Big Brother 15 Twist: Julie Confirms Evicted HG Returning To The Game

| August 16, 2013 at 3:34 PM EDT

Julie Chen - Big Brother 15 episode 22

Last week host Julie Chen revealed a twist was heading our way that would keep the Big Brother 15 Jury members in the game. She then also cryptically told the evicted HGs that it was a long summer and that this was “goodbye for now.” None of them seemed to take notice, but we sure did!

Based on Julie’s comments I detailed out why I thought a HG was returning to the game and last night our suspicions were confirmed. Some thought the Jury might be involved in eviction votes or nominations somehow, but nope, we knew better and that’s why you visit us for BB info!

At the end of last night’s live show Julie announced “for the first time in Big Brother history, a Juror will return to the game. Candice, Judd, Jessie, and the HG evicted next week will compete to see who gets a second shot at the half-million dollars.”

McCrae has been suspicious that something like this could happen and has even advocated evicting Elissa in case it’s America’s Vote as he suspects she’d be the one voted back in. According to Julie it won’t be a vote and will instead be a live competition on next Thursday’s show. Branden gave a few joke ideas for the competition:

So what do you think of having an evicted HG come back? Does that negatively impact the game or give someone an unfair advantage? Vote in our poll below and share your thoughts on which evicted HG you’d like to see return to the game.

Big Brother 15: Stress Overloads Amanda As She Seeks Refuge With The Refuse

| August 16, 2013 at 12:11 PM EDT

Amanda gets stressed out

Big Brother is a great big pressure cooker and eventually most everyone feels the heat. Last night after the live show ended Amanda cracked from all that stress.

When the Feeds returned we immediately found Amanda tearing up and explaining her loss to McCrae. The obvious was confirmed. McCrae threw his round to Amanda and Amanda repeatedly instructed Aaryn to throw the last round to her. Aaryn later admitted she waited and waited for Amanda to ring in since the answer was clear, but when it seemed she wouldn’t hit her buzzer Aaryn went ahead, hit it, and won.

Amanda said she was nervous and her brain doesn’t work well under pressure. McCrae was frustrated, but was still going very easy on her about it. When he declared he wouldn’t throw another competition again Amanda got really upset.

Flashback to 7:05PM BBT 8/15 on your Live Feeds and you’ll find Amanda jumping up from the Lounge couch and pouting to McCrae about how he’s “stuck” with her and she “sucks.” She then immediately heads to the Storage room where she sits down in the corner and drags the trash bin in front of her to hide and cry.

Amanda stays there in the corner hiding for at least a solid eight minutes before the cameras give up and move back to the rest of the house. When she does emerge Amanda continues to complain about her competition performance. She tells Aaryn that she’s mad that she has to see Aaryn’s pictures again instead of her own.

Amanda predicts she’ll leave the game having never won anything. Aaryn jokes that next week she (Aaryn) can’t compete in the HoH comp so maybe she’ll win that one. The joke doesn’t go over so well.

But whether Amanda won or not, she quickly recovers and gets back to what she does best, controlling the other HGs and the upcoming nominations.

Do you think think Amanda has what it takes to win a competition this season?

‘Big Brother 15’ Nomination Anticipation – Aaryn Calling The Shots Again In Week 8

Another week, another Head of Household for Aaryn. Making this her fourth HoH win and fifth comp win of the season. All of Aaryn’s issues aside, it’s an impressive record but that’s about as much praise as that BB15 HG is going to manage out of me.

Now that she’s back in the penthouse Aaryn will once again be setting the tone of the week with her nominations. Two HGs will be sent to the chopping block with nothing but a Veto and a vote in between them and Jury. Following a night of watching the Live Feeds we know who is going up on the block and which HG is this week’s real target.

Big Brother Episode 22 Recap: A New HOH Is Crowned And Julie Makes A Big Announcement

| August 15, 2013 at 11:05 PM EDT

Thursday night’s episode of Big Brother 15 might not have had any shocking moments, but Julie did drop a bombshell on us. Of course we’ve already speculated this, but Julie confirmed that next week, Candice, Judd, now Jessie and the person evicted next week will compete for a chance to return to the game.

Yes, I just revealed Jessie was evicted tonight. But we all saw that coming a mile away. Right? Right.

The episode picks up right after Andy chose not to use the Power of Veto, leaving Jessie and Spencer on the block. Andy reminds us, via Diary Room, that Jessie is the target this week, but she’s still in the dark about that.

Jessie checks in with everyone to make sure she’s still the pawn. Everyone tells her yes. But Jessie is getting pretty nervous that Andy is lying to her. And she gets even more paranoid because Helen and Elissa are acting odd around her. So she has reason to believe that she’s not really the pawn, but the target.

So Jessie again checks with Jessie to make sure she should be prepared for something. He maintains the lie and goes to tell Helen and Elissa to get better “poker faces” before she finds out what’s going on.

Julie has also just confirmed what we told you last week, yes, a Jury member is being prep’d to return to the BB15 house! Who would you want to return to the game?

Big Brother 15 Week 7 Live Eviction voting:

  • Amanda: evict Jessie
  • McCrae: evict Jessie
  • Aaryn: evict Jessie
  • Helen: evict Jessie
  • That’s enough votes. Jessie is evicted.
  • Elissa: evict Jessie
  • GinaMarie: evict Jessie

By a vote of 6-0, Jessie has been evicted from Big Brother.

Out front Julie interviews Jessie and again gives the hints about “goodbye for now” and then “there’s still a lot of summer left.” So when do we find out about a HG returning to the game? We want details!

The next HoH competition is a knock-out style. They have to beat their opponent to the correct answer and then pick the next couple to face off.
