Veto Day kept the house busy for Big Brother 24 as one of the Leftovers started to splinter even farther apart while trying to churn up support on the other side to shift the game. But would the HOH and allies fall for the trick? Read on to find out who threw the Veto comp and who the other side proposed as a new target for this week’s eviction.

Big Brother 24 Live Feed Highlights – Saturday, August 6, 2022:
7:45 AM BBT – HGs had their wake-up call and are starting the day.
8:15 AM BBT – Brittany camtalks that she’s having fun but the game is much harder than it looked on TV.
9:20 AM BBT – Players were picked. Turner & Jasmine are added to the mix.
9:35 AM BBT – Indy wanted to play and talks with Monte that they almost had two trios playing for Veto. HGs think it might be the prize & punishment swap comp.
9:55 AM BBT – Daniel laments to himself that he’ll soon be out of the game to join Nicole.
10:10 AM BBT – Kyle tells Brittany he is Alyssa’s closest ally but doesn’t feel they can talk game. Brittany wants to keep Alyssa over Jasmine because she doesn’t think Jasmine would vote for her at the end.
10:15 AM BBT – Kyle worries to Brittany that if Daniel gets voted out this week then Joseph, Monte, and Taylor may side with Indy, Jasmine, and Terrance next. Brittany doesn’t see Indy and Jasmine aligning with Taylor.
10:25 AM BBT – Monte joins Brittany and Kyle. He suggests they could keep Daniel longer as a target. Monte thinks the Besties twist ends this week.
11:05 AM BBT – Kyle is camtalking. He wants Michael/Brittany to win Veto and keep noms as they are so then either Joseph or Monte gets voted out instead. After that he wants to pull in Daniel and align with Michael, Brittany, Alyssa, and Turner. Kyle says he’s trying to protect Alyssa.
11:20 AM BBT – Kyle says he’s so tired because Terrance keeps him up with his snoring.
12:25 PM BBT – Brittany and Michael agree that Monte and Joseph are still working with them. They like the idea of saving them with the Veto to help build trust.
1:00 PM BBT – Brittany suggests the eviction order of Daniel, Jasmine, Indy, and then Alyssa. They suspect Jasmine is pretending to still be hurt and could be more dangerous down the line. They don’t think Taylor will go against them, despite what Kyle suggests.
1:15 PM BBT – Kyle has joined them and discussing if Monte can be trusted. He thinks Monte and Joseph have a F2. Michael says he expects they do. Michael says Monte has been very open to them and he can still be trusted. Brittany agrees and says she trusts Daniel over Monte.
1:25 PM BBT – Michael points out that Daniel isn’t even making pitches to them and says he’s not winning the game so he might do rash things later if he doesn’t fear he has anything to lose.
1:35 PM BBT – Kyle pushing for targeting Jasmine before Daniel. Brittany disagrees and still puts Daniel first.
2:00 PM BBT – Kyle talks with Alyssa and says he wants to align their games. Alyssa says they need to work with Michael and Brittany.
2:30 PM BBT – HGs chatting about life back home and what they do for fun. General chatter.
2:40 PM BBT – Daniel camtalking. He wants to survive the week, win HOH, and have Nicole return in a battle back. He thinks he can convince Michael not to use the Veto if he (M) wins the PoV comp.
2:50 PM BBT – Jasmine received a new, better walking boot from Big Brother.
2:50 PM BBT – Alyssa points out that Michael hasn’t lost any Veto comp that he’s played.
3:00 PM BBT – Terrance tells Daniel that he has allies in the house and things could change.
3:02 PM BBT – Feeds cut for the Veto comp.
6:35 PM BBT – Feeds are back. HGs are messy and dressed in costumes. OTEV was played.
6:40 PM BBT – HGs taking turns waiting on the shower. The guys discuss that Michael now has five comp wins.
6:45 PM BBT – Michael lets Monte know that Terrance was trying to pitch an idea while he was up there on the OTEV stumps but he couldn’t understand.
6:45 PM BBT – Terrance wants to talk Michael out of using the Veto (which means Terrance would stay on the Block too).
6:55 PM BBT – Brittany cut up her knee enough to need a doctor to see it. (later she got six stitches for it)
7:35 PM BBT – Michael updating Monte and Joseph on what he thinks is happening with the other side. Michael points out it doesn’t make sense to switch sides if the other side is already all set up (as he’d be a latecomer).
7:40 PM BBT – Michael, Monte, and Joseph agree that Terrance is trying to get Michael to come after them. They say to get Daniel out then Terrance will be isolated like Daniel is now.
