Big Brother 25 Player Rankings Week 2

Week 2 is winding down in the Big Brother 25 house so it’s time to have another look at how the houseguests are performing.  Every week this season I’ll be grading each houseguest based on their gameplay, social skills and comp prowess. This week I’ll still be looking more at the social aspect since that’s the most important part of the game right at the beginning. These scores will result in a final ranking of each houseguest. And I’ll go in order of best to worst. So let’s get to it.

Big Brother 25 Houseguest Report Card: Week 2

Mecole, 94/100 — Mecole is head of the class this week with a score of 94. The reason why she edges out the others is because she seems to be the only person thinking logically. Or at least the person thinking most logically most of the time. Some of the houseguests have their moments, but Mecole seems pretty grounded. Mecole was never sold on this whole keep Reilly and blindside a strong ally (Hisam) and I appreciated that. Last week: 79/100

Cirie, 92/100 — Cirie drops a bit this week because of her plan to flip the vote and keep Reilly this week, thus making an enemy with Hisam and allowing a strong group to remain in the house. It just didn’t make a lot of sense. I’m sure it would work out fine because Cirie is very skilled at smoothing things over, but it just seemed like an unnecessary risk. But she’s still killing the social game, so she will be fine. Last week: 99/100

Felicia, 90/100 — Felicia is not only playing a great social game, but she really sees what’s going on around her. She is following a bit too closely to what Cirie says, but if you’re going to follow someone, Cirie isn’t a bad choice. Last week: 90/100

Jared, 88/100 — Jared actually made a lot of sense this week over the whole Reilly vs. Cameron debate. I think for split second there, he was almost making more sense than his mom. But regardless, he’s still in a decent spot currently because he’s on solid ground on both sides of the house. Last week: 91/100

Cory, 86/100 — Cory keeps his score from last week because he’s actually playing a pretty smart game so far. He does need to figure out a way to not be so low on everyone’s totem pole, though. Cory could really get far in the game if he made some stronger relationships and deals. Last week: 86/100

Matt, 82/100 — I think most people in the house like Matt, so that’s a testament to his social game. But I can’t score him any higher because he is associated with Reilly and that makes him a possible target if he doesn’t regroup smartly after this week. Last Week: 80/100

America, 82/100 — America has been smart enough to kind of jump ship from the Reilly side of the house, so right now she’s not anyone’s target. And she’s trying to work on other relationships, so she’s not in a terrible position. Last Week: 78/100

Reilly, 80/100 — Even though Reilly is still likely to go home this week, the fact that she has her own little army and the house is still debating on wether or not to flip the vote to keep her, can’t be overlooked. Last week: 90/100

Hisam, 77/100 — I would  love to rank Hisam higher as someone who has won three competitions so far, but he’s playing so poorly that he’s going to be out of the game in the next two weeks. He has his own alliance ready to flip on him. So winning competitions aren’t everything in Big Brother. Last week: 90/100

Jag, 72/100 — I don’t have much of a reason to rank Jag so low other than the fact that he put all of his eggs in Reilly’s basket and will very soon be a target. Last week: 85/100

Blue, 72/100 — A this point, Jag and Blue are the same person in the game. They’re playing exactly the same way and are in the same boat. So it makes sense that they be ranked the same. Lat week: 80/100

Red, 70/100 — Red is making pretty silly moves for someone who was under the radar. He keeps trying to pretty openly work with people and it’s painting a target on his back. He will become a pretty easy target when there’s no one else available. Last week: 75/100

Izzy, 69/100 — Izzy just tries too hard and does too much. There are always those players that are just clearly a person who could never win this show and Izzy is one of them. Last week: 70/100

Bowie, 66/100 — Bowie isn’t playing Big Brother yet. And even though she’s laying super low, she’s been mentioned as an easy target. That’s pretty bad gameplay. To lay low and still be a possible target. It’s actually kind of funny. Last week: 79/100

Cameron, 62/100 — Cameron jumped ship from his alliance the first sign there was a crack and so now no one trusts him on either side. And if the vote does flip this week, he’s out. So it’s kind of hard to not grade him so poorly this week. Last week: 84/100
