We have officially kicked off Week 3 of Big Brother 26 with a new houseguest in power. There are some clear targets among the Big Brother houseguests, but there is still a need for a pawn this week which has proven to be a difficult decision for this week’s Head of Household. After holding all their one-on-ones Thursday night, they were still undecided on who the pawn should be but had narrowed it down to a few people. Read on to find out which houseguests on Big Brother could find themselves on the block for Week 3!
If you have caught up on the spoilers from Thursday night, then you know that Cedric won the Head of Household competition. Cedric has decided that Angela is his target this week and even got her blessing to put her on the block. Thursday night on the Big Brother live feeds, Angela told Cedric that she knows that she is the house target and that if it makes his HOH easier, he can put her on the block. She added that she didn’t want to be the one to go home, but she knew the position that he was in this week.
Cedric also had a chat with Kenney last night and the first thing that he said to Cedric was that he wanted to go on the block this week and he wanted to go home. He even went as far as sharing with Cedric that he was a former DEA agent and local police officer. Cedric shared his secret of being a former intelligence analyst with the Marine Corps in this conversation as well.
While Cedric had two nominees for Week 3 fall into his lap, he is still struggling to figure out who to put up as a pawn. He has been tossing around the idea of Rubina, but he is worried that he will upset some of the members of The Collective if he does. Then he thought about putting Leah up, but he didn’t want Makensy to use her power to take Leah down and then have both of them coming after him next week. He also doesn’t want to flush Makensy’s power yet because she promised him that if she isn’t on the block next week and he is, she will use it to save him.
Friday morning, Tucker told Cedric that if putting up Makensy comes back to bite him next week, Tucker will go up as a pawn this week if someone else comes down. The problem with this scenario is that Cedric won’t pick the renom if Makensy uses her power, America will. Talks turned to Tucker telling him to put him up as a pawn and that if he wins the Veto, he won’t use it so that Cedric doesn’t have to put up a renom.
T’Kor and Chelsie also think that Makensy having a power is more of a reason to put her up, not less of one. Kenney has also mentioned that he won’t use the Veto this week if he wins it which indicates that he has truly checked out of the game.
At this point, it isn’t clear who Cedric plans to put up next to Kenney and Angela, but he has a lot of options and it seems as though The Collective is going to push hard for Makensy to go up. I think we could expect to see either Makensy or Tucker go up as pawns this week. Make sure you come back for spoilers about who Cedric puts up at the Nomination Ceremony for Week 3 of Big Brother!
