The veto ceremony came and went in the Big Brother 17 house and everything went as expected and there were no fireworks to follow. And if the rest of the week goes as it has been going, we won’t be surprised at the person going home.
But it’s still early and maybe there’s a chance the target will shift from Meg to Julia before then. It definitely makes more sense to break up a trio, but this season’s players haven’t made the most logical moves.
Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, August 31, 2015:
Unlike the build up to last week’s Veto Ceremony for Big Brother 17 there wasn’t any shouting or anger, but we did have some tears as this week’s nominees learned of their fate.
Overnight Meg worked on Vanessa to offer up a deal that was echoed by James this morning, but after a night of resting on it the verdict did not come back in their favor.
Who is your favorite Houseguest this week on Big Brother 17? We’ve opened a new poll plus are taking a look at the rise and fall of the HGs from last week’s numbers.
The top three HGs have stayed steady in their positions, but either we got an influx of new Vanessa fans or she’s making a lot of converts as she tripled her votes this week and nearly overtook James from the second position.
Later today in the Big Brother 17 house the remaining eight Houseguests will settle in for the Power of Veto Ceremony where the winner will have to make a choice and force Vanessa, the current HoH, to make one of her own.
We’ve been listening to discussions since this weekend when the Power of Veto was won and we knew it was obviously going to be used. The big question then became: who will be going up on the Block as the renom.
It was a mild Sunday in the Big Brother 17 house, but that’s to be expected when any one of Austin or his Angels are Head of Household.
Meg and James spent the day trying to figure out how to convince Vanessa that Meg shouldn’t go anywhere this week, but they’re mostly coming up short.
Big Brother 17 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, August 30, 2015:
After weeks and weeks of of the same alliances working together, Vanessa decided to redrawn the lines and flip the Big Brother 17 house upside down. Translation: nothing is really going to change because Vanessa still doesn’t realize she’s letting a showmance and a set of twins stick around a little too long.
The episode starts off at the beginning of the Head of Household competition, and since this group of players aren’t great at physical competitions, we get to see about all of this play out because it lasted all of 15 minutes.
