After days of suspicion and truth seeking missions the clock has run out for Da’Vonne as she officially becomes my pick for tonight’s elimination. If things continue on as they are now then we won’t even see a tie-breaker.
It’s Eviction Day for Big Brother 18, or you could turn that around for Day’s Eviction. Yes, tonight looks to be the end of the road for the Veteran Houseguest as the game prepares to say goodbye to its second returning player. But with the Round Trip ticket out there it might not be the last we’ve seen of her just yet.
Last week it was Frank sent out the door and his twist ticket was a one-way trip, but Da’Vonne has card #8 and one theory suggests the “Ocho” travel poster could be suggesting that’s our magic ticket right there. Ready to find out if it’s true?
It was a quiet day in the Big Brother 18 house and a pretty mild night, too, despite it being eviction eve. That might have something to do with no one telling Da’Vonne straight up that she’s going home tonight. But she knows. She always knows. I think she just knows she can’t make a fuss about it or things could get worse.
Big Brother 18 Live Feed Highlights – Wednesday, August 3, 2016:
Big Brother 18 finally decided to show the at-home viewers a bit of who Paulie is and what’s going on with him and Zakiyah. We also got to see just how much Paulie is running the house when Paul turned on one of his closest allies.
Oh, and don’t miss the part of this post where I mute the TV and recap the veto competition so I don’t have to hear Nicole speak. It’s some of my finest work to date.
The episode picks up on Day 45 right after Paul nominated Bridgette and Paulie for eviction. Paul lets us know that Bridgette is his target and Paulie is his pawn. Paulie wants to win veto, pull himself off so that Paul can throw Da’Vonne up there, Paul explains. Paul says if at the end of the week the house wants Day out, so be it.
After word continued to spread on Tuesday about the early arriving fall edition of Big Brother Over The Top there remained a big question as to whether or not we should expect Julie Chen’s company. Now we know.
There remains little hope for Da’Vonne Rogers to escape this week of Big Brother 18 without being evicted, but as she’s continued to try and discover the poorly hidden plans against her, Da’Vonne’s former allies are doing their best to hide the truth.
Since yesterday afternoon the flags have been going up for Da’Vonne but it’s almost been as if she was keeping herself from accepting the obvious reality in front of her. But at this point, even if someone will admit the truth her fate looks to be sealed.
