Big Brother 25 Live Feeds Week 2: Saturday Highlights

Weekends in the Big Brother game are filled with nomination stress and Veto scrambles. This one was no different for the Big Brother 25 Houseguests as they faced the HOH’s decision and battled it out for safety. Oh, and the Nether Region was playing some tricks on our usual routine with the effects felt on Saturday.

The biggest note on these Highlights will be the very extended downtime on the Feeds, presumably for the Veto comp. Pet Loops started at approximately 2:20 PM PT on Saturday and as of the time of publishing they remained down. That’s more than 14 hours and obviously more than a Veto competition would typically last. So what’s going on? We do not know. I would hope there are no issues inside the house or with any HGs. I’d like to find out it was another downtime for the Nether Region twist instead of something having gone wrong. We will continue to monitor the Feeds and update you when we know more.

Big Brother 25 Live Feed Highlights – Saturday, August 12, 2023:

7:15 AM BBT – HGs got their wakeup call.

7:35 AM BBT – Jag and Blue discuss they don’t want Cameron to win the Veto and that’d be bad as one of them would probably go up against Reilly. Blue doesn’t want to win Veto either and be put in the spot to make a decision.

9:05 AM BBT – Feeds back after being down for an hour. HGs discussing comps.

9:20 AM BBT – Cory and America talk alliances and how the two sides of the house were obvious.

9:55 AM BBT – Feeds back again after another break, this time for Veto players. Reilly is celebrating the draw. It went well for her with Matt, America, and Blue being drawn/picked

11:25 AM BBT – Jared and Jag discussing their visits to Nether Region. Jag says he selected Bowie to swap out with him. (Jared had picked Jag for the same.)

11:30 AM BBT – Jag tells Jared he wants to form a new group with Jared, Cirie, Felicia, and Blue. Jared says he only joined the 8 (Family Style) because Jag was there and he trusts Jag. Jag says it was Cameron who revealed their alliance.

11:45 AM BBT – Hisam, Izzy, and Cirie meet upstairs in the HOH room. Hisam mentions that Jag has safety as a result of Jared picking him for the Nether. Jag claimed Bowie had volunteered to go to Nether next, but Hisam had discouraged her from doing that.

11:50 AM BBT – Hisam reaffirms he wants Reilly out this week and hasn’t settled on a plan B if he can’t get her. He’s thinking Cory as a Cameron replacement if needed with Reilly remaining the target. Hisam again mentions Jag has safety as a result of his Nether visit. Now Hisam thinks if Reilly comes down then Matt should go up and out instead of Cameron. Cirie isn’t a fan of this alternate plan, but Hisam says it’s so they can build trust with Cameron.

12:05 PM BBT – Hisam doubling down on his plan to get Matt out if he can’t get Reilly. He says he likes Matt though and would want to keep him.

12:10 PM BBT – Hisam wants to warn Blue & Matt that if Blue wins and use it then Matt goes up and out.

12:25 PM BBT – Red talks with Cameron and says his side (Red’s) is concerned that he’s close to Cameron. Red mentions their F2 deal. Red worries Izzy plays too emotional. Cameron thinks Matt was warned not to use the Veto if he won.

12:30 PM BBT – Red tells Hisam he thinks Blue will save Reilly if she wins Veto. Hisam says that’d be a dumb game move for anyone to change his noms.

12:40 PM BBT – Hisam says America already promised him she wouldn’t use the Veto if she won it.

12:45 PM BBT – Red tells Hisam that Izzy is a superfan and Cameron practically is one too. He thinks it’s good to have superfans on their side of the game.

1:05 PM BBT – Cirie is frustrated that Hisam isn’t considering Cameron as the target this week. She wants Cameron out. Cirie thinks America should be a pawn if Reilly comes down so they can get rid of Cameron.

1:10 PM BBT – Cirie thinks she could get Izzy and Reilly to make up so Reilly isn’t the same target anymore and then she can shift the target to Cameron.

1:35 PM BBT – Jared and Hisam meet upstairs. Jared says Matt is committed to saving Reilly. Hisam remains set on Reilly for the eviction.

2:10 PM BBT – Blue, Jag, and Reilly wonder what the next Nether Region power will be. Jag expects it to alternate from benefits to punishments.

2:22 PM BBT – Feeds cut to Pet Loops.

And that’s it for events on Saturday. It’s now Sunday morning and the Feeds have still not returned. We don’t know what’s going on but I hope it’s nothing serious. Perhaps another Nether Region event? There are no details from CBS and no banner announcement running at the top of the Feeds. So we’ll continue to wait.
