Big Brother 19 Live Feeds Week 7: Monday Night Highlights

With Cody’s fate sealed pretty tight this week, the Big Brother 19 houseguests spent much of Monday plotting the next target, Mark. Meanwhile, Mark made his own plans in case he comes in power next.

The HGs have decided what to do with Cody, but he’s continued to push and campaign instead of rolling over. He’s likely to know this won’t turn out well, but he’s revealed himself to be a long running fan of the show and knows it’s worth not giving up.

Don’t miss the earlier events from Monday’s daytime Highlights Report before you read through the night’s events.

8:38 PM BBT – Cody finally learns from Alex that Raven claimed he hit on her and she rejected him. He is appalled and says no way. He says sure, he saw Raven and Jessica and wanted Raven. “Get the f*** out of here.” Alex says Raven said Cody said it wouldn’t work for them anyway since she can’t have kids. Cody says he’d never say something like that. Cody says she is out of her mind.

8:48 PM BBT – Paul tells his group that he needs to put Kevin in check. He says if Kevin is being shady then they shouldn’t be protecting him.

9:05 PM BBT – Paul says he can’t just let Kevin go off on his own. He says if Kevin gets upset with him for putting him in check and wins HOH and goes after him, so be it.

Paul tells her that Christmas won’t be able to compete in any of the comps and will be easy to beat. Paul tells her he cannot win because he’s a vet. He says his only shot would be getting second again or winning America’s Favorite Player, which he also doubts now.

9:45 PM BBT – Paul tells Alex that he could maybe only win next to Josh, but he would take her over Josh because she did more. He says it’s just like what he did with Nicole. Alex, of course, buys it.

9:50 PM BBT – Paul wants to use Raven to take out Mark or Elena.

10:00 PM BBT – Elena and Paul talking in the kitchen. Paul tells her that Mark has told many people this week that he wants Cody to stay this week and she can go tell him if she wants to. He says he is done with Mark and doesn’t care anymore.

11:00 PM BBT – Josh and Christmas agree with each other that it may look like Paul is calling the shots, but they’re only letting him do what they agree with in the plan.

11:20 PM BBT – Mark and Paul talk. Mark is promising Paul that he and Elena have his back and aren’t listening to what Cody is trying to tell them. Mark tells Paul that once he (M) is out the HGs are going to start looking for their next target.

11:25 PM BBT – Josh starts pressing on Mark that he (M) is guilty by association and by his actions. He questions why Mark acted upset when Cody was renom’d. Mark counters that he just went outside to tan. Josh points out that Mark spent hours with Cody, but then says he doesn’t know what Cody is planning. Josh tells Mark the line has already been drawn between the two of them.

11:30 PM BBT – Josh tries to drag Cody in to the conversation, but Cody tells him there’s no point since he (C) is going home this week and his game is over.

11:35 PM BBT – Cody continues to deny that he was trying to do anything or make anything happen this week as Josh tries to pull together him and Mark. Cody says he wasn’t trying to flip the vote since his fate was sealed.

11:50 PM BBT – Mark asks Elena to not be swayed by the other HGs. She promises not to put him up if she wins HoH.

11:55 PM BBT – Jason remains confused about whether or not Cody has a kid. He thinks he’s heard the child is 5 and 3 years old, so he’s questioning if there’s a kid at all. Jason expects Cody to be more aggressive about the situation if someone brought up his kid.

11:55 PM BBT – Cody is camtalking that he still has some hope about the HGs changing their minds. He mentions that it seems crazy to talk to the cameras and he never did it before Jessica left, but since she said he’d be watching he wants to do that. Cody tells her he’s trying to stay in the game, but doesn’t think it’s working.

12:10 AM BBT – Jason and Alex discuss what to do about Matthew and Raven. Alex wants to get someone else to do it for them while Jason says he’d do it himself.

12:15 AM BBT – Alex is working on setting up camp after Big Brother sounded the bugle horn again.

12:25 AM BBT – Josh is hanging out with Alex in the backyard as she sets up the tent and gear. He says he was told by DR to relax about the fighting with Mark. Alex is surprised. Paul joins them and says they need to start being careful with Kevin and treat him well to make him feel better about the group.

12:40 AM BBT – Group continues to hang out with Alex while she cooks. Once she’s done she starts making her rounds to deliver the hot dogs.

1:10 AM BBT – Alex finishes packing up all the gear. Christmas is still sitting with her. Alex comments that Elena could have given this to one of the guys who could have physically managed it better.

1:20 AM BBT – Most HGs are asleep but in the HN room Kevin is holding story time.

1:55 AM BBT – Matthew is back up and spending time with his first love, cereal.

2:00 AM BBT – Lights are out and HGs are off to sleep for the night.

Cody gave it a good try, but this group remains unlikely to be swayed. They’re more focused on keeping Mark in the hot seat for next week, but he’s proven to be a threat in competitions so this group may need a back up plan before long with this Double Eviction coming up on Thursday night.

  1. Josh is very annoying and abrasive with how he confronts people but i have to admit the actual context of what he says is spot on. While it may be paul egging him on, josh is completely accurate with calling out mark for playing both sides. Hes been the biggest flip flopper this season which is part of the game but just not a game i necessarily respect. Josh has to tone down the aggressiveness but his viewpoints of mark’s game is very true. Paul is running to f3 at this point. The ultimate end to the season would be his f2 goat (josh) winning the final hoh and cutting him lol.

    • I agree to the extent it almost appears Josh needs that extra validation and attention of the others. Any man who has to be told to ramp-up the way you intentionally mess with people and acts on other’s suggestions (spell E-V-I-C-T-I-O-N, as an example) is weak or non-confrontational/passive which we know the later is not the case.

As far a Josh and Mark go; both men seem to be able to sob over a television game show rather easily..lots of baggage with those two. Mark is guilty of playing both sides whereas he should have just coasted along like Ratt, I mean Maven.

