Big Brother 19 Live Feeds Week 6: Sunday Highlights

Sunday in the Big Brother 19 house saw a lot of back and forth over who the target is this week. Is it Jessica or Elena? Sometimes it’s one, sometimes it’s the other. But in the end, the target will be where the votes go and it seems pretty obvious who that will be.

6:45 PM BBT – Josh asks Kevin to have his back this week. He asks Kevin who should go. Kevin says they’ve got to get Jessica out this week then Matthew next week. Kevin advises Josh to try and see what he can do with Cody instead of gunning for him again.

7:35 PM BBT – Christmas and Josh talking about the target this week. He says he’s really torn over wanting Elena or Jessica out. Josh says if Elena wins HOH she’s putting him up, but Jessica wouldn’t. Christmas tells Josh that if he gets Jessica out then he goes down in history as the guy who separated them.

7:48 PM BBT – Josh is worried that if Jessica goes out on his HOH then Cody will take a shot at him next week. Josh says F it, let’s get Jessica out. He says he’s tired of going back and forth.

1:15 AM BBT – Raven says Cody tried to go after her (showmance) early on but she turned him down.

2:00 AM BBT – Mark discussing with Paul what he could do with the Veto. Mark says he could take Elena down or leave himself up there. Paul isn’t taking him seriously though as he thinks Mark is joking around.

2:05 AM BBT – Paul left so Mark offers Elena that he’d save her with the Veto if she could convince him. She offers to go on a date with him.

2:10 AM BBT – Elena wants to know if he’s going to save her with it. Mark says he’ll sleep on it and decide.

2:45 AM BBT – Mark and Elena are still up as he’s trying his best to flirt and cuddle with her.

3:20 AM BBT – Elena tells Mark that she thinks he deserves someone better than her. She refuses to discuss it further and wants to go to sleep while he continues to ask questions about her comment.

The back and forth with Josh and Christmas has been dizzying. One moment she’s agreeing with him to go after Elena then soon she’s doubled back to having him convinced that Jessica needs to go. As of now it seems more likely that Jessica will remain the target as it seems Josh lacks the votes to get out Elena. Thursday night is still several long days away.

  1. Josh is confusing me and so is Christmas. I dont see Mark, Paul, Alex, or Jason voting to keep Jessica.

    • Not sure i buy that, that requires some thought about the game and some on this season don’t seem to be thinking much at all.

      • Captain, from now on, every time I see you mention J&C, I will get that sucky picture in my head and have involuntary body shudders. :(

      • Stufff like what I see on this show, Jess and Cody drinking out of jugs of milk and water that is shared by the house, Elena picking up a handful of candies, putting them up to her nose and sniffing them then returning them to the bag…those are just a sampling of the latest ones….is why I have to get my mindset right to enable myself to eat out. A few years back, we were at Cici’s buffet one day and saw a kid, maybe 10 or 11, getting a piece of pizza. He put it on his plate, picked a few onions off with his fingers and laid them on his plate. Then he must have decided he didn’t want that piece and used his fork, that he had put in is mouth while he was “shopping”, stabbed the pizza and put it back on the buffet. I told him to get that pizza and throw it away if he didn’t want it. He, a 10 year old, called me an old b*tch, lol little sh*t, and walked away leaving the pizza on the buffet.

      • I’ve been called that by my grandchildren but I’m not THAT bad. But I do have those pump Purells in every car door storage area and hanging from each purse I carry. Doesn’t everybody??? :D

      • No because I know how to deal with these types of idiots. I play their game for them and do a little worse so they see me do it and I kind of dare them to say a damn word.

      • Why? I like their spirit. They’ve been shat on & prob haven’t felt safe much in the game .

    • It is a good deal for the showmance/bromance but not good for the rest of the house. A powerful couple could run the house way better than Paul ever could.

  2. Christmas is going to get caught in her manipulations with Josh as he clearly has a problem keeping his mouth shut. She doesn’t know that Paul and Alex are so closely aligned and that will bite her in the butt. No chance Elena will go, Jessica is far stronger than E and way smarter.

  3. I am tired of hearing HGs say how strong of a competitor Alex is. She is not even a mild threat as a competitor. Even if she was a strong competitor, wouldn’t that be reason right there to get her out? None of them make any sense.

    • Eh. Paul, Cody, Jessica…..I would say Alex comes after that. No one has proven anything otherwise, so comparatively speaking….she is a strong competitor.

    • She’s one of the only ones playing the game. She’s won an HOH, POV, and she also was only 5 seconds slower then Cody in the TC. She’s come in second a lot. I’d say she’s a strong competitor. JMO

      • I understand she can win comps. By being a competitor I mean playing her own game rather than conspiring with the group and ultimately doing whatever Paul wishes. Competitors, in my definition anyway, means not only winning comps but making things happen when you DO win comps. Causing waves and whatnot. I know the timing needs to be right but I believe in branching off and gaining my OWN allies, not just joining in with others and taking my cues from them.

