The punches just keep on coming for the Big Brother 26 season after viewers lost their seemingly leading fan favorite and now another big source of entertainment for Team Fun Feeds is in an increasingly dangerous place. Yes, ol’ “CRAZY EYES!” herself is taking over as the new HOH’s top target for Week 7.
Back on Thursday night we first heard from Quinn that he was going after Rubina since he had backstabbed her several times already, but that interest has been replaced. Instead, during another camtalk session on Friday night Quinn updated viewers that Angela had now earned his top spot of interest.
Speaking alone, Quinn explained he had decided to go after Angela this week because he realized she was taking the seat he wanted for himself at the F2. Sure, Quinn could be as disliked from a game perspective as Angela by the other HGs to the point that they wouldn’t vote for him in F2 as they’d feel about Angela too, but I disagree that he’d be seen as the same sort of sacrificial goat to drag along to the end as the twerking queen herself.
Now if Angela manages to pull off a Veto win this week then Quinn’s backup plan is to target Rubina. But let’s say Angela remains on the Block heading into Thursday night. Would she be the one to go? A Kimo or Rubina pairing may be tempting to the other side as they’d be able to continue chipping away at Tucker’s former allies while Angela could remain as a solo player. I’m not sure Quinn has the sway he believes he holds to control this vote.
Much like Joseph’s mistaken beliefs, Quinn seems to see himself as a leader among the HGs but it’s much more likely he’s more disposable than he expects. He won’t have to worry about that this week though with his HOH safety. Now if we could just do something about his shouting sessions in the Diary Room…