    • Do you respect Josh for the way he bullied Mark awhile ago? Do you remember that tirade we saw on t.v.? That was painful to watch. Nobody said anything to Josh and yet when someone called Josh ‘fat’, they lost their marbles!! So I have to disagree with you about Josh. He is a puppet, pure and simple. He wants to be liked(much like Alex) and will do anything for that gratification.
To me, Mark is at least trying to play the game and not follow Paul.

      • I agree with you. Josh is very immature and i know the house favors him just bc they are using him as a number. My main point is just in regards to the mark game play situation josh has been the only one to call mark out directly for being a flip flopper and i respect that part. The way he calls out mark is bullying yes but it is also bullying when mark throws hot sauce in josh’s face so its pot meet kettle to me. Dont feel bad for either mark or josh when they go at each other.

      • I feel like the work “bullied” is being thrown around far to often- I don’t think an argument between two people who both raise their voices is just 1 person being bullied.
The name calling was a personal attack meant to be hurtful- that is the difference I see- its called a “low blow” I believe

      • I do think slamming pots and pans in someone’s face is bullying. So, is all of the nastiness from Josh. He’s a disgrace. If I were in his family I’d be mortified.

  2. In my eyes, the fate of the rest of this season is falling onto this DE. If Mark wins, we could see Paul’s (or Alex’s) demise and then we will most definitely see a huge shake up and a bloodbath of everyone trying to regroup. Or Mark could be taken out in the DE, and then the F2 is all but guaranteed for Paul at that point. It’ll be his season to lose then.
I really hope Mark wins HOH. I respect the strong game Paul is playing but I don’t want to see a steamroll anymore.

  3. ‘Paranoia strikes deep
Into your life it will creep
It starts when you’re always afraid
Step out of line, the men come and take you away’
These lyrics from Buffalo Springfield keep running through my head as I read this summary. Being locked up together is really starting to mess with their heads, you need a scorecard to keep track of the different theories of what they think the others are doing, what they believe about each other. Add a DE Thursday and this is getting fun.

    • Paul is the nightmare in their heads. He instigates all of their paranoia. If he wasn’t there the HGs would probably would have a great season of partying. Paul is game 24/7 and they are unable to breathe.

      • No not solely Paul, I think Cody has fueled a lot of the speculation cos he isolated himself until this week They know nothing about him so anything that suddenly gets revealed like he has a child makes them suspicious. They didn t even know that he lived in Texas.

      • Cody went in there to play a game, not to share his personal life. Unfortunately for him some personal stuff is important in order to socialize and get to know each other. I don’t think there is anything wrong with keeping most of your life a secret, but he doesn’t even know the HGs who do like to share.

      • You can play however you want to but my point is when you share nothing and only start sharing when your back is against the wall, it raises suspicions that you re trying to get sympathy. Plus after being shut up in the house this long, they get more and more paranoid

  4. If Josh, Christmas, Alex or Paul go in the DE I will be one happy girl, they all drive me crazy. Just my opinion.

  5. My picks for the DE would be Paul, Raven, Christmas, Josh or Alex, any of them would get me back to fully watching this season…

  6. Cripes! Whistle’s gotta be the sound the nut makes as it passes through the vast, empty airspace of Jason’s mind. For the sake of HIS 2 year old son he wants to drop down to his knees before bed every night and thank a benevolent universe that the circus was willing to take him on…

  7. What’s with the infatuation about whether or not Cody Fathered a child? Is it just more ammo to justify their eviction plans? SO confused on that one!

  8. Paul saying he won’t win because he’s a vet… Does any houseguest not remember that Paul ost to a vet Nicole last year?????

  9. 1:55am Matt having a meeting with his alliance members, Captain Crunch, Count Chocula and Tony the Tiger.

  10. I can’t believe I’m actually typing this but….

I would much rather see Elena leave over Cody. I know its not going to happen, but I am getting to the point where I can’t stand her. You know its bad when a fan of Paul’s actually wants to keep Cody, but that has become the case.

I can’t stand to even listen to her on BBAD… I record it with the DVR and just fast forward right past her unless I think someone might be getting ready to go off on her.

    • I don’t like Elena either but in the long run it’s better to get Cody out now. Elena won’t last much longer after that.

      • I know… I’ll have to keep hoping that Alex throws Elena on her little grill instead of the hot dogs. Is it wrong to wish they had taken her out before jury so she can’t get her $25K? I am at the point now where I would have a tough time deciding on who the biggest witch is… Elena or Jessica.

      • Totally with you on your conundrum regarding Elena or Jess. Both are not in any way likeable. Both self absorbed. I give the edge to Jess because she was so foulmouthed about every person in the house except the robot.

      • True, and as much as Elena lays on other HGs and tries to show off her body (really… is anyone wanting to see that?)…

At least she’s not poking people where the sun don’t shine. lol

      • You got to admit it s funny when the lesser of two evils is someone showing off their body ad nauseum compared to being fingered. LOL. Two wonderful examples of womanhood.

      • Yeah, I’m sure hoping that Parental Guidance is being offered for the younger gals watching. This season is setting new standards for how not to act and for what not to do as a woman.

      • Yet, the other day, someone went so far as to say Jezebel empowered women. That someone could actually believe that is frightening. My 17, almost 18 year old granddaughter says that girls who act like that in her school were called many names behind their backs, by guys and gals, none of them flattering.

      • She doesn’t watch BB, but I DVR’d it in her room here at our house and made her watch 2 episodes with me. Bad Mamaw, huh? lol I just wanted to show her how not to act or I would have her spayed.

      • Yeah, I saw that. I think that particular poster is either just typing stuff that she (guessing poster is a she so apologies if I’m wrong) knows will irritate others. Its either that or (a much scarier explanation) she’s just that delusional and letting her hatred of Paul (I remember some of her comments last season too) dictate everything she writes.