      • She does make her own decisions when she’s got the power too. She did it during her HOH when Paul wanted Ramses out and she said no. She’s in a side alliance with Paul and Jason is her ride or die. So she has her own allies. And her allies are starting to mention Paul. She will work with him for now but will cut him if the opportunity is there. And they discuss strategies which a good alliance does. Look where Cody is for not discussing with his alliance.

  4. Jessica is going,Josh doesn’t have the votes and Christmas very much overplayed her plans this week and that will come back to haunt her and Jess can go out screaming at Paul,no matter because no one cares except Cody and besides the others do not give a fig about what she says, this is about votes and who plays well at the comps. at the crucial times and more often that is Paul,if you are playing the odds in the house, you stay at least for the time being behind someone that can take them further in the game and that is Paul, not Jess or Cody.

    • It will tickle Paul to know that he got unto her skin so much that he warrants being mentioned, even called out, in her speech, if it happens. She will be telling the HGs how utterly stupid they are for letting Paul get this far in the game. To an extent, she is correct, especially when it involves her game, but if not for Paul, a few of the remaining HGs would have already been victims of Jess and Cody and Jess would probably not currently be in the hot seat. Who else in that house would have taken on Cody and Jessica? Without Paul, they would all be Cody/Jezebel sheep….out of fear.

      • I don’t think so tbh. Without Paul, somebody would have stepped up to tackle Cody/Jess. Hell without Paul, I don’t even think Cody/Jess would be a thing in terms of being huge huge targets like they are now. The house has been completely against them the last few weeks and that’s really because they are all doing Paul’s bidding. Similarly with Cody/Jess gone potentially, the same question can be posed…who will take on Paul since they are all his sheep right now? If you have hope that someone will take on Paul, then it applies that someone would have taken on Jody. Or if not, we are all wasting our time because Paul will be our champion.

      • You just proved my point. Without Paul, Cody and Jezebel wouldn’t be targets…they would be running the house like Bonnie & Clyde then be on “Snapped” in a couple of years.

      • As opposed to Paul running the house now? Two sides of the same coin and with that said as much as I absolutely love Paul, I’d prefer newbies to be running the house than a vet

      • You must be watching different feeds than I am. Jessica /Cody have no social game together, preferring to grope each other and talk mad crazy crap about everyone else. They are entitled and arrogant.

      • The whole house is against Jess and Cody because Jess and Cody are huge A holes and have zero social game and have ostracized themselves because they are soooooo much better than everyone else….

  5. Where exactly is Jessica getting all of that info she was sharing with Elena yesterday? Is it bits and pieces that maybe she and Cody are picking up from several HGs, like Kevin, Mark, and Christmas? Some of it, I know was true. Some might have been coming out her butt. However, it is obvious that she has been clued in to some of the goings on in the house. We know it isn’t because she has been socializing with them.

      • He never shuts up,gonna catch up with him and soon…always taken back some on this show just can’t shut their mouths and then end up hanging themselves in the long run, happens every single time.

      • Christmas and Kevin are both playing both sides hard. It’ll bite them real soon, I agree.

      • i’m getting tired of the sound of kevins voice, his charm may wear thin
however Jason is such a fabulous guy, he has the house’s heart.

      • Jason is growing on me. I, admittedly, wasn’t a fan of his or Alex at first, but my how things change. That being said, I have had red flags surrounding Kevin since the beginning and the wind keeps blowing harder and harder.

      • I thought it was just me. kevin better start winning something, at least Jason is game.

      • Kevin is using his charm and humor to pull the HGs close. It has worked up until now, but I agree that he will need to do more in the near future. With Jezebel gone, he won’t have to worry about being found out as “Kevin James” or the one passing info to Jess, but he is pressing his luck trying to get the HGs to rally around Cody after Jess leaves.

      • here’s just a small thought.
kevin and xmas trying these big moves without any real strength seems odd to me. xmas with her cast and kevin afraid to compete in anything makes me lose a little respect for them. they need to stay in their lane for now.

      • Kevin did do good in the safety competition, almost winning. But I don’t think he has truly wanted any power as of yet. He’s just been grooming, getting info, and playing both sides to an extent to keep everyone on his good side. He’s one to watch.

      • Kev has been seriously trying to get Jason and others to agree to pulling Cody into the fold after Jess is evicted. Kev knows Cody can win comps and he is afraid Cody will target the people Kev is depending on to get him the win. No one, understandably, wants to work with Cody, but Kev has brought it up several times.

    • I think a lot of it is that she’s keeping her ears open. She’s being told things. From people like Kevin, Christmas, Mark, and even Elena. She isn’t a dumb woman. She lets people talk and talk. And eventually they spill something they shouldn’t have said. It’s like when my boys were younger. I found more out from them simply by letting them talk and not saying anything at all.

