As the night rolled in the deal making continued but Jason wasn’t interested in doing anything more than setting up the Smashers with a fake arrangement and seeing if they’d fall for it. Spoiler alert: they do. Read on to see how it went down.
5:44 PM BBT – Danielle talking about the BS saying she needs to get Whitney out this week because Kryssie and Justin are more loyal to her and this is her chance to squash that.
5:46 PM BBT – Morgan still talking about how Jason needs to take their deal. Talk turns to Whitney turning on them. They say her word doesn’t mean anything.
7:15 PM BBT – After the daily recap, the feeds cut back into the HOH room and Morgan, Alex and Shelby are hyped up over a talk we missed with them and Jason. Shelby says “I never saw that coming. Are the Ball Smashers really going to survive this week?” she asks. Alex says if it’s “Justin, me and Whitney up …” So they think Jason is going to take Danielle off the block and nominate Justin. Shelby asks how ironic it would be if one of her targets end up going home anyway.
7:16 PM BBT – Meanwhile, Justin is telling his alliance about what he talked to the BS about. He tells them he told the girls they should take out Justin this week and that they all said they could deal with Whitney in the following eviction. Jason says he must be a good actor because they bought everything he said. Danielle and Kryssie cheer Jason on for getting their hopes up.
7:17 PM BBT – Alex says it sounds like Jason doesn’t care about sides anymore and is playing the game. Shelby and Morgan say at this point they kind of want to go after Whitney. They hope Justin and Whitney both go in the Double Eviction. They say when those two go, that leaves one of the next two Care Packages for Morgan and Danielle.
7:18 PM BBT – Jason says he hopes they’re upstairs talking about how Jason is lying because then they’d be better at the game than he’s given them credit for. Whitney says she has a feeling that they’re not. Jason asks if she thinks they’re up there dancing and cheering.
7:20 PM BBT – Danielle and Jason are talking about how they can’t believe their plan has worked out so well this week. They also laugh that the BS think they’re willing to ditch their alliance for them.
7:30 PM BBT – BS are still hopeful. Morgan says there’s a BB god looking out for them right now. Alex says it’s too good to be true so she’s having trouble believing it’ll happen.
8:50 PM BBT – Danielle says she wants to win HOH so she can eat. Jason say she needs to win HOH so another one of the girls can go.
9:16 PM BBT – BS discussing Whitney again and how she’s not even pretending she wants to hang out with them anymore.
9:38 PM BBT – Justin tells Whitney that he is more loyal to her than Danielle. He says his loyalties are with her, Jason and Kryssie.
9:44 PM BBT – Jason tells the others he and Danielle might go make a fake alliance with the girls just to come up with an alliance name. He said he doesn’t feel bad about lying to them because they’ve been lying all season.
9:57 PM BBT – HGs wonder what Julie meant about “expect the unexpected” this week. Danielle wonders if it means someone is coming back.
10:03 PM BBT – Jamboree and Whitney are hanging out outside, talking and laughing. BS are silent in the HOH room.
10:40 PM BBT – Alex, Morgan, and Shelby say they’re now just the three of them working together. They’ve named themselves the “Non Threats.”
10:55 PM BBT – Jason and Danielle are meeting with Alex, Morgan, and Shelby. Jason and Danielle are faking this. The talk is to send Justin home then target Whitney in the second half of the Double Eviction.
11:00 PM BBT – Jason (still playing along) says how mad Justin will be with him for turning on him but he’ll make the decision and do it.
11:05 PM BBT – Danielle went back downstairs and told the rest of the group that it worked and the girls believe them. Upstairs Jason is getting promises that they’ll protect him if Kryssie tries for revenge.
11:10 PM BBT – Alex, Morgan, and Shelby are now alone and celebrating that it looks like they’ll survive and make it to F5.
11:25 PM BBT – NT continues to prematurely celebrate their success while questioning why it was so easy to accomplish. Morgan says she loves how the game can change so fast. Alex says she feels bad for bashing Danielle for the past month now that they’re working together.
11:45 PM BBT – Alex questions the deal and suspects it’s too good to be true. Shelby points out they didn’t even have to try and debate the offer.
12:10 AM BBT – Shelby and Alex alone in the HoH room still talking about the deal and how they need to play it cool until it’s happening. Shelby says they’ll be smashing the “last pair of straight balls” this week (Justin). Alex wonders about her mom going from expecting her to leave this week to now being safe.
1:00 AM BBT – Shelby and Alex still upstairs while LNJ hangs out downstairs. Alex and Shelby discussing Neeley and worrying about what she might have been saying about them in the DRs.
1:15 AM BBT – Alex calls it a night and calls out “Team Blindside!” before heading on downstairs. LNJ has been getting ready and heading to bed as well.
1:30 AM BBT – Lights are out and the HGs are asleep for the night.