I will hope that person doesn’t sincerely believe most of what they write, lol.

      • That person, and I know who you mean often contradicts herself. She seems to take the temperature of the thread at the time and fall in line. I particularly noticed it around the mob mentality discussions where she was outraged at what was being said and then proceeded to insult people I tend to collapse her posts now.

      • Yeah, I pretty much try to ignore most of them too. Every once in a while I’ll comment, but its mainly when its just so far out there or basing something on completely “false facts” (a nod to Elena) or a totally wrong chain of events.

      • No, I usually fast forward him and Raven too unless someone else is around.

Paul’s talk with them about making sure a gunman would kill all the other HGs before him was entertaining, lol

I just find Matt boring. I actually dislike Elena which is more than I can say for Cody even. I just thought Cody didn’t have a personality. It takes a lot for me to actually say I dislike someone I don’t personally know, but she is accomplishing the task with flying colors.

    • Truthfully, I bet Alex would, also, but she was wise and very self disciplined to stay on target. Now wouldn’t it be something if Elena is the HOH when/if Alex is evicted.

  11. So Cody goes out this week and then as per Paul’s wishes it switches to Mark and then everyone will focus on Mark so at least a few more weeks of crappy game play is very likely unless Mark pulls out an HOH win

    • As soon as Cody leaves and they announce the Double Eviction to the HGs… I think things are going to change from that moment. There could easily be 3 or 4 different targets depending on who wins HOH. Things are about to get very interesting, I think.

      • Paul, Alex, Christmas, Matt and Raven for the next evictions. The rest can stay and try to play as best they can.

      • Elena isn’t really a threat, but I would LOVE to evict her on a personal level, lol.

      • Yes. If Mark wins HOH, he’ll need Elena’s vote and hopefully convince a few of the others to vote Paul out if he grows some cojo. If he does this, I will really want him to win the game. Anyone who is after Paul is my fave and each week is someone new.

      • Matt and Raven aren’t a danger to anyone outside of being 2 votes. Paul and Alex are the most dangerous from a competition standpoint (though Mark is closing in), and Christmas is dangerous from a social (sowing dissension) standpoint.

Of course, while I really think someone will eventually evict Paul… I’ll keep hoping he stays as long as possible because at least he can be entertaining.

      • I would not care about Raven not being a threat. She is one of the most obnoxious players in the history of BB and needs to go. The HGs are all annoyed with her, but keep her around. BB wants Paul to take her to the end because of her fake illness.

      • I really hope Mark wins HoH. I’d prefer him to win the 2nd HoH this Thursday so I could watch the Paul-following HGs kiss his rear end but it sounds like he needs to win the first HoH, unless Elena wins it. Then again, I’m not real sure Elena wouldn’t put Mark up in order to show some allegiance to Paul.

  12. Christmas puts the pressure on Christmas or Elena.
I know the nuisance is still in the game, but I guess production has wonderfully decided to ignore her. Encourages is too nice of a word, more like demand. If Mark puts Paul and Alex on the block will be the best move anyone can make and if one wins veto, Christmas can go in their place. To think that I actually liked Christmas and was so excited when she was trying to play with josh. I thought, this is it, flip time. Another floater is more like it. Yesterday’s harassment was ridiculous and I almost cancelled feeds. Went to my profile, but just couldn’t do it.

    • oh my LAWWWRD with the “honey” crap while she was attacking Mark…. Yea, I have been on the fence with Christmas whether I like her or not, but that tipped it right tf over to NO.

      • I agree, I really didn’t like her attacking him like that. I thought he showed great restraint by not trying to come back on her. Granted, I’m a Paul fan and Mark is the only one wanting to go after him…

Still, I liked Mark at the start so its nice to see that he’s trying to play the game.

Christmas talking about him flip flopping and playing to both sides… He should have pulled out some Amanda from BB15 and said, “What game are you playing?”

  13. I’ve been reading all the comments below about how everything (inside and outside of the BB house) is Paul’s fault, and I’m getting a kick out of them. I think we should take the next logical step and just start declaring things to be….

An “Act of Paul”. “I’m sorry, but your insurance doesn’t cover Acts of Paul.”

“I know I put 3 pairs of socks into the dryer and now I only have 2. What the heck’s going on?” Answer: “Chalk it up to an Act of Paul.”

    Paul strikes again! LOL

    • lmbo….Always fun to have others join our craziness! I use to think my dryer ate socks and then my husband would say, “I wore that blue sock with that brown one. Nobody notices.” OMGosh! Since I buy them, now, he has only gray and white ones.

      • LOL

I’m not that bad, but I do have a majority of white socks. Mainly because (as I’m sure you know) a good portion of Tennessee is quickly becoming shorts wearing weather for 9 months out of the year.

Sure, I have black socks and “dress socks” too (along with the nice fuzzy ones for when it does actually get cold), but now that I’m self-employed… I find myself not wearing the dress ones very often which is fine by me!

As far as craziness goes… I’m always right there with you all! :)

      • I admire anyone who is self employed, as long as it doesn’t have anything to do with being a self employed VIP concierge. ;)

      • I thought that I could help Jess out so am writing to the American Proctologic Society to see if they would like her to be hostess for their next convention

      • Oh, heck no! LOL

I’m actually a certified IT professional. I just finally realized that there’s not really anyone doing much of it here and that most businesses had to get people out of Nashville. So I figured what they hey…

So, its mainly computer repair and network setup/support but it keeps me busy and the money is as good as it was working for Dell, lol.

      • Good for you, Carvin. I wish you much success. It’s not easy having your own business, but many have prospered doing so.

      • Speaking of work… Duty calls! Uh, the network setup kind, not anything else that’s been hinted at here, lol.

Everybody have a great day and I’ll be back to comment later!

      • I’m gone, too, for now. I was taking one last look before leaving to visit my Dad. Later.

