wins HOH and sends SB home then someone else can send Alyssa home. Then he says he sees Claire going before Alyssa. X suggests DX going if there’s a double. DF says the longer Alyssa stays the more she’s going to fume and seek revenge for Christian.
8:23 PM BBT – Kyland lets SB know that she definitely has enough votes to stay this week over Christian.
8:24 PM BBT – Hannah wants Alyssa to know about the backdoor Christian plan so she’s not blindsided. Tiffany says Alyssa will tell Christina. Hannah says that’s fine that way he can prepare himself.
8:30 PM BBT – Tiffany and Hannah talk about how sad it will be for them to get rid of DX and Claire.
8:49 PM BBT – Sarah Beth tells Kyland tomorrow (today, her birthday) is going to be so dramatic. She says it’s going to be another Keesha’s birthday.
9:22 PM BBT – Tiffany talking to the camera says they are backdooring Christian tomorrow and he has no idea. She says Alyssa and Christian have this whole plan on how they are going to eliminate people from the game and it does not align with her plan. She says Christian is not even going to be here after Thursday.
9:25 PM BBT – Tiffany says Alyssa wants Kyland gone and wants to nominate him with DX. Tiffany says Alyssa cannot win because she does not want DX and Kyland on the block this soon.
9:27 PM BBT – Alyssa says she may have to get Alyssa out of the house before SB.
9:35 PM BBT – Tiffany tells Claire about Alyssa’s plan to let Hannah know 30 minutes before the vote that they’re voting out Sarah. They have a good laugh.
10:30 PM BBT – Christian talks with Xavier about trying to take out DX or Kyland during a Double.
11:05 PM BBT – Britini tells Alyssa that she is nervous about tomorrow even though she knows she’ll be coming down and be safe. She says she asked DX who would be her renom but he didn’t say.
12:00 AM BBT – Azah and Britini discuss that they’ll vote out Christian if he’s on the Block.
12:05 AM BBT – HGs celebrating Sarah’s birthday.
12:45 AM BBT – DX tries to ease in the idea of a Christian BD while talking to Xavier. He highlights how tough Christian is and the chances of him not being picked for Veto if they try for that later. DX explains how the house wants Christian out. X tells DX not to tell him anything before the meeting so he doesn’t know what’s going on.
1:45 AM BBT – Tiffany talks with Hannah and Claire about Alyssa’s plan that Christian will get rid of DX in a DE.
2:00 AM BBT – DX teases that the last HG to make him announce the bathroom will be his renom.
2:40 AM BBT – Claire suggests to Tiffany and DX that they’ll look confused and surprised at the meeting.
3:20 AM BBT – Hannah asks DX how he wants her to act about the Veto meeting. He says she can do what’s best. Hannah knows Alyssa and Christian won’t believe it if she’s surprised.
4:00 AM BBT – Lights out.
The secret is holding steady as the HGs continue to lie to Christian and Alyssa but that won’t have to last much longer with the Veto meeting coming up on Monday. Watch for fireworks and plenty of excitement on the Feeds for Monday.
