Big Brother 21 Spoilers: Week 2 Roundup

Big Brother 21’s second week is all but over depending on what happens with the campaigning and next live vote on Thursday, so let’s take a look at everything that has gone down in week 2, including some spoilers you might not have heard yet.

Head of Household

As we all saw at the end of Thursday’s episode, Jack became the new Head of Household, beating out Jessica.

Whacktivity Comp

Jack was won the second Whacktivity Comp as we saw on Sunday night. His win gives him the power to force a veto player redraw at any time up until final 6. That’s not the greatest of powers, but it could definitely be useful if there’s a backdoor plan under way.

Nominations

Sunday night’s episode revealed that Jack went ahead with his obvious nomination choices of Kemi and Jessica. They have been his next targets since last week. The episode edit made it look like it was because they were in an all-girls alliance, but really there was never any real stated reason why he was 100 precent set on targeted those two girls.

Veto Competition

For the veto competition, Jack, Kemi and Jessica were joined by Sam, Jackson and Bella. In the end, Sam won his second veto in a row (when he didn’t really have to). It also sounds like Sam won the trip to Fiji along with the veto. Kemi finished second, thus likely sealing her fate this week.

Veto Ceremony

The ceremony is later today, but right now the plan is for Sam to not use the POV. And don’t expect that to change. Jack is set on sending Kemi home this week.

And that’s your Week 2 roundup. Right now Kemi will be walking out the door on Thursday night unless Jessica does something to shift the target. A lot of people in the game would rather Kemi stay, but for some reason they’re all doing Jack’s bidding. I’m not sure if they’re afraid of him or are just really bad at playing Big Brother.