      • But it doesn’t shut the door on other jobs…

        “I’m just a gigolo and everywhere I go….”

        LOL

      • “Some house guests claim that Abrahamian’s to blame,
But I know, it’s their own damn fault.”

A little paraphrasing there of a classic song, lol.

      • My brain works in weird ways and things like this just pop in there from time to time, lol. Oh no! Paul must be affecting my brain!

      • Well, do you have any of his music running through your brain yet . That will be the ultimate of his mind control! Brraahhaaaa

      • No, I’m good there, lol.

I do like some of their music, but I’ve never been a big fan of what I consider “death metal” singing. So, luckily I’m safe in that regard :)

My idea of good metal is Iron Maiden, but then I’m starting to get old too.

      • I find I m listening more to the old stuff of the Eagles, Jackson Browne etc. Getting older I guess makes you nostalgic

      • I’ll always like the Eagles. I get that from my dad. What I find disturbing is that Nashville’s classic rock station occasionally plays music from the 90s as well as the classics from the 70s (and earlier).

When did Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors become classic rock for crying out loud?

      • I didn’t know they were touring again. I may have to check it out and see if they’re coming anywhere near me. I did get to see their Hell Freezes over tour back in ’95 (or so, I can’t remember exactly) when they came to Nashville, but it would be cool to see them again.

      • Yeah, you got me beat on that, lol. My first concert was just shy of 30 years ago when I went to see David Lee Roth on the Skyscraper tour.

        I know… I’m such a kid :)

      • I was in awe for that whole concert. Still have the ticket stub, it cost a whopping $6.50!

      • I wonder what $6.50 back in 1940(ha) is equal to today?
I’m sure it was worth every cent and more. Wow, I say!

      • None of the Beatles were even born in 1940, so there 😜😝😝
My father actually surprised me with 4 tickets for my birthday cos he knew I was crazy about them.

      • What a terrific gift! At the time, I’m sure he didn’t realize just how much that would mean to you so many years away.

      • I feel for girls who haven’t had the experience of having a good father. Luckily, I still have mine, although he is not in the best health. Actually, I need to go visit. See ya’ll later. :)

      • Yup, spend the time with them when you can, you really miss them when they’re gone. Especially when good things happen and you want to share the news.

      • How can anyone normal not like “Hotel California”? I still turn the volume up like I’m a teenager when their music comes on, and I’m not hard of hearing….yet.

      • I’ve always heard drugs or drug addiction. The last line kinda makes sense in that regard…

You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.

Like, once addicted… You can choose to stop taking drugs, but you’ll always remain an addict.

Other than that, I’ve got nothing, lol.

      • I remember they talked about it in their documentary, but I can’t remember exactly what they said. The documentary was great.

      • That would be cool to see. I wonder if that’s online somewhere… May have to look for that one!

      • Did you watch the Eagles documentary? If not, you should. It was really good. It seems like it was maybe 3 or 4 years ago, but it was replayed a few months ago.

      • Love all of those, Chicago, Restless Heart, and throw in some good Kenny G for the heck of it. Good old days!

      • I love Restless Heart, I had never heard of them until we went to a Vince Gill concert and they were the opening act. Got their CD the next day and now have them on my iPod

      • Because manipulation and a great social game is a big part of the BB game, and Paul is one of the very best in that regards. I’ve seen few people with his level of Charisma. What most people don’t like about Paul are the same things that have made several BB winners.

  14. This cracks me up….”Josh and Christmas agree with each other that it may look like Paul is calling the shots, but they’re only letting him do what they agree with in the plan.”

Isn’t it adorable in how much they’re in denial? They’re “Paul Puppets” through and through.

      • Remember like a week ago when Josh decided he wanted Elena out rather than Jessica? And how Paul was like, “No. It’s going to be Jessica”?

Josh can say that Jessica and Cody being jerks is what made him swing back to Jessica but I don’t buy it. Josh had an idea and Paul shot it down. End of story. If Josh could break away from Paul if he wished for something different, why didn’t he? Jessica being a jerk wouldn’t have swayed him. He was looking for an “out” in order to follow Paul’s commands.

      • Josh would not have had the votes to get Elena out. Paul was giving him a reality check. Everyone else, not just Paul wanted Jessica out.

      • Yeah, probably so but Josh didn’t push very hard. Even in not having the votes, he could’ve been constant about his wishes either way.

      • Apparently Lynne, if someone has an idea of who to nominate or evict and Paul gives them an alternative and explains why he thinks it s a better idea, they should not listen. If Paul s idea makes more sense, they should still ignore it or otherwise they re just being controlled.

      • Paul only wanted Cody and Jess out because they were a threat to HIM, they were the only ones that ever stood up to Paul and called him out, but again no one in that house sees through Paul’s BS reasoning..

      • Ok, you do know they are playing for $500k. Does it not make sense to get out those coming after you before they get you, at least he works to have the numbers to do that before he takes a shot

      • I agree, however it’s Paul who really wanted Jessica out, If Paul was not in the house, Josh and Christmas would have had a chance at getting Elena out….

      • But Paul is in the house and playing the game. Cody tried the first week and failed. The others think they are playing by their constant bickering. Matt and Raven are too busy eating to bicker. Their mouths are constantly full of food. Kevin, although not a physical threat is playing the social aspect of the game. He’s shady but this is a game.

      • I think for those who watch the feeds it is easy to understand other than Cody, not one person in that game is playing for themselves. They are playing for Paul and following his command. If their delusional minds thinks different, they will learn the hard way. I don’t care who they follow, as long as Paul and Raven are not in the end.

      • Or Alex. I don’t want her to win, nor do I feel she deserves it. I’d like to see Mark, Jason or Kevin to win it. Kevin is the most deserving of the three at this point. The secretly going back and forth, the hinky votes, the $25,000 he pushed off on Ramses. Brilliant.

