Big Brother 20 Episode 30 Recap: Will It Be A Revolving Door For Scottie?

Scottie might have won his way back into the Big Brother 20 house, but could find himself walking right back out the door this week.

Sunday night’s episode picked up as soon as Scottie re-entered the house after the Jury Battle Back win. JC is the most annoyed because he worked really hard to get him out during Faysal’s Head of Household reign. And JC should be worried because Faysal actually told Scottie that JC was the one in his ear to get Scottie out. So this is JC’s worst nightmare.

Tyler is OK with it because he has a feeling Scottie has bigger fish to fry. Angela isn’t too worried either because she wasn’t the one who sent him out. Brett is shaking a little himself because of the whole Rockstar vote lie he told to help make Scottie look guilty to Faysal.

But all of those worries probably won’t matte for long because it’s time for the HOH competition. This week the HGs have to step on a disc tied to a rope and hold on. All they have to do is not fall off or sit on their disc. The last person still standing and sining wins HOH. And they all hop on their discs and they all start spinning.

JC lets us know that this is HIS competition. And then he is the first to fall. Sam is the next one out She thought she could handle it since she won the wall endurance, but that wall wasn’t spinning. And then Scottie starts spinning out of control, slips and falls onto his disc. He is out.

Brett is the next to fall. That leaves Tyler, Kaycee and Haleigh. And just like that, Kaycee is out. So it’s down to Tyler and Haleigh. After a few more go-arounds, Haleigh takes a brutal hit and falls. Tyler is the new Head of Household!

Scottie is for some dumb reason is “optimistic” with Tyler’s win. He thinks he could possibly be OK this week. And Haleigh thinks she might actually be able to talk Tyler into targeting Sam this week. Hey, at least she’s trying I guess.

Tyler tells Scottie what happened the week he was gone and how Haleigh and Faysal tried to strike a final four with him and Angela. He also says that people want Haleigh gone but are worried about Scottie because they voted him out. Scottie says go for Haleigh and that he will vote how Tyler wants this week.

Of course Tyler knows that Haleigh going this week is a better idea for him than Scottie, but the rest of the house already thinks Scottie should be going right back to jury. So Tyler might have to burn another person this week to make the house happy.

Then we get a segment that shows us that JC isn’t quite the mastermind he thinks he is. JC is actually starting to annoy Tyler over the whole anti-showmance business. And Brett also wasn’t one to fall for JC’s manipulation. Tyler lets us know that he might have to deal with JC sooner rather than later.

And it’s time for the nomination ceremony. And to no one’s surprise, Tyler nominates Haleigh and Scottie for eviction. Tyler tells Haleigh that she nominated him as the hacker, canceled his vote and called a house meeting that led to Bayleigh shouting at him, so he kind of had to nominate her. He tells Scottie that the entire house already voted him out, so putting him up was an easy move.