      • He told Cody he’d do what he could to keep Jess. Wiley old fox, maybe not as wiley as he sees himself. You know it’s Kevin’s birthday today.

      • He just said that to let Cody think he is on their side. He will vote with everybody else.

      • Yes he will but he’s covering his bases in case Cody gets HoH and won’t even think of nom’ing good ol Kevin who tried to save his babe.

      • I heard. He’s 56, right? I’m just getting home and have a lot of catching up to do. Maybe I’ll get time tomorrow to post, but I’m not sure. You and Cy cause some trouble and point me in the direction so I can read it and brighten my day. :D

      • I’m not causing trouble, need you with me to do that. The boys though are having the black sign comp which is hilarious. See under today’s veto ceremony. Capt with his NOT THIS WEEK and Cy with hi s NOPE are hilarious. From now on, not an official thread if one of those signs aren’t on it. I’m signing off, have been checking in through the day but have to get done tonight what I had planned for this aft. See u tomorrow

  6. Lol is Mark really using the Veto as leverage to get a bang? And is Elena really falling for it.

    • her tease is catching up to her, mark really is expecting something in return.

  7. oops. I was talking to a stranger yesterday and out of the blue I added “F..k” to the sentence. I never talk like that and was so humiliated? the voice in my head is always thinking “What the F..k” when i’m driving.

    • That happened to me after some Sopranos binge watching, Everything was marone this and marone that. And we wonder how our kids pick up certain words we don’t want them to

  8. There is no way Jessica is going to leave without going to jury with Cody. You really think she would let Cody be in the house or jury house with Alex! I’ll believe it when I see it.

    • That story line is getting old and Jody doing nothing more than groping each other doesn’t make things interesting any longer. Jess is going and then we move on to the let’s try and overthrow Paul story which has already started. Isn’t it interesting that Christmas and Kevin are starting to make their moves just as Jess goes out the door? Cue the next story line folks We need plot development

    • I keep getting a funny feeling too. I hope Raven goes up and they flip on her. It is getting to the point where I would rather see Raven and Josh leave over Jessica and Cody.

      • Next week. This week is the last evictee before jury. Jess has to go. You don’t want Cody and Jess in jury together.

      • True. Raven really gets on my nerves though. The dynamic between her and Mark is like watching two immature teenagers. I can’t stand her screaming and hitting him all the time. I had high hopes for Matt at the beginning of the season.

  9. 1:15 AM BBT – Raven says Cody tried to go after her (showmance) early on but she turned him down.

Delusional & tired of her talking about her ailments. There’s a time and place for that, but not constantly. I wouldn’t be sad to see her go this week if she’s the renom.

  10. All I care about at this point is getting this week over with and hopefully somebody will step up with their HOH to get Paul out so the game can actually start.

  11. I’m guessing that Elena will go home. BB wants us to think Jessica is, but if they break up Jody… there’s no BB show left….Paul and his minions….boring.

  12. I am getting whiplash from Christmas and Josh flipping from Jess to Elena leaving and then from Elena’s teasing Mark with are we/aren’t we going to kiss, have a date be in a relationship. Both seem pretty obvious — Jess is going and Mark you’ll get some when Elena can use it to her advantage.

  13. Seeing Christmas rubbing Kevin’s leg and foot really made me feel uncomfortable. I wonder how his wife feels?

  14. I’m at the point where I want Raven to go up as the renom and be evicted. I’ve read several times that the others are getting tired of her talking about her ailments constantly. Yes I feel bad for her, but here’s the thing: We all have some “cross” to bear in life. Raven uses her illness to gain sympathy from the others. She has no other game strategy.
As for Jessica and Cody, I’d rather see Cody go before Jessica. Jessica is the ONLY one in the house that is smart enough to get Paul out. He knows that and that’s why he wants her out now. Cody will play on his emotions and not strategically.

    • I want her to go up as a nom in a DE when there’s as little time as possible for her to make a speech cos you know she’s going to try and talk about her conditions.

      • did you see her with paul yesterday, paul asked about her health and she must have talked for at least 30 mins. it was crazy, all the surgeries she has line up. she has a “rash” on her uterus and needs a hysterectomy because of it. she needs hospitalized for her time of month., I never heard of that either. she needs a new knee, how can she be a dancer?

      • IKR, I really wondered how Paul could sit through all that. She is really crazy. I laughed at the rash on her uterus and the knee thing. If she needed a new Knee her dancin days would be over

      • Needs to be hospitalized for her time of month? Then how is she surviving this summer? LMAO Her knee could have been damaged due to her dancing? Who knows? lol I work with a woman who has so many ailments that I often wonder how she is still alive. And the list of medications she’s on boggles my mind.