      • Josh thought since he was HOH that Elena would jump in the bed with him…It didn’t happen so Josh wanted to boot her ass…end of story…

  15. This is a hard season to watch… I would like cody to stay as well but too late for him to start playing. It seems everyone is scared of Paul and they have to check in w/him before making a move. Oh my goodness. I liked Paul last season and wanted him to win over Nicole. This season not so much. He getting josh to do his dirty work and the bullying – I thought he’d be someone that wouldn’t tolerate that. Christmas is a disappointment – she has such a positive background and message but she is such mean girl & it takes away from that message it makes it hard to believe because she will turn on you in a sec . so sad I was looking forward to her and rooting for her at the beginning not any more she sucks… I like Mark Kevin & Jason…. only because we have no one else to like… they all suck this season. The petty hat that Alex wears really??? you brought that hat in for all America to see that you are petty really what kind of a decision was that. It’s like BB went out and picked the most horrible people that are sexual freaks, bullies and mean girlsssssss w/ not an ounce of a moral. It’s NOT
good TV… sad again that Christmas could have been the one to not have stood for that… but nope she is one of the worse. Mark I hope wins HOH and Alex & Christmas constantly bullying him is ridiculous I wish he would man up and tell those two off… … He needs to let Josh have Elena. Who cares about the boobs her attitude and the way she lives her life & treats him should be soo unattractive to him. Character and quality of a person is much better than a nice set of boobs and some girl who thinks all she has is her body to sell America… …. Let her sleep with Josh you can do much better Mark…

  16. Good God, this house is total mob mentality, spearheaded by Paul. I can’t believe the HGs are so blind that they don’t see him lining up targets all in a row. They all think they’re immune, until he starts on them. I wish this house would GROW A PAIR.

  17. Mark may be a flip flopper but good gosh, that’s already been established! Mark’s game is over if he doesn’t win hoh, leave the kid alone for crying out loud!

      • Sad part is, if someone spoke up and tried to explain it to this group, Paul would somehow say that those two were working together. Jessica might be a mean girl (nah, she really is) but Paul is just as bad.

    • I actually kinda like Mark, I think at heart, he is a good guy, but he got caught in a tough situation. Stay with a sinking ship (Cody) or flip and forever be labeled a flip flopper. Now that he has won some comps, he is also seen as a good game player, so is a threat, he has no chance, he will never shake the Cody association.

      • Yep! I feel like they’ve already established he’s not loyal, they’ve made several public spectacles of him, and have already come to an agreement he’s next to be evicted. Why keep picking him apart.? He’s a nice person, just leave him alone and let him talk to whomever he wants. He’s done. He’s never getting off the hit list.

      • Yeah, Mark is probably the nicest person in the house. Unfortunately, we’ve seen time and time again that its extremely hard for the nice person to win. I hate to see them keep picking on him though.

Now that I think about it… Has there been an honestly nice winner other than Jordan? Would Ian or Steve (from 17) count?

      • I didn’t see that season, I’d like to… I haven’t seen a winner I’ve approved of. I skipped 7-15.

      • I thought Derrick was a deserving winner for 16. Otherwise, I really have been all that impressed by the other winners chosen by jury. Well, I was okay with Andy. He did play a pretty good game in 15, and he chose the perfect moment to swap sides in the house.

Side note on 15 (and spoiler for anyone who hasn’t seen it): Poor old McCrae had a shot at winning, but he made the wrong decision when he tried to figure out who evicted Amanda. He had Andy and Elissa in his sites, and chose the wrong one.

      • Derrick….ugh, you are right, he probably did deserve to win, but as that season wore on, I grew really tired of him, he got on my nerves for some reason.

      • That whole season was blah for me too. Nicole was the only other person I thought deserved a shot to win. I’ve mentioned it before, but when she was sent to Jury for the final time… I didn’t watch any more until the finale (other than to DVR the episode where Frankie was finally evicted because I’d been waiting for that).

      • Oh Good Heaven Lord Above I was SO glad they dumped Frankie. He annoyed me even BEFORE he started using his sister as a tool.

      • I felt the same way. I kept on hoping he’d go home. When I finally saw the spoilers that he was on the block for the eviction episode, I recorded it in hopes that he was going home, lol. Even then, I checked the spoilers to make sure he did before I watched the episode.

      • He gathered the house guests around and told them about his sister and they all oooh’d and ahhhh’d and I had to Google her name so I could be in on the big news. The story about Jessica being mistaken for Frankie’s sister was again, smh…is that why she’s on this season? HA

      • I had never heard of Ariana before the show either, go figure. I know I’m old and all but F me, he talked like she was Beyonce.

      • He was the master mind behind closed doors and every week I’d hope someone would catch on. He deserved to win that season .

      • I couldn’t stand Derrick. He was a good player but he had the house on such a lockdown, no one could do anything, include having fun.

      • McRae threw his game away before that in my book, again,… with a showshowmance. He definitely could have won. Andy was so undetectable, i can’t remember exactly what point in the game I gauged his game/takeover. I really don’t remember. Lol. Guess that makes him damn good! I do recall him getting a little devilish toward the end. Lol

      • Yeah, Andy definitely became devilish towards the end. He swapped from Amanda and McCrae’s side about a week or two before Amanda left if I remember correctly. He still hung out with them, but he was working with the other side.

You’re right though…. Nine times out of 10, you’re setting yourself up for failure with a showmance. McCrae would be an interesting returning vet for an all star season, I think (if he avoided another showmance of course, lol)

      • He’d be a great vet but he’d need a “twist” to protect him in the beginning, because they’d vote him right out. That was an infamous season!

      • McCrae threw his game away the minute he hooked up with Amanda a let her play his game for him.

      • It was a good season. I think Ian is one of my favorite winners.

      • I think Ian would count, although Ian wasn’t quite as innocent and dumb as the HG’s thought he was. He was much more wily and aware of what was going on in the house than anyone gave him credit for.

