All the power this week rests in the hands of Jessica Milagros after winning the HOH comp, sending her big targets to the Block, and even securing the Power of Veto for herself. Wowza, what a week for Jessica! Now it should be smooth sailing to the finish line to evict Jack on Thursday night, right? Right, Jessica??
On Saturday Jessica started to express concerns over Nick’s apparent attempts to play the middle ground with the remaining Shooters while staying on the good side of the new majority. Her HOH crew observed that Nick was spending a lot of time there with the others and Jessica started to worry about the votes. With 8 votes this week Jessica has the power to break a tie but she doesn’t see the need for it to come to that.
With Jack and Jackson on the Block we’ll have votes to keep Jack coming from Christie, Tommy, and Sis. That leaves Cliff, Holly, Kat, Nicole, and Nick. 5-3, easy and done unless someone starts to get paranoid and do something wholly unnecessary!
Last night Jessica threatened within group discussions that she’d save Jackson and renom Nick if she needed to. Now that wouldn’t really change anything because Jackson and Holly are done with Jack and Shooters but still, you don’t want to open any windows of opportunity for some last-minute craziness.
Nicole did give Nick the heads up that Jessica isn’t too much on the Nick-trust at the moment and he was shocked. Nick assured Nicole he could be trusted and was playing the Shooter’s side and lying through his teeth to them. Seems he isn’t doing a good enough job of sticking tight to the new majority though and that could hurt him in the long run.
If Jessica did any sort of renom activity at all she’d want to put up Tommy or Analyse since she’s already promised Christie safety for some reason. Also, keep in mind that Christie’s power will expire this week unused. Since Jessica holds the Veto she would also be the one naming the renom whether or not Christie put the Chaos power into action. So much for that twist!
So while Jessica is paranoid over Nick there shouldn’t be too much of an opportunity here for her to muck this week up. Swapping out one vote against Jack for another would be a wash and only manage to get more Big Brother blood on Jessica’s hands. She’ll ditch the idea and stick with keeping the Noms the same on Monday unless something wild happens between now and then.