I’m actually loving this. These girls are so naive. Alex should know better since she has watched all of the seasons. I think Alex’s mom is at home wondering which one of her two girls is leaving this week since she knows what is really going on. I think Danielle is the one helping Jason play this game, he wouldn’t be able to strategize on his own. I actually want either of the BS girls to stay to the end over Kryssie and Danielle.
Really Samsara? I am not loving this ugly mean side of Jason at all! I understand in the BB house that lying is accepted. HG lie to further their game all the time, but this lie does not further Jason’s game. It is a malicious lie made with one goal in mind and that is to humiliate the BS girls. It would be like if James, Michelle and Natalie had come to Victor on his second eviction and told him they were *definitely* going to keep him over Corey just to watch him get happy and excited. That would have infuriated me…just as this (unneeded) deal is bothering me. Alex knows she’s in a super bad place. Jason holds all the cards. He did not need to make any deals to prove this, he just had to sit back and say he was thinking about making a deal with Alex, but in the end he didn’t feel it was good for his game. That would have been a legitimate BB game move.
This making up deals just to be mean…? Not liking it at all.
I don’t find this particular lie to have been necessary, but for the girls to fall for anything, especially when is being said by someone from the other side it’s ridiculous.
I agree they should have been more suspicious, but they are desperate and desperation breeds hope over logic. There was just NO reason for Jason to do that. It just makes no sense and it did not further his game at all, in fact, imo I think it actually hurt it.

I watch the show for entertainment purposes since I’m not 100% whether it’s rigged or that the producers choose favorites and help them out. Alex should know that trusting people in this game is a huge mistake.
I haven’t been keeping up since last week’s eviction as I was waiting to get the full episode to be up and about in the places where I tend to watch OTT.
With that said, I’ve since caught myself up on what happens and I’m liking what I’m seeing.
I don’t think regular BB could be this entertaining with a lot of scheming, backstabbing and gameplay filling the days and nights as much as BBOTT. :)
I guess I don’t get the point of Jason & Danielle lying to the girls. They’ll find out today at the veto ceremony, and it’ll just make them like Jason & Danielle less.
And it’s turning the fans against them. It’s like LNJ have forgotten that America exists.
I have a feeling this isn’t going to go down well at the veto ceremony when the girls realize everything they’d agreed upon was a complete and utter lie. Sad to see how gullible the girls really are and I have to admit Jason and Danielle played them well but maybe not towards their advantage since after the ceremony they’ll have an even bigger target on their backs and the girls will know that they can never again trust them.
Its sad. They are gullible because they have no other option, they have no choice but to dream. I hate what Americas vote has done to this game, it has (for a reason unknown to me) helped the 3 most vile creatures to ever play this game steamroll to the end. The only hope is that Shelby somehow sneaks into a final 3 otherwise the season is a loss and one of those horrible hateful creatures will be rewarded with 250k. Unfortunately good people dont have a great track record on this show. So sad
It’s just mean behavior Coco… There is no reason to make a deal like that. The only goal Jason & Danielle have is to humiliate the BS girls. Why do that? You know what I mean? All that does is scream how petty and mean D&J are as well as tell Morgan & Shelby they are utter liars and not to be trusted AT ALL! This was a stupid stunt that I truly believe is going to come back to bite them both (Dani & Jas) in the a$$!!!!
Jason and Dani do understand that the audience votes here, don’t they? Not only have they just insured that the girls will be gunning for them, but they’re going to tick off a good portion of the viewers. I’m not sure why they think this is a winning strategy.

Right? No one likes bullies and making this deal with the ONLY goal in mind is to hurt & humiliate the BS is rude, obnoxious, petty and a stupid! I loved Jason on BB17 and I was rooting for him for most of BBOTT, but the more I watch, the more his behavior becomes unbearable… This stunt has really made me see him as a mean and petty person. It’s too bad too coz I would’ve voted for him to win it all at one point. Now… not so much.
I am wondering if this is a re-wind week. Expect the unexpected.