      • Take a wild guess at who may behind this picking apart plan? YES, Paul. I didn’t like Paul last season and I don’t like him this season but he has been playing the game better than anyone else this season so I will say, he does have the chance to win. I just wish the rest would put Paul p on the block so his minions can see how he reacts to that situation.

      • I think this cast would freak out if they had been the ones putting Paul on the block 7 times last season. Even though I like Paul, they need to at least try to go after him. The question is… If he comes down from the block like he did so many times last season… How many of them would run and hide?

      • All! Lol I think that’s what frightens them. Also, I think they genuinely like him around, they enjoy his company and like working with him. That point is hardly made. Actually, Alex said something similar yesterday, something like Cody wants to “take them over” and Paul works “with” them. I said hmmm….wonder how many people caught that??

      • I agree. I think they all actually genuinely like him on a personal level. He seems like he would be a cool guy outside the house, and he’s definitely got a sense of humor. Back when I was that age, my friends and I acted the same kinda way. He would have fit right in to be honest.

      • Yeah, and he has some of the funniest moments I’ve seen on BBAD (and in the Diary Room). I can never feel safe about taking a drink when he’s talking for fear I’ll spit it out all over the TV while laughing.

      • Lol I was just talking to my sister this morning about Paul’s DR’S! We laughed about the one a few weeks ago when he was sizing up Mark and Cody’s relationship, doing the “taking notes” gestures! “You and Cody have a clean slat?? I’ll write that down!” smh hilarious!

      • Yeah, that was a good one! I liked the one where he was playing Puppet Master during the week of Dominique’s eviction too. Pretending he was making puppets dance and saying, “What are we going to do this week… Get Dominique out? Yeah! (in a high pitched voice)”

The one he just did about waiting for Josh to blink was pretty good too. Acting like he was waving for Christmas and blinking a mile a minute, lol.

      • Yeah, between that and the way Christmas handled the reveal of her temptation had me rewinding over and over too!

      • Xmas delivered didn’t she?? I kept rewinding! I wasn’t expecting her to add so much animation! Loved it! It was epic!

      • I was just going to mention that, that whole sequence was the highlight of the summer so far. Great editing.

      • Come here and let me zip wallop you one…..my boy Cody, pffft! lol
Yes, I watched part of it on BBAD. You think he would have done that if Jezebel had been there?

      • No way! I wonder what Jess thought of it. I will check and see if she live IG last night. Some people said his pitch was good, I thought it was ridiculous! He sounded like a moron explaining it. He actually included a lil act for them to perform. I’m, like, go back to bed honey. Alex was struggling to keep a straight face.

      • I don’t think Jason realized that Alex was close to laughing in Cody’s face. I bet you if Alex had told Jason she was seriously contemplating Cody’s pitch, he would have agreed.

      • You think? When Mark tried proposing the gang up on Paul thing to Jason, it included keeping Cody and adamantly opposed the keeping Cody part. He said ” i want that SOB (C) out asap!” Jason looked sick that night, or else he may have struggled seeming serious too. Lol

      • I think Jason would agree with just about anything Alex says. If she said one thing one minute and changed her mind the next, I think he would agree. Did he run that little Mark convo past Alex to see what she thought before he dismissed it….for now? I can’t remember.

      • No he held on to the ditching Paul part. He only told her about the Cody part. That’s why Mark is so hated now. Jason and Matt both told the crew Mark is scheming. And you’re right about the Jason agreeing with Alex all the time. It’s different if it’s pitched from Alex to Jason.

      • I sometimes wonder if Jason obeys his wife, Molly, I think is her name, as much as he does Alex. Jason did say he has sex very often, sometimes a few times a day. That would make any man willing to do whatever he is told. I laughingly think Jason is a wee bit intimidated by Alex, though. It’s actually kind of funny in a weird way. I wonder if Molly laughs about it or is screaming at her TV for him to man up.

      • Lol i need fiddle right now to give me the gif from Ghost, Whoopi Goldberg, ” Molly, you in danger girl!” LOL

      • I’m trying to post the gif, it won’t let me!! What is going on here??? LOL

      • Was this on BBAD? Did they show the part where he threw Mark under the bus, big time? He was full on making up stories about Mark and Alex and Jason were eating it up like it was their last meal on earth.

      • Wait youyou mean last night, or Sunday night? I’m referring to Sunday night. Did he say more Monday? That’s why Cody never wants to participate in group discussions.

      • This was last night, not Sunday night when he tried to “make” a deal.

      • No I didn’t see him say that last night. THAT’S why he left from the fight outside between Mark and Josh. Uh huuh! That was on bbad last night.

      • I’m not sure if it was on BBAD, I don’t get BBAD. It was on the feeds and was wondering if that’s what you saw on BBAD?

      • Nope they did air that part. What time frame because if he said this after bbad, I know exactly why.

      • Heck, at any given moment he might have you laughing. I still remember last season, where he was sitting inside with Nicole and Victor talking…

Production: Paul, there is absolutely no jumping in the pool!”

Paul: Homey, are you on drugs?!

Production: You are not allowed to talk about your Diary Room sessions”

Paul: (laughing) There is absolutely NO WAY those 2 buttons are next to each other. Somebody F’ed up!”

      • I remembered the basics but there’s a clip of it on youtube which I relied on to get the quotes right. My memory is pretty good, but its not that good, lol.

      • I remembered it well after you mentioned it. It made me lol. Paul is naturally a funny guy, although yes, he can be a bit arrogant, pompous, and brash at times.

      • My favorite this year is when he was waiting for Josh to give the signal to Christmas to use the hex. lol “Hey Christmas! I think Josh forgot how to blink! *blink*..*blink*…*blink blink blink*!!

