Welcome back to Power of Veto Day in the Big Brother house as this week’s new Head of Household set her nominations on Friday and the HGs prepared for battle on Saturday. It’s time to get to those spoilers and find out who won the Veto!
Chelsie wavered a good bit on who to put on the Block and to her credit it’s just that much more difficult when you have to name three people instead of just two. With her real target set on the Glitter Mogul Lisa there was some uncertainty on using all pawns or just going right for the goal. Chelsie talked with Cedric and Cam who were both considered for the pawn role (terrible idea!) before she went back to just going ahead and getting Lisa on the Block. This turned out to be an easily justifiable move when you nom two of the previous week’s noms and then the previous HOH. Doesn’t get much more textbook than that for covering your real plans.
Our players today included Chelsie as the HOH plus her three Noms: Angela, Kenney, and Lisa. Drawn to play alongside the first four: Brooklyn and Joseph. That sets us up with our six competitors.
Big Brother 26 Spoilers: Week 2 Veto Competition Results:
- Kenney won the Power of Veto!
Heading into the competition, Chelsie told Angela that she (A) should be fighting hard to win because Chelsie was planning to throw it. Not surprised that Kenney won and hopefully that means he has turned the corner on wanting to give up on his game. Yep, Kenney just confirmed to Leah that he’s using it and not going home this week, so that’s good.
That leaves Angela and Lisa on the Block and another week of the Veto being used with a renom on the way to the couch. Who will it be? Time for another pawn! Chelsie hasn’t relented on her preference to see Lisa out the door so that’s still a possibility but don’t forget about the BBAI Arena. I guess that’s a pretty nice little twist to keep these things from being a foregone conclusion already on Saturdays.
Who do you want to see go up as the pawn?
