Big Brother 26: Nomination Anticipation In Week 7

Thursday night’s eviction on Big Brother 26 brought on some intense emotional responses from some of the houseguests and fans of the show. After the live vote and eviction on BB26, the houseguests had a few hours of downtime to reflect on the vote and prepare for the upcoming Head of Household Competition. A new HOH was named and one-on-ones began with their fellow Big Brother houseguests.

After the first few conversations that Quinn had last night after winning the HOH for Week 7 of Big Brother, we had a picture of what he intended to do for his nominations. The first conversation we listened in on was between Quinn and T’Kor, which seemed to have been going on prior to the feeds returning, and he explained to her that he felt he needed to put Rubina up this week. He said that because he has already betrayed her twice, he felt that she would target him if she won HOH.

During this conversation, he also mentioned that he has built a bridge with Chelsie, Cam, and MJ. He explained that he really doesn’t want to put any of them up and also told T’Kor that she would be safe this week as well. He made several other promises of safety throughout the night and may have put himself into a situation where he doesn’t have anyone to put up as a renom if one of his initial noms should win the Power of Veto on Saturday.

The second conversation Quinn had after securing the HOH was with Cam. He tells Cam he plans to put Angela and Rubina up, but he is still up in the air about his third nom. This is where Cam told Quinn that he believed if Kimo won this week’s HOH competition he would have nominated Quinn. Throughout this conversation, Quinn told Cam that he trusts Cam, Chelsie, MJ, and T’Kor the most in the house and that regardless of what he has said in the past, he doesn’t want Angela to go this week. He is only putting her up because she is an easy option.

We learned that Quinn’s target this week is Rubina. He knows that Rubina was one of the people who knew Tucker’s plan to trick Quinn into thinking that Angela would have been evicted on Thursday if she was sitting next to MJ, but in reality, they had the votes to take MJ out. Quinn didn’t like that he was being deceived. He also mentioned not appreciating that MJ was being strung along into thinking she was safe especially because Tucker implied to her that he wanted her to throw the BBAI Arena.

For the Week 7 Nomination Ceremony, we can expect Quinn to nominate Angela, Rubina, and Kimo. He is telling Rubina and Kimo that Angela is the target, but is telling everyone else that Rubina is his target. He even told Kimo that in the case that Angela wins the Power of Veto, Rubina would be his backup plan to let Kimo know that this is an option.

Be on the lookout for Nomination Ceremony spoilers coming later! In the meantime, let us know what you think about Quinn’s nominations.