      • I agree. I follow Paul on twitter and IG and he seems like a really cool and fun guy. Very caring, loves his family, does a lot of volunteer work. Whenever he is brought in to do BB stuff, if it involves children he never asks to be paid, because children can’t afford to pay, which I find so endearing. His sense of humor is right up my alley.

      • Awww, that’s so sweet! You’re not too bad yo-self mg, I think we would have a hell of a time together.

      • We would I’m sure! Paul should go to tv or movies. I know he’s a musician but… I can see him in comedic roles

      • I did and I agreed with her for that. You don’t want a dictator in the house. Even though Paul is a dictator, the way he goes about it is he plants the seed, waters the seed and lets the seed grow to the point, the person he planted the seed too thinks it was their idea all along.

      • Interesting and good catch! It’s true, Cody wants to “take over” and Paul wants to be “with”.

      • Nobody ever takes that into consideration here. Its Paul with a whip! They like the guy, nothing wrong with that. Can you imagine if Cody was running the house? It’d be cruel bcz he’s a nut!

      • I know. The way people carry on, it’s like Paul is Pharoah and the HG’s are the slaves and he whips them to carry out his every decree. They are with him because he is a palatable and likable choice as an ally. What is so hard to understand?

      • “Pharaoh” youyou know that’s exactly what I was trying to put in that comment but couldn’t think of the name! Lol we were separated at birth! They dog him on here as if every summer someone doesn’t dominate the game. If it wasn’t Paul it would be Cody! Pharaoh for sure with the latter!

      • If and when they do go for Paul, they need to be positioned correctly and has to be planned to a T. I’m not sure this cast has the brain capacity to pull off such a thing.

      • I think it’s coming. I said this weeks ago, ride Paul until you don’t need Paul. It’s getting close to where I think you’ll see the split. Even if we see perfect execution, (Mark, Elena, Matt, Raven, and even Kevin all go), I think a time will come the remaining HGs decide it’s time to make the move and get Paul out. Whether they can or not, who knows, but I personally think even Alex (who I think at this point is legit on board for a F3 at least with Paul and Jason), will start getting nervous if there are only 5 HGs left and Paul is still among them..

With that said, am I thinking of this right?? With a potential finale on Sep 20th, 11 HGs left, 8 have to be evicted, 2 will go Thu, that leaves 6 HGs with only 4 Thursdays remaining before Sep 20, so we actually have a a total of 3 DEs coming??

      • I have a soft spot for Mark. I think he takes a lot of unnecessary sh*t from these jerks and he takes it surprisingly well.

      • I would have broken down a long time ago. Kudos to Mark!

  18. Wave upon wave of Pauls demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream…

  19. Cody’s pitch seems to be for the HoH crew to replace Paul with him. Great. He’ll get Paul out if they save him this week but in the meantime, they have both Cody AND Paul in the house!

How does that benefit them? It benefits Cody. And why should the house help Cody act out his vengeance on Paul? The house likes Paul personally, they don;t like Cody at all and that’s Cody’s fault.

I like the plan the way it is. Take out Cody, then Mark. Then we will see what happens. I think Alex will keep Paul around a few more weeks and then he will go too. If Alex turns on Paul, who will follow her? They all will. So who is really controlling the house?

    • Paul chooses who goes and how to deal with the person. Alex concurs. Then he dishes out assignments to the others including Alex. I agree that Alex needs Paul for her position than anyone else in the house for now. The other houseguests do not necessarily need Paul to further their games. They need to stand for themselves.

    • No one is buying what Cody is selling. It’s a moot point.

      • Yeah, in Cody’s case this is way too little too late. However, I’d rather see Elena leave only because she won POV and chose 5k over veto. Imo, she should be evicted for that alone! Cody can be evicted anytime…no one likes him! haha

      • I want Elena to leave too but Cody needs to leave first. Once he is gone they can start on getting Christmas, Elena and Rervin out.

      • Yeah, I agree Cody sucks as a player, but is he really a threat anymore? No one likes him…but Mark…sometimes. No one will work with him. No one wants to work with him. He’s pretty much on his own…
On the other hand, Elena won veto and chose 5 grand instead of making sure she was safe. I’m sorry, but imo, that is such an utter lack of respect for the game… I really hope something happens this week and she goes home. Then Cody can go home, which he would b/c he just seriously sucks at this game!

      • He’s dead weight and needs to be removed. I feel, with him there, he is holding back part of the game. Once he is gone, the HG’s can breath a sigh of relief and get on with the gaming.

      • Maybe. Maybe that’s why Elena felt comfortable enough to win POV and pass it up… but imo, that’s just such a disgrace to the game. Ugh! I want players like that OUT! Ya know what I mean?

  20. Production having to tell Josh to relax fighting with Mark clearly means his fightings are intents to bully not necessarily provoked. What a strategy! Game playing for the PLAYER.

  21. These casts don’t plan their stay in the house ahead of time. They look to their game master to choose a target so they follow. Mark has been penned to replace Cody, so he is the focus and no one is figuring out who’s next until the next target (who is currently been deceived) is accused with a set up excuse.
I said in an earlier post that Mark (and Elena) should have (stand out to) worked aggressively with Cody this week, so he/they wouldn’t have taken Cody’s position next week. Too late he has to rely solely on competition and continue to be target unless by chance he’s able to take out Paul.
Now, who among the remaining HGs is figuring out having to put up as house target after Mark? Any such person(s) should be working with Mark right away. Alex and Jason can be excused for now.

  22. I absolutely cannot stand Paul. Cody should call a house meeting and call out the pecking order. Hopefully that would stir things up and get people thinking. It doesn’t even have to be accurate. Here is my guess on the remaining evictions if everyone continues to follow Paul. (Cody, Mark, Elena, Josh, Kevin, Jason, Christmas, Raven, Matt, Alex, and Paul wins).Too many floaters this season.

