Big Brother 26 Episode 29 Recap: A Jankie World Role Reversal

In Big Brother 26 Jankie World, it’s Angela who wins vetos and saves other people from the chopping block.

Wednesday night’s episode might have been packed with filler content and more foreshadowing that you can shake a stick at, but in the end Angela was able to play a little role reversal and be the one putting the veto necklace around someone’s neck.

The episode picks up after Leah nominated Kimo and Rubina for eviction. She lets us know that her goal this week is to one way or another break up that trio. And then the filler starts.

After a Leah chubby chaser segment we get an Angela annoyed T’Kor hasn’t been on the block segment. Which leads to T’Kor admitting to Rubina that she can’t even stand to hear Angela speak anymore. And T’Kor knows that she is an option for a replacement nominee option this week. Foreshadowing has begun.

It’s time to pick players for the veto competition. Joining Leah, Kimo and Rubina are Angela, Chelsie and T’Kor. And no one in the trio is happy T’Kor was picked because they know if she wins someone like Makensy, Chelsie or Cam would have to go on the block.

So let’s see if they have anything to worry about. For this veto competition, the players have to complete a puzle and there are two vetos up for grabs – a real veto for the winner and a “Jankie” veto for the second place finisher.

And Angela wins the regular veto. The Jankie veto is still up for grabs. And Leah finishes her puzzle next and claims the Jankie veto.

What is the Jankie veto? It is just like a real veto but only if you can win a Jankie competition at the start of the veto ceremony.

And Angela gives Kimo a hint that she’s going to use the veto on him. He’s skeptical because she voted for him to go home twice. But he thinks she is actually being legitimate. Kimo is only conerned about T’Kor going up in his place.

Leah and Angela have a lot of power this week. Angela wants to use the veto on Kimo, which means Leah would have to nominate T’Kor or Chelsie – because she made a deal with Cam and she’s been close with Makensy all season. Or T’Kor and Chelsie could both go up if Angela uses her veto and Leah plays the Jankie game and can activate her Jankie veto. She says that’s an option.

Let’s get to the veto meeting and find out. Leah has to play a game of knock em down to activate her veto. She has to knock down at least five bottles in three shots. And she fails. The Jankie veto was not activated.

But Angela can use her veto. And does. She pulls Kimo off the block. And Leah decides she has to stick to her original plan and names T’Kor as a replacement nominee.
