It was one weird and all over the place week in the Big Brother 17 house. From Vanessa going to staying to the, according to popular opinion, horrible double eviction, this edition of Ewws and Ahhs you’ll either love or hate.
So lets get to my take on the best and worst moments of Big Brother 17 Week 7.
(Note: some of these things you might only have seen if you’re a Live Feeds subscriber and also, these are very biased as this is an opinion piece)
Ahh. Becky wins HOH and hatches the plan to backdoor Vanessa. Finally someone is going to do what any person playing the game should he ready to do.
Eww. Vanessa. She continues to think she’s the only person allowed to play the game and that everyone owes her something in the game.
Ahh. Becky nominates Shelli and Steve. Becky stuck to the plan and did a pretty solid job keeping Vanessa happy through phase one.
Eww. Steve wins Veto. My thinking was always that for Vanessa to go home, Shelli needed to come off the block and Austin or a twin would have to go up. But since Steve won the veto, things could easily go south.
Ahh. Becky nominates Vanessa. It’s not an actual backdoor since Vanessa played in the veto, but Becky made the bold move and deserves the credit for that.
Eww. The Goblins lose their minds. For some reason Jackie, James and Meg decided that they should keep Vanessa and evict Shelli. I understand why they thought this would be a good idea, but Vanessa is going to win this game so anyone who lets her stay in the house is crazy.
Ahh. Steve wins HOH in the Double Eviction. He’s going to make a bold move because he’s a super fan! Right? RIGHT?
Eww. Steve makes a stupid move. What was Steve thinking with nominating Meg and Jackie. First of all, they aren’t coming for him. Secondly, they can’t win anything. Steve left a strong group of four people in tact that includes a set of TWINS, a SHOWMANCE and their leader. That will surely go down as one of the worst moves in the game’s history.
Ahh. John wins veto. At least John is safe.
Eww. John doesn’t use the veto. Well, of course he didn’t. He didn’t want to see Becky go home. And apparently Steve asked him not to use it, so John did what he had to do.
Ahh. Meg stays. I accept the fact that Meg made some dumb choices this week, but she entertains me so I’m happy she stayed.
Eww. Jackie got evicted. I wasn’t a fan of Jackie’s at first, but she really grew on me in recent weeks and I came to realize that she is actually a smart player. That being said, I don’t know what happened with her brain this week.
What would you say were the best and worst moments of Big Brother 17 last week?
