For weeks, Chelsie and Leah have been enemies in the Big Brother 26 game. Both knew they should go after the other, but neither made the move during their perspective Head of Household reigns. Instead, they each lost allies. Many factors went against this action, but mainly, both believed they didn’t have the votes to evict the other. Makensy’s Head of Household reign allowed Chelsie to make the move she wanted for weeks: take out Leah.
Leah didn’t take her nomination well. She spent hours isolating before finally engaging in a full conversation. Her first major one included a discussion with Makensy to clear up some things. The conversation starts with Makensy and Leah discussing why Makensy makes such a dramatic move against an ally. Makensy lists a few reasons, including Chelsie not being able to trust Leah, Rubina and Kimo giving them info confirming they can’t trust Leah, and a discussion on whether Leah said Matt and her had more chemistry than Makensy and him (yes this is very irrelevant but somehow became important.)
Leah focused on the idea of Rubina’s questionable trustworthiness (yes, the person she just nominated next to her best friend) because, according to Leah, she manipulated things she said to turn people against her. Eventually, Chelsie, Leah, and Makensy had a long conversation in the wee hours of the night to discuss Makensy’s big blindside. Makensy was more just there as an observer. The real conversation happened between Leah and Chelsie.
The main takeaway was that she needed to repair some things with Chelsie to secure her vote maybe this week. Many of the points brought up in the Makensy and Leah conversation are restated. However, Chelsie makes sure to cast the blame on Leah for this action.
Leah should have been better at communication, Leah should have told her when she was worried about Chelsie. She heard Leah say something that made her question her. Chelsie and Leah went on for hours talking in circles. The key from this conversation is that Chelsie can’t trust Leah but Leah believes her Jankie World actions should prove she can be trusted.
Clearly, to Live Feed watchers, Chelsie wants Leah gone this week. Therefore, she is looking for excuses to justify this even if she doesn’t have solid supporting evidence. Leah wants to stay and thinks Chelsie is the key to making this happen. The conversation was for both of them to argue their points.
At one point, Leah asks Chelsie if she thinks they can repair their game relationship. Chelsie says yes but needs to have more conversations. The conversation went on too late for me to hear any resolution, but this likely won’t save Leah this week from eviction, but she still has three more days of fighting.
