‘Big Brother 20’ Veto Comp Plans: Week 5

Bayleigh sits alone on Big Brother 20

Veto Day has returned for Big Brother 20 and we’ve got the Noms on the Block with a plan to usurp Bayleigh’s goals and deliver a win for L6, if they can pull it off.

Bayleigh put Brett and Rachel on the Block with the goal of getting Brett out the door. Rachel quickly regretted not putting up more of a fight in the process after she barely lasted an hour before breaking out in the paranoia sweats. L6 is on it though.

The ladies of L6 have been talking with Bayleigh about the possibility of using Scottie as a renom after/if Rachel is rescued. Bayleigh had been worried about putting Scottie up in case he won the Veto since she sees him as a comp beast but after the Veto is over she’s apparently less opposed to him on the Block. On several occasions, Bayleigh has said she’d renom Scottie and that does seem a likely scenario.

L6 spoke last night about throwing the comp to either Brett or Rachel, but Rachel encouraged everyone to play hard for themselves too while still planning to save her, of course. Should anyone in L6 win then I think they’d save Rachel here, except Brett for needs his own saving.

If Brett wins the Veto and comes down then Rachel is worried she’ll go home against Scottie. I’m not so convinced of that, but anything is possible. There are nine votes and L6 is down to just five then take away another vote with one of their own on the Block and they’d need to sway Sam or JC to join them to carry the 5 count majority. Shouldn’t be too hard.

Bayleigh will be shocked if Scottie goes over Brett as she’s said she’ll want everyone to promise they’re voting out Brett, not Scottie, if she agrees to renom him. So far Bayleigh has said way more than she should and given too much trust. L6 knows about her special power, thanks to Bayleigh’s confession to Rachel, and they’ll know to lie to her about keeping Scottie save if he goes up. That’ll be a big misstep if Bayleigh trusts them on this one.

If someone outside L6 gets the Veto that’ll be interesting to see what happens. The girls alliance might need to convince Bayleigh to put the pressure on the Veto holder for it to be used so they can swap Rachel out and get a guy on the Block as part of the girl-power they’re hoping to keep going. It’d be quite the switcharoo.

Veto players will be picked later and we’ll have those spoilers then. Three spots to fill and three L6’s will be hoping for a shot to play to save their allies. The Veto comp is expected later today and once those results are in we’ll have a better idea on who could be our final noms of the week.

Who do you want to see play and win the Power of Veto today for Big Brother 20?