What’s the point of deceiving the girls? It’s just more meanness. It doesn’t serve them any advantage whatsoever. Alex realizes it’s all a hoax but doesn’t want to admit it…because there’s nothing else she can do? It just all seems so dumb.
Thoughts:
– Seems PBS is over considering Whitney flipped to the other side.
– The Willett sisters need to buckle down and focus on the future. They need to figure out their motives and that Dani and Jason aren’t to be trusted.
– Dani and Jason are getting more unlikable. It’s funny how Jason claims to hate Frankie yet he’s acting just like him. Shame because he was atleast nice in Season 17.
– Say what you want about this season, but I really like the strategizing going on. That’s how a game of Big Brother should work.
– Hard to know who will be the clear pick to win once Alex goes because she played a pretty good game.
I could not have said it better! Breaking your word in BB is never a good thing, so Jason & Danielle making a deal that in no way favors them simply to hurt and humiliate the BS is stupid and petty! I really liked Jason when BBOTT started, but the more I watch, the more disgusted I am with his behavior. Potty mouth aside, I hate bullies and that is what the LNJ are becoming!! I am rooting for Shelbs to take it all!!!!
I posted in week 2 that Shelby could win the whole thing and feeders trolled me with insults. But I think she can do it.
I’ve liked Shelby since day one too. Jason was actually my favorite throughout most of this game, and yes, I know he has a potty mouth that sometimes makes me cringe, but I still found him entertaining. However, I did not find this deliberate act of meanness entertaining at all. I am voting Morgan for the ACP so she can save herself and I just hope Shelbs survives too.
Ummmm are you so easy to forget that these same girls that you are pitying right now are the same girls that made the same deal with kryssie and went back on it or how they just abandoned cornbread week oneor the fact that now that the girls are “working” with Danielle they can all of a sudden stand the sight and existence of her. I’m in no way saying they’re right for stringing them along this much or that hard but don’t pretend like the girls are any better or should be pitied when they’ve done the same.
I know they have broken their word…I have called Alex out for it several times, but that is not my point. Lying in the game is a fact of BB game play. I don’t like it, but a lot of players do it. However, in this instance, Jason did not lie to save himself or further his game… making a fake alliance for no reason but to humiliate someone is not the same as lying to protect yourself or an alliance member. That was the point I was making.
I honestly don’t see how Dani thinks getting all the ball smashers is a good idea to be in finals with all alliance members. Dani vs Whitney I’m giving to Whitney, I can’t stand Dani she keeps saying she’s doing bb for her child, if she took as much time to work on relations vs talking constantly about herself she wouldn’t just win the game she would have a great career and life. Sleezing up with the guys and trying to be miss materialistic while teaching her child all the things NEVER to do is really getting old. I wish there was a counter for all the times she says “I”, this game is almost over and I feel I have never seen Krissy play or fight to play, I too hate the thought of her at the end but as long as she goes home with dirty laundry and 0.00$ then I think it’s a great strategy but her serpent tongue seems to mesmerize the jamboree and I don’t want her thinking America loves her even if she pulls a win in the 11th hour. I sure hope morgen gets her head straight, she will need to actually strategize without Alex. I decided that I now don’t even want Jason, krissy, or Dani, or Whitney in the finals, does Dani really think she will be top 3 over Whitney? Seems like everyone is delusional right now….let the backstabbing begin!
There is a bit of a silver lining here. Alex going out with such a high popularity rating on Jokers almost insures that we will see her on the REAL Big Brother.
I hope so! I think Alex has real potential to be a BB super star! I really wanted her & Jason to work together, but it was not to be. I would LOVE to see her on the syndicated version of BB.

Don’t know why some people continue to think that Alex has ANY game. She hid behind Scott, has her ride or die sister in the house, orchestrates nothing, and begs like crazy. Alex is no Dan or Derek. Heck she’s not even NICOLE! At least Nicole would slither around dropping names and planting a seed of deceit once in a while between all the groups. Alex is so stuck up she can’t even manage to mingle. What has she ACTUALLY done that warrants super star or any praise?? The answer I always see is “at least she’s playing the game”. That’s the most basic lame response. If you’re in the house, you’re technically “playing the game” whether your belching, bitching, begging, or just hanging out. What specifically has Alex done that makes her praise worthy?
If you’d been watching the feeds, you’d know. No point in explaining it when it’s on camera in full color.

Look, I will give you this. The main reason I like Alex? Yeah, she’s the best female player we’ve had in a while (and anyone who does see it, I think, just hasn’t been watching her on the feeds and has been spending too much time watching LNJ), but the core reason I wanted her to win? Because Alex and I are practically the SAME. We share a lot of the same likes. HP, Pokemon, heck, even our taste in food is similar! She’s more athletic than I am, but I have a physical disability that prevents me from being so. And our personalities seem to be a match, too. Of course that attracts me! Wouldn’t it attract you?