      • I agree as they are all sheep. They should be able to see what is coming without Paul dictating. I really hope he doesn’t come back another season and if he does I hope it doesn’t play out like this season. I would prefer Mark, Jason, and Alex be in the final 3. I’d be okay with 1 of them winning.

      • It’s like how many people need to be standing there on eviction night calling Paul out in their speeches before maybe one of thinks “hey maybe all these people are on to something”. Of course it won’t happen because they’re all delusional enough to think they’re on equal footing with Paul and not his puppets.

      • I hate Mark. He’s a wimp! Have they ever brought a player back a third time? I like Paul but I understand people’s frustration with the direction of the game. I felt that way last summer when nobody would put Nicole and up.

  23. Who cares who wins since they are just handing it to Paul. I don’t even understand why they are there.

  24. Josh should take a clue after Production told him to shut up. Alex too, she was mystified.

    • It’s a bit ridiculous that Josh has already been warned and now it’s just “Let’s pull him in and warn him again!” The point of a warning is to send the message of “Next time it’ll be worse”. He should’ve gotten some form of penalty. I’m not jumping straight to a penalty nomination or vote if he’s F2, but start lower, make him a have-not or something, in a week where he isn’t already one, or at least for a day in a week he’s not already one. Increase the penalty the more he does it.

  25. I was thoroughly disgusted with pillow/bedgate last night. Alex keeps going down in my estimation. She’s just as petty as Jess. Sunday night she was talking about Elena and kept calling her a c*nt. It rubbed me the wrong way. Also tired of Christmas and her holier than thou attitude. I hope Mark wins HOH this week and puts the fear of God in some of these HG’s.

    • I didnt find the fight to be that bad at all. Of course i lived in a dorm for 4 years & petty arguments happen all the time. If you look up bb fights this was very mild!

      • I know it was mild and by no means do I think it was bullying or any of that nonsense. My feeling is they are going overboard when it comes to Mark. Just dial it back. They’ve made their point, hell Christmas made the point the other day, why pile on? What if he wins HOH? It’s not inconceivable. He has a number of solid wins under his belt that many of the other’s don’t.

      • Christmas is turning into an overbearing broad if you ask me! And I use the term broad for a reason. She isn’t a lady & she isn’t mean enough to be a beeyatch like Jessica or Raven, so she’s gotta be a broad, and a bossy and manipulating one at that. ;)

        I’m over her.

      • I can’t stand Christmas and her imperious attitude. She isn’t all that and a bag of chips. I’ll be very happy when she leaves the house.

      • Mmhm, me too. She is getting on my nerves. In fact, a lot of these HG are getting on my nerves! haha. I fast forward now whenever Raven is talking simply because I now know whenever her lips are moving the girl is either screaming or lying. Neither of which I care to listen to! ;) lol!

    • Agreed with all of this, especially hoping Mark wins HoH. I’ve always hated the word c*nt and for Alex to use it that loosely… let’s just say it didn’t help when I already didn’t like her. Early in the season I liked her or at least she was in the top half for me. She’s way at the bottom now and has only gotten worse with each week. I’ve also got nothing good left to say about Christmas anymore.

  26. I love how Paul stated a vet cant win this game. He might get runner up again. Wasn’t Nicole a vet and didn’t she win?

  27. 4:10 PM BBT – Matthew gets called to the DR and Raven is annoyed. She asks him to remind them that she’s still in the game after not being called in there for two days.

    &

11:00 PM BBT – Josh and Christmas agree with each other that it may look like Paul is calling the shots, but they’re only letting him do what they agree with in the plan.

Excuse me while I do an equal spit take of the cereal I was eating (sorry Matt) while reading these two… nobody knows you’re in the game, Raven. Not even production. Nobody cares about what you have to say when you don’t do anything but act like an idiot.

Yeah, sure, Josh and Christmas… that must be why Josh’s HoH turned into evicting Jessica when Josh was adamant he wanted Elena out over Jessica. Slow clap for you both, and your delusions. Keep telling yourself that.

“1:10 AM BBT – Alex finishes packing up all the gear. Christmas is still sitting with her. Alex comments that Elena could have given this to one of the guys who could have physically managed it better.”

Oh boy… Alex you hypocrite… what happened to “I’m tough I beat the boys all the time” (at video games, competitions, blah blah) and hanging in to either win or come in second to Cody in Big Brother endurance competitions… now, when it’s convenient, aka when she wants to be a whiny baby over her punishment, suddenly she can’t handle something physical as well as the guys…

Living for the day she’s evicted, and for Mark winning HoH if he truly sticks to his thoughts of nominating Paul and Alex. Or at least, nominating one with the intent of backdooring the other so they’re both on the block for eviction night. Mark is on the verge of being my new favourite player in this game.

    • I hear ya…… I thought I’d be in to Kevin but Mark is more normal. Lol
      Sort of………

    • Too funny! I took a few notes but I didn’t need to because you mentioned them! 😁
Only thing I would like to add is Raven confirms Mark is telling everyone to vote out Matt! Ummmm….really!! If she seriously that stupid!? Yeah Raven, everyone believes that Mark approached YOU about evicting Matt, the dude you’ve been “banging all season!” Sure honey!
And then Jason corrects them (Josh & Raven) and says it with “Cody campaigning” to get rid of Matt “not Mark!” Duhh oops says Josh & Raven!!
Seriously, where did they get these clowns?!? 🤡
Raven would be the last person Cody (or Mark) would approach to blindside her “bang buddy!!” SMH
& Reaven snivelling because she hasn’t been called to the DR room in two days! Love it! Could it be because they know you are a con artist and they are tired of listening to you just constantly talk about your fake terminal diseases, illnesses, scratch on your finger, chipped tooth, ankle, sore wrist…….
your bad dancing, your terrible hair extensions, the sound of your voice… 😬 oh wait, the last couple things for my observations of Raven! Things she should actually be complaining about!
And Alex! That girl gets worse and worse every day!
