Big Brother 23: Veto Ceremony Plans for Week 5

Update: Results are in! Get the Big Brother spoilers for the Veto Ceremony.

It is Monday which means that the Veto Ceremony is set to happen inside the Big Brother 23 house a little later today. Derek X has a plan to make a big move this week on Big Brother, but will he go through with it? Read on to find out what we can expect to happen at the Veto Ceremony for Week 5 of Big Brother.

Derek X is the Head of Household for week 5 and he has nominated Sarah Beth and Britini for eviction. However, his plan this week is to backdoor Christian and get out this competition threat before Jury. He mentioned to Hannah that Christian has won over 50% of the competitions he has played in and this chance might not come again.

One point that Hannah brought up to him in this conversation on Sunday’s live feeds was that if there is a Jury Battle Back, Christian will likely end up back in the house. Derek X didn’t seem to have thought of this and realized that’s another great reason to get him out before Jury.

Hannah did mention that Derek X might want to do some damage control with Alyssa and Xavier prior to the Veto Ceremony. You could tell he was nervous about this conversation, but Hannah tells him that he could just tell her that with Britini winning the POV, he has been given the opportunity to make this move. She adds that he should make sure that he mentions this wasn’t his plan all week so that she doesn’t feel like he’s been lying to her.

If he tells Alyssa before the Veto Ceremony, she will likely go to Christian and tell him about the plan which will take the blindside out of it. However, it should still make for some great feeds over the next few days leading into this week’s live eviction.

Make sure you come back for our Veto Ceremony spoilers for confirmation! In the meantime, what do you think of DX’s choice to take a shot at Christian this week? Do you think he will have the votes on his side to get him out?
