The Big Brother Rewind twist may open up some interesting scenarios after we already saw the first run at the week. Now with the house hopping up and down to get out Frankie they may have another chance as things move back to “go!”
If there was no Rewind this week then Victoria would be the one walking out the door, but she’s lucked in to a second shot at survival. More importantly for the guys battling their pink-frosted competitor for a share of the wins, they’ve lucked in to another shot at Frankie.
This week’s Power of Veto comp is about to be rewound thanks to the latest twist to hit Big Brother. With all the week’s events being nullified we came close to seeing some hidden motives reveal to the House.
Viewers know the entire week’s efforts by HGs won’t matter for official results, but any of their actions could linger in their minds when it comes to the final steps of the season. Like watching another HG’s private DR sessions this twist could have given a sneak peek of looming betrayals.
The Veto competition on Saturday was decided by just 23 seconds and while the second place player in that comp regrets those results, I think he should be very grateful.
This week won’t matter when Wednesday night hits and everything rewinds, but what if it didn’t? And what if the House decided to finally make that mythical “big move” that’s eluded this entire season?
Two votes are all that remain for the Final Five Houseguests. The HoH and two nominees won’t be voting either this week or in the Rewind portion of its conclusion, no matter how the mix plays out.
Since the HGs don’t know for certain they won’t be voting on this particular combination of events that means they’re still preparing to cast votes and have a plan.
The Big Brother 16 Houseguests have pressed the mysterious button that arrived in their home and the clock has been counting down ever since. So what happens next? They’re not sure, but that isn’t stopping them from speculating on all the possibilities.
As soon as the HGs saw the button flash up on the Memory Wall screens they began speculating on what this could mean for the game. Gotta love all of Caleb’s wild fantasies about the treasures it would bring them. You can tell he isn’t terrible familiar with Big Brother’s history of “surprises.”
Eventually the HGs all decided to push it together just as they’ve done everything together even though Derrick warned them this could be bad. As it turns out this could hurt Frankie the most, he just doesn’t know it yet. Or maybe he does.
While Derrick told Frankie that same night he was worried the button would result in Frankie being dethroned it’s still just a guess for them. All they know at this point for sure is the clock will hit zero at 5:35PM BBT on Wednesday. That will be right in the middle of the new schedule’s live eviction show.
Since the Veto Ceremony arrived a day early the HGs have come to the understanding that there will most likely be a live show Wednesday night, but the rest of their guessing has been entertaining.
Sunday had a surprise in it for the Houseguests after staying up all night in search of a fictional rodent. Instead of the usual routine of Veto Ceremonies on Monday the HGs held this week’s meeting on Sunday. Even more unusual was how the Ceremony was held live on the Feeds for everyone to watch. I can’t remember having seen that before!
Find out what else happened on the Big Brother Feeds in the house yesterday.
Big Brother 16 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, September 7, 2014:
The Big Brother 16 house guests had a surprise visit from Jeff and Jordan and helped them celebrate after Jeff popped the question. Oh, and the HGs hit the button that will rewind the game this week. Did someone tell Jeff the rewind doesn’t cancel out his proposal?
The episode picked up right after Christine was evicted and the house guests heard all the boos. They immediately decide they all hated Christine all along, basically. It’s pretty hilarious. Luckily, we don’t get to hear many of their delusions because the rewind button pops up on the screen. They don’t know what it means, but they start speculating right away.
Then they go to search for it. They go into the Have-Not room and there it is, along with a TV screen that says “The Choice is Yours.” Right now they can’t even get the glass box open. So more speculating. Frankie says he doesn’t think it would be a good result. And Derrick is afraid it will mess up his flawless game. Caleb is the only one who thinks it might be something good.
They start talking about Christine’s boos again. Frankie decides it has to be that America wasn’t OK with how close Christine, as a married woman, was with Cody. Frankie and Caleb think Christine really had something for him. But they all tell Cody they know he just wanted to be her friend.