7:50 PM BBT – Joseph mentions he has seen Alyssa, Daniel, and Terrance talking together. They wonder if Jasmine and Indy aren’t with those three.
8:00 PM BBT – Daniel talks with Kyle and can’t figure out why Michael would be coming for him (D). (He seems to forget the first week.) Kyle coaching Daniel on what to say to Michael. He suggests offering loyalty rather than just one week’s safety. Kyle thinks Daniel should pitch an alliance with Alyssa and Turner. Daniel wants to include Terrance.
8:05 PM BBT – Terrance is telling Taylor that Monte wanted her out earlier in the game.
8:10 PM BBT – Michael tells Brittany how Terrance is trying to get him to not use the Veto. He says Terrance threw the comp so the Veto could not be used. Brittany says Terrance is downstairs talking with Taylor.
8:15 PM BBT – Daniel came up to recite what Kyle told him to tell Michael. Daniel promises perma-safety for Michael from him.
8:20 PM BBT – Michael tells Daniel he hasn’t decided yet what to do with the Veto.
8:25 PM BBT – Daniel says he was never coming after Michael since what happened in the first week.
8:30 PM BBT – Game talk takes a break for dinner.
9:20 PM BBT – Jasmine meeting with Michael and pitching to keep Daniel and target Monte instead. She says Indy, Alyssa, and Daniel, maybe Taylor, would join them in the vote.
9:40 PM BBT – Michael meets again with Brittany to share the updates from his Jasmine talk. They’re confident the other side is aligned now which pushes them even more to want to use the Veto to save Monte and evict Daniel. They like that this should reaffirm for Monte & Joseph that the LOs need to stick together. He also tells her about Daniel saying he’d work with them to go after targets that Michael can’t.
9:55 PM BBT – Terrance is working on Michael & Brittany for the same target-Monte plan. Michael gets Terrance to confirm he specifically means targeting Monte.
10:10 PM BBT – Michael and Brittany let Turner know that Terrance is pitching for Monte to go. Turner is very surprised to hear this.
10:25 PM BBT – Taylor comes upstairs and learns the same news about the other side going after Monte. HGs discuss how Jasmine turns it up for the camera when she thinks it’s watching.
11:00 PM BBT – HOH group speculates Jasmine could be the leader of the other side.
11:15 PM BBT – Joseph comes upstairs to join and is getting the updates now. Joseph understands that Terrance wanted to lose the Veto so the noms could stay with them up there. He says this proves that group is working together. Joseph says this is lucky that they didn’t win the Veto because now it’s revealed so much.
12:05 AM BBT – Alyssa pitching to Michael about targeting Monte and keeping Noms the same. She says Michael can say he didn’t vote out Monte.
12:20 AM BBT – Kyle talking with Michael and pushing that Jasmine is a threat.
12:30 AM BBT – Joseph comes back upstairs and Michael lets him know about Alyssa detailing her reasons to target Monte.
12:40 AM BBT – HGs have the backyard again.
1:10 AM BBT – Taylor updates Monte that HGs have been pushing to keep him on the Block.
1:30 AM BBT – Monte and Taylor both feel good about their LO alliance and how they keep each other updated. Taylor is let down by Terrance. She’d nominate Terrance and Indy.
1:50 AM BBT – Kyle and Daniel do a quick check in and reaffirm that they want to take this chance to get out Monte.
2:10 AM BBT – Kyle updating Monte that the other side is targeting him (M). Kyle acts all shocked to Monte that Terrance flipped on him. Monte says he isn’t offended and Terrance is just trying to survive.
2:50 AM BBT – Turner, Joseph, and Monte meet in the HOH room. They want Daniel out this week and then Alyssa next.
3:05 AM BBT – HOH group is disappointed in Indy and Terrance trying to go after them before Jury. Joseph says if the Besties twist ends then he’d nominate Alyssa with Terrance.
3:10 AM BBT – Michael joins the group
3:30 AM BBT – Monte chats with Michael that he’ll be relieved with the Veto gets used.
3:40 AM BBT – Michael stays up and camtalks on the game. He wants to keep this alliance together and is excited that he won the Veto.
Michael isn’t falling for this trick and he’ll most likely use the Veto so they can get the target back on Daniel. I doubt the house will flip to send Kyle out over Daniel (Besties pair) but will the LOs figure out how far Kyle has strayed from the pack and could it lead to the end of his game before long?