      • She doesn’t shut up on the feeds. It’s all me, me, me. Then I switch cameras and it’s Paul controlling the conversation. Can’t win.

      • Who else? Maybe Christmas? I know it’s definitely not Raven or Matt. LOL I just think the rest of them still think Paul has their best interests at heart and not his. And he’ll take them out one-by-one.

      • I’m not sure about them. Alex does pretty much what Paul tells her and Jason does pretty much what Alex says. I like Jason though. If he’d smarten up and play his own game, he could be a force to be reckoned with.

      • Don’t think Jason alone is smart enough but Jason with Alex and Kevin could do it. I’m hoping that Alex sees that its time soon.

      • Christmas “could” but she’s talking too much. My fear is that someone will run to Paul and she’ll be gone next. Using her temptation for this last veto challenge was stupid. But it was what Paul wanted and she didn’t want to “defy” him yet.

      • She had to use it. Paul knew she had it. If she hadn’t used it and Cody played and won Veto, her days left would be in the single digits. Paul would have made sure that everyone else knew she had it and didn’t use it to stop Cody. OTB, out the door
She and Jess both should have shut up about having the Temptations until they used them

      • xmas is very disadvantaged with that foot, what can she offer when times get tough?

      • Don’t worry, they are all already talking about it. Paul will go in one of the 2 DE.

      • As long as it was Cody first. The two alphas, lol, suffering the jury house humiliation entrance together, the same night. At least Jezebel will not be there. haha

      • Hmmm, for some reason I can’t see Paul sucking Cody’s niplet and Cody reciprocating with “the finger”. Get that picture in your head. :D

      • No but I could see those two hanging out if Jess gone. Not sayin Cody would suddenly become gregarious but I really think we’d see the less intense side. Paul wouldn’t leave him alone so as a matter of self preservation, he might let his guard down a little

    • But Jessica constantly makes the wrong decisions. She hasn’t been effective at all with her game play the couple times she had power.

  15. Josh is proving to be as dumb as he sounds. Jess and Cody are by far the strongest pair in the house. They have to break them up as soon as possible or their own numbers will dwindle. The house is already starting to turn on each other.

Elena is not that strongly attChed to Mark and would ditch him to stay in the game. Alex is right. Its too early to get Elena out.

  16. I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but I want to see Paul sit in an eviction chair. Can anyone remember a season where so many lemmings hang out, have the same thoughts and act as if their leader is a god. Derrick was dominant, but not in this open way. And damn floater city. Can someone please get together and make some moves, anything!!!!

    • those extras, the hex, the immunity, megan walking out slowed the game down. not the players fault. blame production

    • Floaters switch sides when power shifts. This coalition has been solidly against Cody/Jess with the possible exceptions of Mark and Elena.

Paul is charismatic and has a bit of fame which seems to be attractive to many of the other hamsters. I even think he would have Cody if he had given him a friendship bracelet. Cody has a powerful need to be valued and not being in the top 10 on Paul’s list deeply offended him.

Derrick played with some really dumb people. Many this season are bright and articulate. Derrick was practiced in deception. Paul didn’t have that skill last season but clearly learned a lot. I think Derrick was a good player with a skillset that meshed perfectly with what you need to conquer BB. Paul was a showman who has adapted into one of the best players we’ve ever seen.

      • Cody was never interested in being part of Paul’s Dog Pound. From the very beginning, he was against Paul. During the time Paul was handing out the friendship bracelets, Cody said nothing to him. He didn’t pitch why he should have one like the others did.

I find it the opposite, Paul needs to be validated/valued.

  17. Mark tells Elena to convince him to use the veto on her and her first thought was “I’ll go on a date with you”. I thought she was trying to get off the street corners?

  18. What would make this week more exciting, is if Raven was the renom, and Kevin and Christmas decided to vote with Cody and Mark against Raven…in order for that to work, Kevin would have to convince Matthew that Paul is flipping the vote against them to vote out Elena instead of Jessica, and that he would be the sole vote against her and her new primary target. Kevin tells Matthew to vote with the house to avoid being detected as an outlier, and to watch out for Paul who would just as easily lie to them as he did to Marlena. Matthew would be the sole vote against Elena, with Paul/Alex/Jason voting out Jess and the rest voting out Raven 4-3-1 with Raven being evicted pre-jury.

    Eh, whatever. I can dream.

    • Paul and Alex both want Jessica gone badly and they both control their subgroups within the 8. There will be at least 6 votes against Jessica Thursday IMO.

  19. Sounds like the only people not having any type of target on their backs are Jason, Christmas and Kevin

  20. Codys still horrible and Jason’s been on my beep list since his Fa* comment. I hate that I still want Jessica in the house and that she used the Hex only to be voted out the week after. What was she thinking saving Cody. Let him go!!

  21. Too bad that Cody didn’t get on BB15. He so would have fit right in with that group!
